The unresolved problem in SAFARI

Question

I have read a lot of threads on this problem: I can't hear no more mp3 in Safari, i see the Q with "question mark". I have tried all, reinstalling QT, checking the plugins, the options etc.
It's strange: if I watch online my page, I can't see the embedded QT song ( http://web.ticino.com/musica/braniliceo.html ), if I open the page offline, (I mean, the document on my hard disk), i can see the embedded controllers of QT. Why so?
Now, the only way to hear a mp3 is to download it on my HD, but it's not normal. The same is in all users on my iMac, then it's in the main preferences.
Is it the new QT?

Now it works. I've deleted and reinstalled all the documents in the library/Quicktime folder (DivX Encoder.component

I've deleted a lot of documents from the HD, too. I don't know what solved the problem, but now it works...
