installed eBook and authorized on Adobe Digital Edition and was able to read eBook earlier.
Due to some issue I had to reinstall the eBook. Now I am unable to read eBook it is asking for Authorization and when I input my Adobe ID and pass it gives message 'The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open .Try again'.
I have wasted whole day trying fixing but it does not work, i wasted my money for purchasing eBook that works on Adobe Digital Edition which only adds complexity and wasting peoples time.
Is there anyone who can help answering how can I fix vendor account not associated message issue, while i am entering correct Adobe ID and pass.

I moved from a Windows laptop to a Mac Book pro and moved all my files across, now I have found that two of my purchased books I can no longer open, I always get "The Vendor account entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open" message, I have the correct authorisation but they do not open, is theer a way to recover these 2 books?

Can't open book from library on computer or nook in digital editions. message-"the vendor you entered is not asso. with the item you are trying to open. try again." I have de-authorized and reauthorized and still not working.

I had to do a reinstall of windows 7 recently and now have had to download library access and digital editions. Can't get books to transfer correctly to Nook and can't even open them on the computer in Digital Editions. Keep getting messages that not authorized to open protected book and/or the above message. Please help me to understand what is the problem with the set up of the program. I bought an ebook from an internet site to which my IP address was blocked (in country 1). My brother bought it on a computer in country 2 and wanted to download and send me the file so I can open it on my computer. He set up initial download without Adobe ID. Afterwards he downloaded the pdf and send it to me. I tried to upload it with my ADE reader but it didn't work without ID. My brother then deleted afterwards his ADE and installed it again, downloaded the ebook again but this time setting up an ID. He transferred me the file ,I used the same ID but then the following message appeared "The vendor account is not associated with the file you are trying to open. Please try again." . Can this be fixed somehow? I cannot open the URLLinks even as there is no connection from my IP , but I have the pdf file ( ebook) but I don't know how to set up the program.

I've had the same problem. Even though you check the box to save it as Keynote '08, it does not open in ')8 (I get the same message)...you need to reopen it in '09.
I have even changed the name of the file in '08 and eventually get the same message.
I believe that once you open it in '09, you're committed to that.

I've searched everywhere I can think of for a solution to this problem with no success. I see other people have reported similar issues and these have not yet been resolved.
I have installed Windows 7 32 bit on a new Mac Mini under Bootcamp. When I go to install the Bootcamp drivers in Windows, I get the message "the version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you are running".
Other people have reported this issue when trying to install 3rd party software on a 64 bit version of windows but I'm simply trying to install the Bootcamp drivers on a 32 bit version of Windows.
Is it possible the Mac Mini needs a 64 bit version of Windows installed under Bootcamp? I haven't seen this requirement mentioned anywhere.
Appreciated all and any help that can be offered.

That's because the Late 2012 iMac and Mac mini only supports the 64-bit Windows 7 version, so the drivers you downloaded are designed to work with the 64-bit version and you can't install them on a 32-bit version. Install the 64-bit Windows 7 on your computer

What program do you run?
Please contact the software provider to confirm if this 32-bit program can run in 64-bit Windows.
As some programs can only run in specific version of Windows, please download the right version of software.
Most programs designed for the 32-bit version of Windows will work on the 64-bit version of Windows. Notable exceptions are many antivirus programs.
Device drivers designed for the 32-bit version of Windows don't work on computers running a 64-bit version of Windows too.

We have installed FIM MA with an account that have all the sufficient rights.It got created successfully and worked for Full Import and Full Sync. But, due to some version incompatabilities, we have installed a patch.PFB link for the patch.

Now, we are trying to refresh the schema of FIM MA. While doing that we are facing an error "Failed to connect to database". The user account with which we are connecting has read and write permissions on DB.In the event viewer some errors are

Hello,
seems to me that you maybe only updated the syncengine but not portal/webservice.
I had that error once after an recovery from scratch and forgot one of the hotfixes to apply to all services.
