Third party agent commission

Dear Experts,
Greetings.
I have a scinario whereby we do give commission to our third party agents. We want to built system such a way that while genrating sales order itself we will be able to enter some amount manually through pricing condition or any other way which should be having a link with it's own g/l in which the amount will be accumilating and the value which was entered in sales order should not have any impact on it's orignal invoice pricing.
Any help would be highly appriciated.
Please advice how can we built this in SAP?
Best Rgds

HI
1. Create a Agent master how u want like customer or vendor master.
2. Define New partner functions for that agents like Z1, Z2 etc..,
3. Assign Agent partner function  to that particular customer master under partner function tab
4. Define new condition type for Agent commission , in that codition type click on the accruals fields in for that Condition type
5. In the pricing procedure click on the statistical fields for corresponding Condition type and also maintain account key , Accrual Key also
Try to create one Z report to know about the agent commission
Check and Revert for further help

  • How to calculate overwrighting commission to the third party

    hi,
    sap gurus,
    here is the scenario:
my sold to party is different
    and
ship to, bill to and pyr is different.
    but
the order will be on sold to - ie on third party.
    and
the rest are the same ie - delivery, billing, payment is from the party to whom we have delivered, billed, and paid.
    and
after the party paying the full amount then we have to
calculate over writing commission to the party ie sold to.
    how to calculate that commission.
hint: we hav to think from Partner Determination Procedure perspective and requesting to find a solution for that.
this is specifically only TRANSACTION SPECIFIC.
    BUT NOT PERIOD SPECIFIC.
    help me on this.

  • Mirror agent, unknown host, third party client

I have sent a Console log before because I am very confused, and I want to know if an expert can look at this and determine anything. For instance who is "third party client" etc. I hate idisk and I think it is being accessed by a user other than myself, but why? What would be the purpose? Anyway, I am confused if anyone can help.

  • A "VZW free msg" says a phone on my account "made a charge with a third-party vendor ... ."

This evening, I got a "VZW free msg" alerting me that a phone on my account had "made a charge with a third-party vendor." This is the second such message I've gotten this billing period. The messages are identical. My bill for the current billing period won't be ready till this weekend, so I have no way to track down any details. The phone belongs to my wife, and I am absolutely certain that she has not billed anything to her phone. The maddening thing about these messages is they give no details. Who's the third-party vendor? How much was the charge? What did my wife supposedly buy? No such details appear in the text message, and I can't find details anywhere on the My Verizon site.
This text message does add: "For details or to block such charges: www.verizonwirel." (That's correct as written—I presume some of the message got truncated. That's how the message appeared both times.) However, I can't find any documentation about how to block these charges.
After I got the first of these messages, I called Verizon's customer service number (800.922.0204). A very pleasant gentleman noted my concern and checked my account. He found no such third-party charges, and he advised me to look carefully at my next bill. I left it at that until I got the second message this evening.
Speaking of customer service: This evening, I tried twice calling Verizon's customer service number. Both times, the call ended with a recorded voice telling me, "I'm sorry, but your call cannot be processed at this time. Please try your call later." Huh? Why not an offer to leave my number for a call-back? They as much as hung up on me. Not impressed. And, by the way, why doesn't Verizon post their customer service number on the Web site? I had to dig up the number by way of www.gethuman.com.

Contact us on every page has the number.
*611 from your device works as well.
That third party stuff is probably "cramming" Verizon just got hit with this practice which is illegal.
The law states you can call Verizon up and have them place a permenant block on third party services.
They cannot refuse and you do not have to pay for them.
Notify the FCC http://www.FCC.gov or the Federal Trade Commission http://www.FTC.gov
    Good Luck

  • Incoming calls issue in Third Party SIP Phone

    Hi,
Yesterday I configured my third party sip phone which is yealink in this case on cucm and successfully registered it with cucm, despite of registration i have some calling issue in this phone. I am able to make outbound calls from this phone to any other phone however issue is related to inbound calls.I tried calling its DN from anywhere but call disconnect after sometime. Also didnt get any proper sip session trace in RTMT. Kindly suggest some step to sortout this issue.
    Thanks

    Dear Manish,
Call normally dicsonnected after 30-40 sec with termination code 102 in session trace. PFB SDI  trace with 5030 is Thirdparty sip phone and 5033 is c7945. Looking forward for your suggestion.

  • Third-Party User Management Tools

I'm looking for recommendations for third-party user management tools that can do the following:
    - Identify and bulk-expire/no visibility users that are inactive for >XXX days
    - Identify users with auto-forward rules
    - Bulk-delete inactive accounts (from GW database only, not eDirectory accounts)
    - Maybe even bulk-move inactive/expired accounts to a "dead accounts" post office?
I have an immediate mandate to clean up our environment, and I don't see how to do this in bulk with existing native tools. It's just one guy (me) versus 42 post offices and 23,000 user accounts...
    Thanks!

