Thumbs not loading to larger view

When clicking on thumbnails, larger images are getting hung up. Anyone resolved this? Library was imported via firewire from G5...not sure if that has anything to do with it. Seen others with same issue so don't think so.

Highlight the iPhoto Library folder in the finder
Click the info icon in the toolbar or do a "command" "i" on the keyboard.
Get info on the iPhoto Library folder
In the Get info window make sure you are the owner and have Read/write permissions. Also hit the button at the bottom.

My site will not load in design view?

I can not figure this out for the life of me but I am hoping someone here can give me a simple solution. I have spent endless hours trying to figure out why my site will not load when attempting to open any of the template or html files of my local site in design view. They open fine in Code view but when I click on design view, I get an hour glass that only goes away if I close dreamweaver using ctrl + alt + delete and use the task manager to close the process. Any web pages outside of my actual site open fine so I am not sure what is causing the issue with my site itself? I have opened the template and have deleted all the code from it and attempted to view the file in design view and still get the same problem. Is there perhaps something simple that I am overlooking? My site worked fine in design view several days ago and I can not think of any changes that I made that may be causing the problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the entire adobe suite and I am still having the issue.
I am running on Windows Vista and have 4 gigs of ram and a 2.6 Core Duo processor if that helps.
Please help me out here. Really would appreciate any help you can provide!

I am using Dreamweaver CS4 and I tried deleting the config folder. Still no luck...
Eerything opens fine except for files fom my site. I have deleted the site from Manage Sites and recreated it but still am having the same problem.
When I delete the Configuration folder do I have to reset it up some how? Why is dreamweaver rendering all my other files outside of my site folder successfully in desgn view and not giving any other files an issue? I really hope I can get this resolved soon.

Graphics will not load for map view error: Could not find default.styleproto in framework

I am trying to load a mapview using Mapkit and everything was working a week ago. When I got the update for 4.5 for xcode all of a sudden the mapview would not load properly. It seems to pin point on my location properly but there is no graphics. I have made sure that my .mapType is set properly and I have looked at all the other settings. Also a project that uses mapview on another computer gets the same problem I am getting, it seems I have lost this file "default.styleproto" from somewhere.
If it helps, I had problems with my first download of xcode, I had two versions some how running on my computer so I ran a command line script to erase everything to do with xcode so I could download a new copy and start from fresh. It seemed to have deleted my "developer" folder for my apps.

I had the same problem and the map wouldn't work at all. The files should be in the folder
~/Library/Application Support/iPhone Simulator/[6.0 and above]/Library/Caches/GeoServices/Resources
In my case I had 3 styleproto files in there including [email protected] which I duplicated and renamed to default.styleproto. Now the map works but all the icons are @2x size, which is very annoying. I thought of using the default.styleproto file from a different computer but it didn't have it either.
Any real solution to this?

Oam elements not loading upon initial viewing

I'm making a fun little intracompany website here: http://start-pacific.appspot.com.
I designed it in Muse, using buttons from Edge Animate.
When the page loads the first time after a completely clear cache, (a seemingly random) two or three buttons on the top will stay stuck at the preloader "down" stage, and will stay like that until the user refreshes the page. I don't want my users to have to figure out that they need to refresh the page to do this. Is there some page attribute I can enable to force the buttons to finish loading?
I put the .oam files on the page with the File> Place function.

They are configured the exact same way (except one is named "directoryAnimated" and one is named "gmailAnimated"). You'll notice that the second item just doesn't load a few lines of code, breaking the element.
Why is the site not loading all the code upon the initial visit?

Previews not loading in grid view (stacks) 10.6.3

Hi, I am having a rather odd bug with stacks: everything works just dandy (previews load) unless I look at a certain folder. If I navigate to the folder (in stack view) it will load maybe 80% of the item previews and then just stop (it loads different ones each time). After I have done this, no preview for anything will load other than folder icons (in stacks, that is), unless I log-out log-in or restart. I have tested this many times, and it is consistent. Cover flow still works, even after stack previews have stopped appearing. An annoyance really, but I still would like to fix it if possible, so thanks in advance for any ideas.

