Hi. Why can't I download/buy Mp3's?
I have newest iTunes 10. But when I go to "download" sections then still I can see "To download the item you just requested, you need to have iTunes" what is wrong.
I have newest version. I try to buy Mp3's from 2 comptuers, from different internet browser but still nothing! Why this iTunes doesn't work?
I am from Poland.

The enter key on my Macbook Air does not work at all anymore. I did not do anything differently and nothing happened to it - no spill, did not drop the laptop - nada. I have reset everything to defaults, open the key and clean under it. I am really hoping that it is not a hardware problem - but to ensure that it isnt I need to wear out ALL possible software problem. ANY SUGGESTIONS? please and thank you.

Welcome to the Apple Discussions. Since the Font Book application crashes try deleting its preference file, com.apple.FontBook.plist from your User/Library/Preferences folder. Then try again.

Itunes doesn't work at all after upgrade 7

when i got the pop-up to upgrade to 7 i clicked it. When it was done loading, i got a error that said i don't have quicktinme 7.1.3. So i went onto apple.com and went to quicktime and updated to quicktime 7.1.3. As soon as it was done i cliked onthe itunes desktop icon and it came up with the same error. i ahve tried many times to fix it by uninstalling everything and reinstalling it all over again and it still did not work. Is there any way to fix it or is it something with the compuer?

I would first try skipping down to Uninstall older versions QuickTime, the attempt to repair iTunes installation. This will be done through control panel>addremove programs.

I upgraded to the newest version of iTunes and it stopped working completely. No error messages or anything, it just won't open. I click the icon, get the little working icon on my cursor, and then nothing. Is this a known issue or does my computer (and Apple) just hate me?

Final Cut Express was discontinued about 18 months ago, before the release of Lion (10.7). It is no longer a supported product and was never supported on Lion, nor on Mountain Lion.
While some FCE users have had success running FCE on Lion, many have reported problems including problems with chroma keying. I do not recall any solution to the chroma keying problem, but you might try searching this Forum to see what others have discovered or tried.
Final Cut Pro X is the app supported on Lion & Mountain Lion, and the future direction Apple has taken. Since your computer lab has already moved to Lion (10.7.5) and presumably will move to Mountain Lion in the future, you should begin the process of moving to Final Cut Pro X. I appreciate there are implications for cost, training, inconvenience and re-doing lesson plans. But technology moves on and at some point we need to move with it too.

No, you do not. It simply is not possible to have a device that does not exist.

Yes, it does work. It is carrier locked to AT&T, just like all GSM iPhones sold in the US since their introduction.

Had itunes then one day it quit working, now all i get when i open is this:itunes has quit working box

My son received a laptop for christmas last december..Itunes has worked on it up until about a month ago. Now the program states this: Itunes has quit working- we have uninstalled and reinstalled earlier verions as well as the new version. they all go through the process but when it finalizes and we open it says the same thing. under the details of the error we get all this stuff:

I was having trouble sending to hotmail accounts from my Earthlink account, they had me go into Mac Mail preferences and make changes (because they claimed it was Mac Mail's fault, even though the hotmail error code said it's because Earthlink is blocked by hotmail), now Mac Mail doesn't work AT ALL - any help changing the settings back to correct Mac Mail settings? I can provide a transcript of the entire tech chat session, if that will help...

Mavericks, AppleTV-3, Accessibility Zoom, Zoom Style: Full Screen, doesn't work at all. Help.

I'm a teacher using an AppleTV 3 (latest updates) to project & teach FCP X in a large iMac lab. Using my Macbook Pro (late 2011), I could use any of the Zoom, Zoom Styles. However, since upgrading to Mavericks, I have an issue when projecting my laptop screen to white screen. The problem is when using Accessibility Zoom, Zoom Style: Full Screen, doesn't work at all. Strangely, Zoom Style: Picture in Picture works fine. I've tried other macs running Mountain Lion, both work without issue. Please help. This is killing my effectiveness.

Acrobat does a little differently. Word and other applications, for example 100% means to physically see right, & left edge, and top & bottom. you see the entire page without scrolling. an 8.5 by 11 page. If you want to see 8.5 width you set page width which for Portriat page its 292%

Also on Mac what you see on screen depends upon the Printer used. (Just FYI only)

Κανε backup στο iTunes και μετά κάνε restore as new. Δηλαδή Settings>General>Reset>Reset all Content and Settings. Οταν τελειώσει θα έχουν σβηστεί όλα. Μην κανεις restore from backup. Δοκίμασε πρώτα νε δεις αν δουλεύει το wi-fi. Αν δεν δουλεύει πας στο service. Αν δουλεύει κάνε restore from backup. Αν το πρόβλημα ξαναεμφανιστεί τότε πρέπει να ξανακανεις restore as new και να το στησεις απο την αρχή. Αν δεν εμφανιστεί έχεις καθαρίσει. Μην ξεχάσεις να συγχρονίζεις επαφές και ημερολόγια πριν το restore.

Try:
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Maybe just a loose connection they can fix.

This guide doesn't work in the new PC itunes! I called apple support for 25mins and they just emailed me this link again! I need to see my in-app purchase transaction/order numbers ASAP.

Which part isn't working ? If you have the current version of iTunes (iTunes 12) on your PC then the steps for logging into your account should work.
Or, and if you have an older version of iTunes, you can log into your account via the Store > View Account menu option :
On your account's screen there should be a Purchase History section with a 'See All' link to its right
