Hello Experts!
We are using SAP CRM 2006s with ABAP Mapbox and MS Outlook exchange server. Scenario is integration of BPs, Tasks and Activities.
Issue:
1. Partner details other than name fields not getting replicated between Groupware and CRM systems.
The customizing steps as per the Groupware Adapter and Customizing Guide document has been completed for the groupware integration with CRM.
After the initial load of BUPA_MAIN object, the business partners have been flowing between CRM and MS outlook exchange public contacts folder.
Although the new contacts created in Outlook are being transferred to CRM and vice versa, the contact details are not getting replicated.
The inbound BDoc with the business partner from Outlook just has the contact Name and therefore creates the BP with just the name details. The contact details are missing in the inbound BDoc although I can see the contact details in the MapBox in XML format.
The outbound BDoc for partners created in CRM has all the details, but while replicating in Outlook, the contact is created with just name details - the email, telephone and other details are missing. Here again, the mapbox has all the partner details in XML format.
The settings have been maintained for mapping CRM data and vCard format data. The customizing objects have all been downloaded after these changes were made.
But the partner details other than names are not getting mapped into the inbound BDoc from the XML format in mapbox. Similarly Outlook does not seem to use the partner details from the XML payload while creating the contact.
2. The DB table CRMD_MBA_GUISTOR with the MapBox data has entries with reference to BUPA and BUPA_REV_VCARD - corresponding to inbound and outbound Partner data. There is no entry with reference to tasks and appointments that we are trying to exchange. Is there any other setting for tasks and activities exchange? Or is this issue likely due to the Userlist.xml file not being updated with employee email details?

Hi,
I would like your assistance on a billing topic in CRM.
System: CRM 5.0 and ECC6
Scenario:
- Customer calls to purchase service
- Once the price is given to the customer the customer decides not to purchase because it is too expensive to pay it upfront
- The agent offers the customer the option to pay monthly (periodic billing)
Situation:
- Would like to change the billing plan at the transaction level
Is there an option to change billing plan in CRM in the sales order?(In R/3 you can change billing plan in the transaction)
Assumption: Billing is done in R/3Possibilities to change are depending on the kind of scenario for the exchange of the document (table CRMPAROLTP, entry CRM_SCENARIO).
After the document was replicated to R/3 and invoice has been created from R/3, this might block the change in CRM.
If really no other solution, set reason for cancellation in order item and create new item for contract with updated billing plan.

Urgent help on CRM technical interview
Dear All,
I have a technical interview in CRM (base customisation & sales) coming up in the next few days.
First interview which was kind of general has been done.
Now they want to take a technical interview.
Can you guys please advice me what areas in base customisation and CRM sales should I concentrate in order to prepare for this technical interview.
It would be very much appreciated if you can post some example questions like sample questions that they can ask on this occasion.
Also please as per technical point of view, which topics within CRM Sales and base customisation should I prepare.
I shall greatly appreciate any help and inputs in this regard.

Base Customization starts with the CR100 - BASE CUSTOMIZATION. You need to have a good understanding of the CRM Business Transaction, Business Partners, Organization Modules and Products related technical details.
As for the technical Questions, the best points is SDN as it contains mostly the live questions and scenarios which no one else will be able to provide you. Also put a debug point in the existing code and try to get into deep as much as possible.
For any doubts you can always refer SDN.

Invoice tables / AP documents
i'm doing some sap analysis on AP and am trying to recreate the vendor history within sap i.e. understand the AP tables.
- rseg and rbkp (these seem to have invoice / invoice receipt document types mainly document types starting with R) This table doesn't include many K vendor document types of which some are invoice types. Does anyone know which table/s these K vendor docs are held?
- i've read some other forums about BSIK (AP closed items) and BSAK (AP open items). are these useful as it looks like these tables are just a subset of the gl tables BKPF and BSEG.

I am new in the topic SAP CRM Web Client and I have to create a new assignment block for the accounts site.
In this assignment block you should see the last ten orders of the account. I already have the code to get the data from the tables. But I have no idea how to show this in a new assignment block. Can anybody help me, please? Or do you know a good document, where the process is described?
I have the book SAP CRM Web Client Customizing and Development. So I've understood the basics. But it was not really helpful for my project.

Assignment block is nothing but a view. So you need to create one view with view type as Table view. Columns of the table would be the value attributes of the view. Write the population logic in ON_NEW_FOCUS method of the CNxx class associated with the view you created.