You can create your own tools using the GroupWise Administrative Object API and the GroupWise Object API.
Please refer to the Cool Solutions article I wrote ( shameless self promotion ) "Scripting GroupWise" - Scripting GroupWise | Novell User Communities for more information on the GroupWise Admin API. I suggest that you modify the script listUser.vbs to include domain name ( GWUser.PostOffice.Domain.Name ) , post office name ( GWUser.PostOffice.Name ), visibility ( GWUser.Visibility ) and last login date ( GWUser.MailboxLastLoginDate). You will need to run an audit report on each post office to update the MailboxLastLoginDate property. Import the output into Excel and sort / filter accordingly for analysis.
Setting an expiration date ( MailboxExpDate ) and / or visibility ( Visibility ) is done by assigning values to the respective properties and using the commit method - e.g GWUser.Commit
Identifying accounts with auto-forward rules can be using GroupWise Object to log into each account using a trusted application key. I posted ( more shameless self promotion ) some sample code to list proxy access in another thread - https://forums.novell.com/novell-pro....html#poststop. It is not too difficult to modify the code to iterate through rules and select those that include the action forward.
Deleting is be done using the the delete method - e.g. GWuser.Delete(eadGW) where eadGW is constant with the value 1.
I would advise against using the Administrative Object API to automate moving accounts. Best practices to avoid problems during moves involve running GWCheck against user objects until there are no errors. I perform structure, contents, contents with attclip and contents with deldupfolders checks until there are no error before moving accounts. There is also the issue of how many simultaneous moves the post office agents can handle. More accurately it is the number of simultaneous purges on the source post office that need to be monitored.
If you need more help with coding let me know.
    Sincerely,
    Bryan Vandenberg

  • Third party SSO with a custom login module

    Hello everyone,
I've found a few posts on the forum with questions similar to mine, but none have been answered.  I'm using a 3rd party authentication product along with a custom implementation of the AbstractLoginModule interface.
The setup is standard: A 3rd party agent is installed on a reverse proxy web server to SAP. The agent is configured to protect SAP resources, and it handles the login screens and authentication. Once the user has been authenticated, the AbstractLoginModule implementation kicks in, decrypts and validates an SSO token, retrieves the username from it and creates an SAP Principal.
The login ticket template is configured as follows:
    1.  EvaluateTicketLoginModule   SUFFICIENT
                        2.  MyLoginModule                      REQUISITE
                        3.  CreateTicketLoginModule       OPTIONAL
One of the integration's key requirements is that direct interaction with standard SAP authentication must be avoided.  More specifically, the user should never need to enter an SAP password.  I'm only seeing two problems, both of which violate this requirement.
The first is in cases where there is no existing SAP user that matches the authenticated user.  In this case, the third party token and SAP Principal are created, the abort method is called, and the user is redirected to the SAP login page.   I need to either bring to user back to the third party login page or to a custom error page~.
The second problem occurs when an SAP password change is required. Again in this case, an SAP form is displayed after the module has created the Principal (although once the user changes the SAP password, all's well). If I were to disable mandatory password changes, would this apply to fat client access as well? If so, then it's not a viable option.
The general idea in both instances is that the SAP I'd appreciate any help or suggestions.
    Thanks
~ Since the SSO token applies to applications outside of SAP, I may add a login module parameter to make this a configurable choice. (I.e. allow the administrator to decide whether to inform the user that SAP authentication failed while preserving the SSO token, or to destroy the token and force re-authentication). However, if there is a way to configure the "bad credentials" URL outside of the module's code/parameters, it may be better to place the choice there.

    Hi Julius,
Thank you for the quick response - and on a Sunday, no less!
I have considered verifying that the user existed in SAP before creating the Principal.  One might argue that that would be the common sense thing to do.  The reason I've held off is that the error should be so rare that it may not justify the overhead.  There's a requirement to have a one-to-one username mapping between SAP and the authentication application.  It would be more efficient to assume that this requirement has been met and to handle the Exception when it hasn't been.  Of course, that doesn't mean that it's the right way to go.

