To remove warning message " CONNECTION TO LIVE CACHE FAILED"

Hi,
I am working on a stand alone SNC system , and I am testing it .
We have not installed Live cache in this system
We are creating master data directly in SNC system
never faced issue while creating location , Business partner
But while creating Product and location product as master go following warning message " CONNECTION TO LIVE CACHE FAILED"
once I click on CREATE , but if I press enter instead it takes me to following screens for master creation
We have even deactivate the live CACHe but still get this warning message,
H0w can i remove this warning mesaage and get in the following master creation screens directly

Hi Experts,
IN the above issue i mentioned , forgot to tell you that once i try to save product or location product it again give me the same error and doent have the master
but once SNC is a stand alone system should save it even with out the live cache
there should be some setting to make this system not depended on live cache and still save all the data
please help with this

Yikesyou have helped me before and I thank you for that. Funny how at the last resort I ask a question and then an hour later I fix something that has been broken for five days. I got off on the wrong foot with Lightroom installation and I really stepped in it...a lot had to do with a bad hard drive and all that. I still have remnants of catalogues etc so I am never quite sure where I am. I ran a search and found more than one .lrdata files. Cannot remove warning message from screen

I work remotely and use Outlook Web App to access my emails.
Everything works fine other than I always get this warning message:
which I cannot remove as the 'Continue' option is unresponsive to clicks.
Anyone have any ideas how to cure this??

The server has a self-signed certificate, which means that the people in charge of it don't know how to do their job. That's not a problem I can help you with. However, the warning dialog should not be unresponsive.
Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this behavior; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Please take this step regardless of the results of Step 1.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or earlier, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of Steps 1 and 2.

Removing warning messages - PTMW

I must to restrict the message apperance for transaction PTMW. In PTMW, when managers click on Goto -> Process Process Messages, they should see only the error messages. I tried to use badi PT_BLP_USER, but without success. Can you tell me how I can do this requirement ?

The warning messages are fine and normal. (You may want to sellect a different build folder, looks lik eyou are building to where your apps are?)
Not sure about how you are trying to burn them (I use Toast or DVD SP itself), but in general make a new disc, then add the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders

Live cache failed

I got the error message of "Live chage failed" at run time. Even In the Live cache monitor also I am getting the status "Live cache Inactive". What is the reason for this error and how to rectify it.

As you mentioned, liveCache seems inactive. (liveCache is down)
So please start up livecache from LC10.

HT1926 Installing iTunes 11.1.4 on windows XP issues warning message: Service "Apple Mobile Device' failed to start. starting iTunes shows MSVCR80.dll not found.

Normal update of iTunes to 11.1.4 fails. Suggests installing from web site
I install from iTunes.com. Install issues the messages:
Service "Apple Mobile Device' failed to start.
Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services
I do have necessary privilegs. I hit ignore. See window with successful install come up and finish with launch. I get the messages:
iTunes was not installed correctly.
Please reinstall iTunes
Error 7 (Windows error 126)
Tring to start iTunes from desktop gives:
This application failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found
Re-installing the application may fix the problem.
Further repair or remove/reinstall does not fix the problem (including after reboot)
Thie is the first time this has happened. I'm not sure where to go from here

Keep get messages: connection to exchange server failed

I am using exchange on my iphone 5s. I have used it untill this morning when i received a message: Cn't receive mail. connection to the server failed.
I still receive mail on my gmail so there is no problem of connection. I tried to erase and download the exchange, I tried to erase all the definitions on my iphone to factory definitions, nothing helps. I need the exchange very much because it is connected
with my work webmail so when I receive e-mails fro work on my mail, i can answer via exchange. I need the exchange very much. What can i do to fix it?
Please answe me with simple explanations because I qam not a computer expert.
I will appreciate very much any help in this matter.

According to your description, your Exchange account cannot receive emails when it is configured on your phone. If I misunderstand your meaning, please feel free to let me know.
If yes, before we can go further, I'd like to recommend you try to configure your account on your Windows computer Outlook client.

I recently purchased Photoshop Touch for use on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. I have uploaded files to Creative Cloud from CS5 version of Photoshop. I can view the file thumbnails on my tablet, but when I go to open them, I get the following error every time:

FTP transfer failed with message 'connection to the server failed'

Hello,
I downloaded the CCE client response gallery from The Turning Gate but every time a create a new web gallery and try to upload i get the above message. I've checked my settings several times and they are correct. I've ebb follows an online tutorial on how to upload a web gallery and my settings are correct, so if anyone can help I would be very grateful?

In other words, unless somebody comes along who has the answer, or re-installing helps.., it seems worthwhile to isolate the problem, is it:
* Lightroom/plugins can't connect to the internet?
* FTP is broken?
* FTP to a specific server is broken?
Or did I misunderstand, and you've only tried FTP to one server? - if so, it could be that there was some change at the server end, like it now requires a different port or something..
If you want to try another server, you can get a free account at Flickr, for example, and try to upload via FTP..

When CSS wholly remove connection from internal cache

I use RPC over TCP between client and server through CSS 11500.
I have a question about when CSS remove this RPC connection from internal cache/connection table ?
and does CSS generate and send back RST if same connection come in CSS after removing ?
I do not change flow-timeout-multiplier parameter, so RPC's timeout value (Inactivity Timeout) is 16 sec.
I understand CSS marked the connection as idle after 16 sec elapsed in this case.
And, however CSS does not delete it from internal cache/connection table.
Does it mean that this idle connection went in a list of resource that can be reused when same connection
come in ?
That is, the connection which marked as idle does not need 3 way handshake again to get create connection/flow
entry because connection information remains on CSS in spite of the state is idle.
Is it correct ?
So when idle connection is wholly removed from internal cache/connection table ?
That is, after how much time CSS wholly remove it from internal cache/connection table ?
And after CSS wholly remove it, does CSS generate and send back RST when same connection without
3 way handshake come in CSS ?

Your understand is correct.
Once a flow is marked idle, it is moved to a list of resources that can be reused.
While sitting in this list, the flow information can still be used to switch traffic belonging to this session.
The flow data will move inside the list and then will be deleted to be used for a new connection.
Depending on the number of connection/sec that you get, the flow data will move quickly or not inside the list. It is impossible to predict when it will be deleted.
Once deleted, if data comes in for the old session, the CSS has no information about the flow and it should send a RESET back to the source.

I feel that this message cannot be switched to warning, since it is against the RFX process to publish it with an earlier delivery date.
I also 100% agree with you that, it should be a error message and it may not be changed to a warning message...
However I have a similar issue with some other message, could you please visit How to remove warning message "you are offerring itemxxxx for free"? and put your valuable answer?

In SCm 4 it is inbuit , does we require separate Live cache server for any SCm Version

Hi Manish
Yes, you would need a seperate server for Live Cache, we just completed installation of SCM 5.1 with LiveCache 7.7
Install the Live Cache 7.7 as per the install guide (This is MAX DB not Oracle) or the version you need on a seperate server.
You can do this install before you install SCM system, when you are in the install process of SCM system it will prompt you to enter LiveCache details. Or if you wish you can do it later.
IMP: There will not be any GUI to start and stop Live Cache alone, start and stop of Live Cache happens from SCM system using the transaction LC10.
Once both systems are up and running, use LC10 from SCM system to complete the post install steps and complete the configuration. DO NOT GET CONFUSED WITH POST INSTALLTION PART in the Live Cache install guide, these should be done from SCM system.
Backups: You need seperate backups for SCM and for LCA (Standard SAP naming convention for LiveCache Database)
