Toshiba 40RF350U not showing/recognizing the inputs

Hello,
Just recently, my 40rf350u will not load the inputs. I've tried plugging in an xbox in all 3 hdmi ports and I even tried a DVD player using the video component cables. Before I plug them in, the tv will turn on fine and it will even say "No Video Signal." The full screen works, I don't see any lines like other people have gotten. My biggest issue is that once I plug in the input cables, the "No Video Signal" message will go away, as if it recognizes the input, but the screen will stay completely black. The fact that the No Video Signal message goes away tells me that the TV can recognize that an input has been plugged in, but the screen then stays black and doesn't load the video.
Any suggestions? Has anyone else dealt with this and/or fixed it? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Yes, when I plugged my xbox 360 in with the HDMI, I had turned it on, and when I turned it on, the screen went black with no audio. When I turned it off, the screen came back and said "No Video Input." I tried the same thing with a dvd player with component cables and the same thing happened.

Input source selector does not show when switching the input source

Hi,
I'm running OS X Mavericks on my late-2013 15" MacBook Pro with Retina Display. I set a key combinations in Keyboard section in System Preferences to "Select the previous input source" and "Select next source in Input menu".
In my previous MacBook, whenever I use the shortcut to switch my input source, there's a selector (as shown below) appear in the middle of the screen showing what input source I am selecting. Strangely, on this new MacBook, it just doesn't show it.
I thought that this is a change in Mavericks, but a few days ago, I install Mavericks on my old MacBook and the selector does appear when I am switching the input source using the shortcut. I have search throught all the setting in System Preferences, but there is no option to show or hide the Input source selector when switching the input source. Am I the only one? Am I missing something? Is there any fix?

I have just installed a new hard drive in my imac intel 20" (2006) and now the hard drive does not show up in the 'select destinations' folder of the install program.

I have just installed a new hard drive in my imac intel 20" (2006) and upgraded the memory and now the hard drive does not show up in the 'select destinations' folder of the install program. I can see the hard drive in the disk utilities window however it wont let me do anything.
It is a seagate 1TB SATA II drive however it is displaying it as a 7.3 TB.
If anyone has any suggestions I would be happy to hear them.
I have tried to erase and partition and get the same error message each time, 'Input/Output error'.
I have tried starting the thing with the install disk which is Mac OS X (Tiger?) which came with the computer. No good.
Anyone?

Thats correct. I can see it in the list however when I attempt to erase it or partition it it's like it's not being found or recognised and it throws up the input/output error message. I am pretty sure that the sensor it attached correctly and it is a SATA drive. I can see all the infor regarding the drive when disk utility is open and it all looks good but I cant access it or do anything with it. It's taunting me!
The install disk is in the drive and the install program runs right up to the point where you have to select the location for the install and there is just nothing in the box where you have to select the hard drive icon.
I have my suspiscions about the drive but any help would be appreciated.

XMP data not showing up in the custom file info panels when upgraded to CC

For several versions of Photoshop, I have been able to use a modified custom file info panel to input, update, and track psd files. With each version of photoshop there are always some changes in the way the object data is handled. The lastest challenge is:
1. XMP data not showing up in the custom file info panels when upgraded CC from CS6.
2. Raw data is not visible in CC in the File info panel.
3. This occurs in new documents where we create the xmp wrapper while the file template is built.
4. When metadata is manually entered into the file, the data is not added to the XMP wrapper when it is recreated on the save.
5. When a file that was created in CS6 is opened that contains the Metadata in the file info template. It is visible. the Raw data is also visible. Once the XMP wrapper is recreated - write and then close. The data is no longer available. the Raw data will not pull up in the file info panel.
Any feedback or a direction will be appreciated.

I have a script that the user runs to input xmp data into a Customized version of the generic file info panel. it is data that is gathered from the user when the psd file is created. once the file is open in photoshop. the information is visible in the File info panel , the raw data, and as a schema addition in the advanced tab.
in CC the nodes and the children of the XMP packet have changed positions. so that the XML -this.XMP.child(0).appendChild(this.createNode())
is no longer the node that can be appended.
Where XML.child(0).elements().length(); would enable the xmlns to be added in CS6

it is visible in CC as namespace in a different arrangement. XML.child(0).child(0).namespaceDeclarations().toString()) and the children are XML.child(0).child(0).elements().length().toString()); There are now 7 child nodes where before there were 1.
with all shifted, the initialize of the values and the delete XMP packet wrapper and create new or the amend to the XMP packet wrapper is undefined.

