when i am using th eloopology how would i construct my own drum progressions using the single drum shots and turning the into an actual drum track all the while keeping them in time and tempo any info would be greatly appreciated thanks

Set your session properties first, tempo/BMP, time signature, key, ect. If you are unsure of your tempo and time then enable the metronome and hit the play button. At the bottom of MT view change the time line to bars & beats. I like to enable snapping as it is a quick way to align to a beat and or the beginning or end of a clip. If you want to accent an off beat or add a little something of interest you may need to turn off all snapping.
Now grab your 1 shots and drag them to a track. I like to put different drums and cymbals on individual tracks. This gives greater control over each, eq, reverb, panning, ect. If there is a clip you want to repeat continually opposite click it and go to its' loop properties. Once you have the looping properties set you can drag to the right to lengthen or left or shorten.
Once you build your pattern across 1 or several bars, highlight the part of the pattern you want and play it via the LOOP button on the transport bar. This will allow you to hear if it will seamless repeat as a loop. Believe me, if there is a glitch in your pattern somewhere it will stick out. If it meets your expectations then render/export to a single file that can be looped.

Greetings!
After importing my 300 or so CDs into iTunes, I found I have tons of duplicate songs.
Example: I have a song that came in a original album, then in again in a "Greatest Hits" album, then again in a "Hits of the 80's" album, and again in a soundtrack album. I have now have 4 copies of the exact same song.
How do I delete duplicate songs, but keep a link in their original albums back to the single copy of the song left, so it will play in each album in sequence as if it were still there?
I don't think this currently exists, but as my library keeps growing the duplicates keep growing. It would be nice if Apple sees this and adds a way to link songs to multiple albums.
I don't want to create a custom playlist for every album that has a duplicate song or two (I'd have dozens of playlists) - thought about fixing it that way but not really practical.

To my knowledge, there is no way of doing what you want. The only workaround is to create playlists for the other albums containing the track, but that isn't practical for most people.

I am getting this errror:
Field TTT is unknown. It is neither kin on e of the specified tables nor defined by a DATA statement.
For some reason, my single quote is not being recognized from my keyboard. I noticed that my emotion icons are not being displayed either (example: I type and i do NOT get the smiley face on my end).

Is it possible to have the "single view" (Einzelseite) as the default view in the preview.app?

The single view is the only setting I need and I find it cumbersome to dig inside menues for every single document. It would be great if there was an option or maybe a property that can be set.

And another comment: The save trick does not work for documents you cannot write. For instance I have a latex documentation on my machine and I cannot save these documents since they belong to root. So it would be great to make this configurable for the user.

Make the link from the single cell of Bex Report and the image of bill

my client scan every bill and archive the image by File.net technology.
In our Bex Report we have the Bill number and we want to make the link from the single cell and the image of bill.
The possible paths to solve the problem are:
Replicate the image in BW and crate a link from the single cell and the image of document.
Create an URL link from the single cell and the image of document archived on File.net server.
In witch way we can to implement the two paths?

You want to use the "I have a license..." option, since clearly the music is not yours, but Apple has granted you a license.

I have a doubt about The Single-Thread Rule

I began to wonder about this because so much code seems to work just fine when it isn't executed in the event dispatching thread. Why are there exceptions? I went looking for some code which acted differently when executed on the event thread than when it was not. I found this

Now I started think about why this would be. The thought crossed my mind that the order of the events which were posted to the event queue were probably important. Sun found bugs when components were updated out of the event thread, so they essentially ignored events which weren't on the event thread and created the The Single-Thread Rule.
A few days pass. I'm starting to wonder if Sun could have done a better job making Swing components thread safe. I also don't know that this specific case I found was the rule or the exception to the rule. But without insight into the design philosopy of Swing, I would have to examine all their components and see how they have written them and see if I can come up with a better design. That sound like a lot of work. Especially without getting paid for it.

Well, there are a number of not-so-dense programmers that expect such high-level components to be thread-safe. The question is worth asking whether Sun intentionally favor the explicit thread management for performance reasons, or whether this was an oversight.
I'd go for the former (intentional) : indeed any GUI toolkit is inherently thread-based; there is always a distinction between the graphical thread(s) and the application threads - and the programmer always has to manage explicit thread creation to handle long-running event handlers without blocking the event dispatching thread. Extending thread concerns to the updating of components is therefore not a big move.
So it seems fair that a core GUI toolkit does not hide thread issues (though to the best of my knowledge there is no such limitation in updating AWT components), or at least that's what Sun deemed.
An ease-of-use-focused toolkit wrapping the core toolkit for thread-safety can be provided as a third-party product. Though I agree that wrapping the dozens of existing widgets and hundreds of methods is cumbersome - and the lack of such products probably shows it would have a low added value to trained developpers.