That's the point to where I was getting - without icon previews, the default icon for .m4v files should be the following:
(This was just taken from my wife's MacBook Pro, still on iTunes 10.6.2 but running Snow Leopard 10.6.8)
Under Lion (10.7.4) and iTunes 10.6.3, the default icon (no previews) is empty white, which I do not believe should be - I had the above generic icon for .m4v files in Lion under 10.6.2.
Yet iTunes-associated audio files are fine: (from my iMac)

Firefox 9 does not load my last viewed webpages from the last time I shut it down

When I would shut down firefox 8, it would save my last web pages I was on. When I came back and started firefox again, they would load up.
With firefox 9 they do not do that, I originally left the settings alone from version 8 and it only load the About:home page, without the Restore Previous Session button, and it is greyed out in the History Menu

Have you looked in ''Tools > Options > General'' to see if your startup page setting has been changed? There is a setting in there that asks what you would like Firefox to do on startup. In your case, you should set it to ''Show my windows and tabs from last time''.

Compressor not loading up large files.

I am having problems with failed jobs in Compressor. When importing the files the video does not show up under the file name and the submissions fail.
These are large mp4 files around 3 gigs each. Is there something I can do to help compressor import these files?

You might try installing Perian.

Some people have reported problems with their systems after installing the latest version, so make sure they have a uninstall option avaialbe or, even better,make a bootable clone of your startup drive before installing so you can restore it if things go south after the install.
Some files just won't work in compressor. You might try opening and exporting in mpegstreamclip.

My computer will not load Pay per-view sites

I have tried numerous times to pull up payperview sites. When I try to access the site i get the message:
"Safari can’t open the page ....... because it can’t find the server .......
I have called customer service for the sites and they have tried troubleshooting. However, they will only do so much due to liability. They aslo stated that they have not have had any issues with mac users acessing their site.
It is not my Internet provider because I can access the site with my lap top that is running windows. I used to be able to access the site without any problems until power went out during a storm.
I have also tried to access the site using Internet explorer and Firefox.
What can I do to solve this problem?

HT204407 My iPhone 5 will not load the standard view of Find my Friends anymore.

When I go to load Find my Friends, the screen will show up with the location dots, but it doesn't load the map, I can load the hybrid, and satellite but it doesn't give me road names.
Anyone else having this problem on their iPhone 5 running 6.1.4?

You can deduce the orientation. Actually the value of the ASFixedRect are [ lower-left x, lower-left y, upper-right x, upper-right y ]. To have the correct value use the ASFixedToInt32 and you will be able to find the orientation of the Media with the length and heigth.
Use the rotation to change the orientation.
E.g. MediaBox [0 0 100 400] is portrait. If you have a rotation of 90° in addition it's landscape.

Recently upgraded to windows XP from NT and get the error "can not load control"

I am using a LabVIEW VI to run two Opteon digital cameras. Originally, they were run off a Windows NT machine, however it ran out of hard drive space and we had to upgrade to a Windows XP machine. I installed all the new drivers from Opteon, however when I run the VI on the new system it does not load the image viewer or scroll bars and I recieve the error "could not load control". The control for the view screen is "MVCamView" and the control for the scrollbars is "MSForms.IScrollbar". The drivers sent to me by Opteon work fine, as the free program that Opteon sent has no problems.

Folio issue - not showing in Adobe Viewer iPad 1

I have a Folio created at 1024 x 768. It is loaded through the Folio Builder and everything is filled on in the Folio Producer.
When I log into the Adobe Viewer on an iPad 1, it does not show up.
My Adobe Viewer is up-to-date.
The Folio is created for Viewer 20.
Our Branded Viewer is updated to Viewer 20.
I also have another version uploaded at 2048 x 1536, it shows up in the Adobe Viewer on iPad 3.
Anyone have any ideas why is will not show on an iPad 1?

I am not sure exactly what happened. One of the articles imported, but it wqas scaled down 50%. Due to the size difference it would not load to the Viewer.
Reloading into the Folio did not work. I created another Folio with that article, loaded it. Then I copied from one folio to another in the Folio Producer.
Go figure?

Safari 7.0.1 does not load large images

When I use safari and try to load an image with a resolution above, say, 2000x2000, I get a black box, sometimes with a grey area in the corner. The correct image displays for a brief moment, about a half second, but not enough for my viewing pleasure. This usually happens when I click imgur links on reddit, such as this one. I just searched a very large image on google, and was able to load it no problem. I've tried turning off all extensions, but even with no extensions the images do not load. Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you!

How can I view or load messages in my mail folders? It disappeared somewhere? It's not loading. Please help.

I tried to view the messages in the "folders" in my mail, but unfortunately, it's not loading anything...it was perfectly doing okay before not until 3 days ago. Someone can help me fix this out is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Always try the simple things first .... a simple restart may work.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Quit the mail app and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