RE workflow type is not showing up in the Request type list in AE

I had appended the AE_init_append_data_RE.xml file in the Configuration->Initial System Data.
Even after appending this file , the RE workflow type is not showing up in the AE Request type list.
Please guide me.

1. AE_init_ append_data_RE.xml
2. AE_init_ append_data_CC.xml
I have created
1. Initator with workflow type RE using Request type and priority -RE_HIGH as attributes
2. CAD by giving webservice URL.
3. Configured workflow with one stage.
Now, if I process a request in RE I am getting an error "ERROR IN CREATING REQUEST". What may be the problem..? I am happy to receive your suggestions.

My downloaded text sounds do not show up under the sounds tab in settings after installing 8.1.1. can someone help me please?

i downloaded a couple text tones and since installing 8.1.1, they will not show up under the sounds tab. in fact, they do not show up in my recent purchases on itunes, but when i go to buy them again, it says that i have already bought this tone. I just want to use the tones i paid for as the tones on my phone. not asking much.... thanks for the help. i hope someone can help me get the tones working. thank you.

This was happening to me too but only for some of my songs. I have a mac so I dunno about PCs, but for most of my ringtones I had to create an ACC version in itunes to make them short enough then turn that into a m4r and those all worked fine. But if the song was already short enough and I didn't create an ACC version and just turned the original into a m4r, then it wouldn't appear in my itunes.
so if you're on a mac:
1. go to get info, options, pick when you want the song to start and end.
     Has to be pretty short to work, 30 second or less is good
     if it's already short enough that's fine
2. right click and click 'create ACC version'
     a copy with the length you put in will appear, drag that into a folder or whatever and just type in m4r where m4a would be
     still make an ACC version even if it's the right length

You would need to make sure you're accessing the Computers icon. If you are under the Music icon, that will be accessing the cloud and only show iTunes purchases (unless you subscribe to iTunes Match)

My ipod touch is not showing up on the source list

My iPod Touch is not showing up on the source list. I have tried to restore the ipod, i have uninstalled, reinstalled, and used the repair option in the control panel to no avail. I am currently useing the latest version of Windows 8 on an Asus VivoBook. What can i do to fix the problem?

BBP_INB_DELIVERY_CREATE-material number is not showing up in the VL33N

I am trying to create inbound delivery with reference to Purchase Order.
While using BBP_INB_DELIVERY_CREATE to create inbound deliveries, the material number is not showing up in the VL33N screen but Material Description is coming.
As you have also faced same problem,can you please suggest how to resolve this issue?Your help will be highly appreciated.

Hi,
This function module doesn't pass Material number while creating the inbound delivery. Instead you can use the function module GN_DELIVERY_CREATE along with NUMBER_GET_NEXT function module.
See line number 631 to 656 of include LBBP_SIC_40F02 (Called from Line no 18 of BBP_INB_DELIVERY_CREATE) for more details.
While using the function module BBP_INB_DELIVERY_CREATE, material number is not passed to the function module (GN_DELIVERY_CREATE) structure field XKOMDLGN-MATNR.

You should be able to copy them to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases and you can then sync them to the iPhone (or you could re-download them directly on the iPhone)

When I create a playlist and sync it to my iPhone not all of the playlist transfers over. All of the songs are there and are playable they just do not show up on the playlist.

For example, in itunes on my computer a playlist has over 100 songs, but when I sync my phone, my iphone only shows 60 songs. I can go into my phone and add the missing songs to the playlist, but the next time I sync my phone the songs are gone again.

Wondering if you haven't been bitten by the new "feature" of iOS 5, as was my son. turingtest2 explained it very well in reply to my own query about "missing" songs in playlists.

When I start keying in a name in the email, it comes up with the person's address, which shows it is synced. How do I engage the contact list from the email like I do on my old account (where a contact list icon shows up, along with the "attach" and other icons) ?

With the New Message window open, go to the View menu and select "Customize Toolbar...".
In the screen that opens, drag the item labelled "Address" into the Toolbar area of the New Message window, then click the "Done" button.
That item should be then added to the Toolbar for the New Message window.
Note that the main Mail window and the New Message window (as well as the separate message window if you open a message that way) use different toolbars - the settings/inclusions for one do not carry over to another.
