The touch screen doesn't work when I'm surfing on the internet.
The touch screen works correctly but not when I'm surfing on the internet. I can't scroll or do anything else with the screen then. There 's no problem with the internet connection because I can see I've some new e-mails but I 'can't open them because of the screen. can you help me?
Try resetting yur iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
However, for many webpages when you want to scroll in a window you need to use two fingers, not one finger. Also, it appears that you are using webmail, sometimes because of the way the website was designed, it is not fully compatible with iDevices. Sometimes using a different browser (not Safari) helps but sometimes you just can't fully use webmail. Wht provider are you using?

Try backing it up to your computer with iTunes. Connect it to your computer, open iTunes, click on the name of the phone in iTunes, go to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and click Back Up Now. Also go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases to transfer you apps and other purchased media to your iTunes library.

The touch screen is not working when I am in the Music app of my iPod Touch. How do I get it to begin working? It just stopped today.

If the touch screen is not having any response then you probably have a hardware failure. Take your phone to an Apple Store or authorised service provider to have it checked.

I cannot use my ipad2 because the touch screen doesn't work at all. First I cannot unlock it or do anything in the screen!!!! Why?
Have you tried a reset To see if that fixes it ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I was walking to my garage when my iPhone slipped out of my hand and fell on the floor. I looked at it and saw strange almost-transparent lines on my lock screen. I tried to unlock my phone, but it wouldn’t let me do anything. It was almost as the touch screen wasn’t working. if apps are opening on their own you have a problem with your phone, most likely the digitizer is sensing its being touched.

I have an iPod that was dropped in water sometime ago and we dryed it out immediately with rice.
I had lost all hope for it for a while, but then I noticed that it was still working and had the same homescreen on it.
I decided to try it again and when I plugged it into my computer it said something about reactivating it on the internet somehow.
When I did plug it into the computer it said I needed to put in the 4-digit passcode, but the screen isn't working.
I figured it was because of the water damage, but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing doing something wrong.Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

I would be upset if my phone was having multiple issues but would not want to lose you over this experience. Nokia Lumia are typically good phones and it saddens me to see you are having so many issues with the phone. How often are you having the issues with the device not responding? What activities are occurring on the phone when it stops responding? Have you always had pairing issues? What are you pairing your phone to?

You can not delete Apple supplied apps, such as Contacts, Reminders, Text, etc. You can only get the X to delete 3rd party apps downloaded from the App store.

I got my TP two weeks ago, played with it for a day and a half then, in the middle of surfing the web, the touch screen doesn't work. I've contacted HP support and sent my device in for repair. I got it back two days ago (12/30/2011), worked totally fine for 20 mins and the touch screen didn't work again. I've tried using WebOS Doctor 3.0, 3.0.2, 3.0.4 nothing works.
I've tried rebooting it multiple times, still doesn't work. Frustrating I must say....
Any suggestions?