are in the correct thread. Now count the number of methods
which will need to be changed (and add up the extra cost).Indeed it's quite common to update several properties of several widgets in one bulk (when user clicks "OK", add a row to the table, change the title of the window, update status bar, re-enable all buttons, change some color,...).
In this case explicit thread management doesn't spare one if but a dozen of redundant ifs!
Note that there could have been if-less ways to cope for thread safety, such as creating a copy of the component's model when a change is made to a component, and switching the model only before paint() is called in the event-dispatching - of course coalescing all changes into the same "updated" model until paint() is called.
But this would trade ease of use for redundant memory consumption, especially for some components with potentially huge models (JTree, JTable, JTextArea,...). And Swing appears to be already quite memory-greedy!

One Adobe ID supports two activation of CC irrespective of the type (single/complete/Team). If you buy the complete CC with the same Adobe ID, it will allow to activate it two times though you you will be assigned space of single app cc + the complete CC.
You can buy the Complete CC with a different Adobe ID.

Get the single signon userid to use as a default value to populate a column in table

I created a form that has fields which are to be populated with a default value.
I am able to use 'sysdate' function (in formatting and validation options page
of form creation wizard) to populate a date field with current date. I used
the function 'user' and get the oracle userid (This seems like the userid that
the portal uses to log into the oracle database schema). However, I want to
use the single sign on userid that I use to log into the portal application as
the default value. Is there a way to do that?

Refreshing only the single row of ADF Table

I have a webcenter application where the ADF Applications has been deployed.Now the Data is coming onto the ADF Tables from a webservice.In that particular table i need to refresh only the single row(whichever selected by the user to edit ) or even a particular field with the updated values as well as need to validate and to create a message box saying about the errors if the validation goes wrong.
Please suggest!!

if "updated value" mean that the value got changed on the middle tier (not the browser client) then the update requires the table to be partially refreshed. If the user edits a row and in this row has dependent fields, then this can be achieved by partially refreshing the column. Note that ADF Faces tables don't refresh just one cell

Follow below steps
Step 1 - Create basic wdp table
Step 2 - Create context to store dropdown values Within your web dynpro application table
Now you need to create a context node to store the dropdown values, but this needs to be within the context node of your table.
For this example I will use fields CARRID and CARRNAME from structure SCARR to create the dropdown list within the table context.
Choose the attributes to represent the id and the text values
The finished context should now look like this
Step 3 - Update context mapping within VIEW
Within the Context tab of your view update the context node you have just modified (CARRIERS) right click and select 'Update Mapping'. Alternatively if this is a new context drag it from the right hand window and drop it onto the context node in the left window,
Step 4 - Update table field
Within the layout tab of the view, field the table field you want to replace with with a dropdown and remove the UI element associated with it
Now insert new dropdownbyindex UI cell element
Step 5 - Assign Dropdown Ui element to Context
Click on your UI element within the Layout tab, you will now see all the properties for this element which can be changed. You now need to assign the field within the context which you want to be displayed in the drop down i.e. it will be the CARRNAME field within context element DROPDOWN_CARR. To do this simply click on the button at the end of the 'texts' property (the one with a yellow square and circle on it) and select the correct context field.
Step 6 - ABAP code to populate dropdown list and set correct initial value
Insert the following ABAP code into the appropriate place. For this example it will go within the WDDOMODIFYVIEW method of the view.

In the text you say you are using Snow Leopard. Snow Leopard will not operate on a G4 (or any Mac with a PowerPC processor). Leopard OS 10.5 is the max OS for PowerPC processor Macs. Your profile shows OS 10.5.6. What OS are you using (or trying to use)?

Why is the Firefox mobile (14) service consuming 79MB for the single tab in which I'm entering this question?

I love the performance of the new beta, but since install (phone or sd) the prog has gorged on memory. After adding a tab with some media the mem load jumps to 169MB (half the available on my Nexus One). Memory consumption grows so fast that I can't use the app for normal browsing. As mentioned in the question, all this memory is going to the Firefox service not the app. Finally, after returning to the single tab where this text is entered the memory load attributed to Firefox has stabilized around 93MB.

Are Photoshop's 3D features available with the Single-app subscription?

Hello,
I'm a bit confused about how I get the equivalent of "Photoshop Extended" in the subscription world. I've had the PS subscription for a while but I don't think any of the 3D features were included. Now I need to get started with matte painting and working with 3D and I can't figure out how. I really don't have much use for the other big products in the suite so it's hard to justify subscribing to the entire bundle. Any ideas?

The single App subscirption for Photoshop CS6 or gettiing on with CC has Photoshop Extended so they for sure have all 3d features.
