This morning I changed my Apple ID to my new email address. I thought it meant that I could then use all my alias icloud email addresses with my new Apple ID because it would be the same account. Why am I now not getting email to those addresses.

I thought it meant that I could continue to use all my alias icloud email addresses with my new Apple ID because it would be the same account. Since then I have not received and new emails to my iCloud email addresses. Normally I get at least 7 new emails a day, so I'm pretty sure my iCloud addresses are not working. It would be a lot of work for me to notify a lot of people, companies, and organizations about new email addresses, so I really would like to make them work. Will it be possible to make them work with my new Apple ID?

Roger, I didn't know that "Delete Account" was synonymous with "log out". Yes, I had deleted my iCloud account in my iPad email settings more than once yesterday and again one more time after I read your reply. I then followed the instructions below to log off on my Windows PC. I found these when I searched for how to log off of iCould:
1- Go to www.iCloud.com
2- Sign in with your current login info
3- Click on your user name on top right corner
4- Select account setting
5- Select "Advanced."
6- Click 2nd option, "Sign Out Of All Browsers."
I also scanned settings for all the other apps on my iPad and changed a couple that still had my old sbcglobal email address. Later, I noticed that I was able to see my old previous iCloud emails in iCloud.com, and the couple of messages that I received from this Support Community site, but still no new emails. Suddenly the emails started rolling in again this morning. I have 7 new ones at the moment. I sort of expected to get a backlog of emails from yesterday, but something tells me those were all lost as "undeliverable". I don't know who or exactly what did the trick, but the issue seems to be fixed. I'm using my new Apple ID, and I'm glad I don't have to get all new iCloud alias email addresses after all.

I have read the Home Sharing information on the website (max 5 devices in your household if they are connected to your house wi-fi) but does it mean that they all have to be in the same place using the same wi-fi connection?

I have a Vin, iMac 20 inch early 2008 . Can anyone tell me the now equivalent of this model? We had a housefire and I need to replace it new for old. I have a serial no. but cant find out which one would be the same model to replace it now.

I gave insurance images and provided original receipts (my purchases were made on Apple.com), and Apple provided electronic copies of the receipts. You may want to contact Apple and check, if they can provide a copy. Insurance may depreciate the original value. I was offered residual value which i used to buy newer replacements, and provided the receipts for replacements back to insurance.

you can change the accounts of different apps in the phone's settings menu.

When you are done with this issue, consider the computer back at the office may still
have access to your iTunes account, and it should be de-auhorized. You can do that
remotely, but be sure you carefully do not mess up your other computer iTunes libraries.

Deleting an iCloud account only deletes it from the Device, not from iCloud. In iOS 8, the name of this setting changed to "Sign Out" as that is a better reflection of what actually happens. Your iCloud data remains on the server, available to devices still signed into the account, but the device you sign out of the account on is disconnected from the account, and as a result, the iCloud data from that account is removed from the device. It will redownload to the device should you sign back into the account.
The only issue you'll run into when you switch between accounts is with my photo stream photos older than 30 days. When you delete (or sign out of) and account, your photo stream photos are deleted along with the other data from the account in question. However, unlike other data which remains on the server and can redownload to your device when you sign back in, my photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days. When you sign back in, you will only get back my photo stream photos added in the last 30 days (as older photos are no longer in iCloud to redownload). Like other account data, any my photo stream photos on your other devices signed into the account are unaffected by this. If you want to keep older my photo stream photos on your device as you change iCloud accounts, save them to your camera roll before deleting (signing out of) the account.

Why would my iTunes password not work for my iCloud password if I am using the same account?

I recently redownloaded "find my friends" to my iPhone, and tried to log in and couldn't. Now I use my iTunes account with the iCloud also, and I can't access my iCloud account either. My password has never changed for either services, my account ID was not changed or misspelled, and I shouldn't have any other accounts either. Silly me decided that I should to log out of my iCloud and log back in but it won't accept my password. Am I missing something some where along the way? I can still download apps with the password but why can't I log in to my iCloud account anymore? Can I have different passwords with the same account? If so how do I change one with out changing the other also?

The only ways I know of for email to get sent to an account are:
1. It was addressed to that account. Someone used that email address to send you the email.
2. It was forwarded to that account by the account to which it had been addressed. I am not aware of Mail having this feature but it is often a feature provided by your ISP that you can turn on by logging into your account via the Internet and setting it up. I assume you have not done this, though.
With several email addresses in the same Mail client, you have to be careful which one you are sending from. If you send from the wrong address, any replies will come back to that same address. I make this mistake all too often.

Firefox will not fully load and run anymore just out of the blue when I click to run it it just sits and does not respond I have totally uninstalled and reinstalled this many times and it still does the same thing why would it stop working?

When I booted my computer up from cold and click firefox to run it sat there and tryed to load instead it sits there and does the nor responding thing. I have totally uninstalled the program a few times and re installed a new download and the same thing happen. I can not run firefox any longer and i have run it everyday for a very long time. This seems to be the only program with an issue.

None of the stuff in " http://kb.mozillazine.org/Locked_or_damaged_places.sqlite " helps. I have tried and tried and I have even wipe the computer clean still didn't help. I got the same problem as he/she has got in the first posted. Can add some web pages but not all the web pages I want.. I should have never updated to 3.6.13... That's when it all started for me, from that version..... Now Version 3.6.14 is out, I was hoping the version 3.6.14 might would fix the problem wrong again....
Funny thing is i can not even Bookmark Firefox.com!!!!!...lol
So any ideas on how to fix it other than the link giving would help.