For the first concern, if they can access the logon page directly (anyway) you could disable it as you do not want any password based logons (right?) and redirect it to your external page or an error page.
Yes, this is what I'm hoping to do, but I'm not sure how to do it.  Here are some comments and questions about this:
    1. What's involved in disabling the login page?  I would think you'd need to replace it with something else rather than just switch it off.   Could I limit this change to the login ticket template so that other templates (basic authentication, for example) are still available?
    2. Keep in mind that users will never get past the "real" login page unless they have been authenticated.  This complicates matters because we're dealing with a scenario in which the user has already been authenticated but doesn't exist in SAP.  Therefore, it wouldn't make sense to go back to either login page.
    3. What's involved in redirecting to an external page?  Is this an explicit redirect in the module code, or can it be decoupled from the module?  It's not a big deal, but it would be nice to avoid mandatory module parameters for relative paths to error pages.
I think the question I'm after is: "Can I simply change an SAP login URL parameter to point to a custom error page, and allow everything to work as it does now (where SAP handles the redirect)".  If so, could I limit the scope of the change to the login ticket template?  What would be even better is if I could configure SAP's response to this error.  Somewhere, it's currently configured to display the login page.  Ideally, I'd be able to configure it to display myErrorPage, and then set myErrorPage to the appropriate URL.
    +_Julius Bussche wrote:_+
For the second concern, I assume that there are no valid passwords involved here which might have expired, so as long as the user does not have the option to activate a password again and anyway cannot logon via password as the option is not presented... then you should be fine here as well with a forward proxy. Not sure which Java APIs are offered here, but you could check this together with the existence check and react to both prior to accessing SAP "from the outside".
The problem here is that the SAP passwords are needed outside of the integration.  It's true that whether an SAP password has expired is irrelevant to the integration.  However,  this is a Web-based integration; SAP passwords must still be available to users who have access to other clients.  With this in mind, could I create a user password policy that disables password expiration and automatic password change, but only apply it to Web client access?  If not, do you know how I might override SAPu2019s behavior?
Once again, thank you for taking your time to help me out.  I am very grateful.

This trojan is distributed on illegal websites that traffic in pirated movies. If you, or anyone else who uses the computer, visit such sites and follow prompts to install software, you can expect much worse to happen in the future.
You may be wondering why you didn't get a warning from Gatekeeper about installing software from an unknown developer, as you should have. The reason is that the DownLite developer has a codesigning certificate issued by Apple, which causes Gatekeeper to give the installer a pass. Apple could revoke the certificate, but as of this writing, has not done so, even though it's aware of the problem. This failure of oversight is inexcusable and has compromised both Gatekeeper and the Developer ID program. You can't rely on Gatekeeper alone to protect you from harmful software.

  • Agent commission process configuration

    Dear All,
I am trying to configure Agent commission process.
Based on the information available on various threads and links provided in the threads, i ahve completed configuration of below steps.
    1. i have configured new partner function ZA (commission agent) as customer (not as vendor) and assigned the same to partner detrmination procedure AG in customer.
    2. i have configured new customer account group ZCAG by copying sold-to-party 0001. Define number range for ZCAG and define screen for ZCAG.
    3. Assigned ZA to ZCAG
    4. Assigned ZA to sales order partner detrmination procedure
    5. Assigned ZA to Billing partner detrmination procedure
    6. Created customer master for commission agent
    7. Assigned that master to sold-to-party customer master.
    8. added condition type BO03 (customer rebate) to pricing procedure.
    now after doing above configuration.
i have tried to create rebate w.r.t. customer ID of commission agent, but system doesnt accepted it. so, i created the rebate w.r.t sold to party (to which commission agent was assigned) and in condition i have mentioned the ID of commission agent.
que? do we  need to create rebate w.r.t cust ID of commission agent if yes then HOW?? is there any configuration i have missed??
After creating rebate, i have created SO for that sold-to-party and run the complete cycle upto billing. but the accruals didnt got update.....
Kindly suggest if i have missed any thing and also auggest how to move further.
Also note that sales org, customer and billing doc are marked for rebate.
please dont give reference of any other threads or link, as i have gone through each every threads and link available before posting.
    quick reply will be Appreciated
    Thanks,
    Ritesh

Sorry in the recent past, I have not handled this.  Long time back I configured and not sure how I had handled.
But you should not treat the commission agent as customer; instead, he should be treated as vendor.  Assign this to your sold to party code.
Create a condition type with Condition Class and Calculation type as "A".  Of course, assign this condition type in your pricing procedure.
In V/07, for this condition type, have an access sequence where you maintain table 363.  For this combination, maintain the commission percent in VK11.
Try creating sale order and update the forum.
    thanks

  • Third-Party Authentication: Search User identity problem

I have installed OpenSSO agent on my SGD server. I have followed this doc: http://wikis.sun.com/display/SecureGlobalDesktop/HOWTO+Use+OpenSSO+With+SGD
Everything works except the part where the SGD server tries to map the username with the Local+LDAP repository
I have enabled the Third-Party Authentication and selected the option: "Search the User Identity in the LDAP Repository and use the closest matching LDAP Profile from the Local Repository"
I have also kept the already working System Authentication (Active Directory) enabled
    I have 2 problems:
1 - If the user does not exist in local directory (but exists in the active directory) the user is not automatically logged (the login screen of sgd appears).
In the log file (catalina.out) I have an "Invalid credentials" message.
The user is then able to log on manually.
2 - If the user exists in both directories (local and Active Directory) the user is automatically logged-in but the profile is not the same. (the application list is different and the client settings are reset)
I have checked the open session on the Administration console and I see a difference in the case of the User identity.
If I log manually I will see "DC=COM / DC=DOMAIN / CN=User Name (LDAP)" (this is the right user)
    If I log with opensso I will see "DC=com / DC=domain / CN=User Name (LDAP)"
I can log on with both at the same time, SGD seems to consider it like two different users.
    Thanks

    Hi,
You need to create at least one high level "LDAP Profile" user profile in the SGS ENS.

              2.56 GB          Page-ins
              1.59 GB          Page-outs
    Any Input?  Thanks.

Symptom:  You have a very large number of pageouts for having been up for only 2 days since your last boot.  that averages out to 2 pageouts per minute, and since you most likely are not using your Mac 24/7, you most likely had some very high pageout rates while you were using your Mac.
A high pageout rate generally results in slow performance.
Why you have a high pageout rate is unknown, but you should look for memory hungry apps.  Activity Monitor can help there.
Carbonite can add to your disk contention if it is doing backups while you are using your system.  If it is doing backup during the middle of the night while you are sleeping, that is not an issue.
You could consider either running fewer memory hungry apps concurrently, or adding more RAM to your system (Crucial.com and MacSales.com are highly respected RAM vendors by this and other Mac related forums).
If you suspect 3rd party additions affecting your performance, you could boot in "Safe Mode" which will not load 3rd party stuff during boot and login.  Boot holding the "Shift" key to enter Safe Mode.
You could also run 'sar -g' to monitor your pageout activity over time both in "Safe Mode" and booted normally
    Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal
    sar -g 60 100
which will report your pageouts once a minute for 100 minutes (adjust the numbers to suit your tastes).  Now use your system as you normally would, and go back and review the sar output when you notice you are experiencing performance issues.  What you really want to see is mostly zeros, with an occasional blip of a few pageouts.  Sustained pageouts or huge runs of high pageout numbers is an indication that you are using more RAM than you have available and should look for why, and if the app you are running really does need lots of RAM, then think about buying more.

  • Exadata Database Machine & Third Party Products

Is there a document which lists out which Third Party Products are specifically allowed on the Exadata DB Machine? I am interested in CA Autosys, which is our enterprise scheduler.

There is no specific certification program for software on Exadata database servers, just a general recommendation to limit it to low-impact tasks like monitoring agents. Kernel-level modifications or third-party software on storage servers are not permitted.
I'm actually working on an Exadata implementation including AutoSys at the moment, and so far have found no problems with it.

  • UCCX 9.01 Database Access For a Third Party Application

    Hello Folks,
I'm starting with Cisco UCCX (and Cisco Collaboration too) soo an old customer ask me for help in develop an Web Application to collect specific data from queues, agents... in the Cisco UCCX, until now everything is OK, no problem. This request was based because our customer has not adapted with the format of the data submitted for monitoring queues and agents presented by UCCX.  When we tried to collect those data from UCCX Server, we seen that UCCX have an internal Database and for collect data from this one is not possible by default by a Third Party Application. For this kind of solution, we'll need our UCCX server connecting directly with external Database (Like SQL, Oracle..) and a specific license is needed (Unified IP IVR or Unified CCX Premium). Then, our Application would collect data from this DB.
    is that right?
Please feel free to share any suggestion and experience about.
    Best Regards,
    Rodolpho Pereira

    Hi Rodolpho,
You need a PREMIUM license, in case you wish to integrate to an external DB (SQL, Oracle, etc). This is used in case of reading values from an external DB or writing values to the same using the DB Read and DB write steps.
From my understanding, your customer needs to have a reporting capability through their third party application. This is generally termed as Wallboard.
For more information on how to how to configure Wallboard, please check the Administrator guide for UCCX:
    http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_9_0/configuration/guide/UCCX_BK_U767AC77_00_uccx-admin-guide.pdf
Basically, the UCCX has a uccxwallboard user whose password can be changed from the UCCX admin page to be used to integrate with the third party software. This user has access to the Real Time Statistics tables on the UCCX and can be used to pull out the necessary data.
    Hope this helps!

    Arundeep
