• Total outgoing Call Duration in iPhone4

How to identify the total outgoing call duration in iphone 4? As this is a very basic feature and even 10 years old models does have this. Is it purposely avoided?!!! Please let me know if there any tool to track this? or any possibility to find in itunes? Whether it has reset option every month/when needed. Without that I will recommend it is a big loss for consumers and very big profit for service provider.
If the answer is there is no option then does Apple have the connection with service provider and have share?

I don't think a application is aloud to use those api's

• Total call duration

I'm looking for an aplication that can show me my total outgoing call duration for a certain contact or number (not for all my calls). Is there anything like that or similar.

Can't make out from which region you are..but most probably you may get the details thru' your Service provider's site. I am in India with Vodafone network and the site offers personal login and the user analise calls with different filters...

• Why is there call duration counter limit in s60?

Hi,
That limit does NOT apply to low-cost s40 devices but s60 Symbian phones like my E55.
Problem: In Log menu > Call Duration > Total (All) Calls' Duration, the counter CANNOT exceed 99:99:99, which means 100 hours at total. When you have your total call duration counter over 100 hours, the counter returns back to track call durations from zero, 00:00:00.
WHY?
Symbian lacks most of this basic features when compared to s40 which is a shame!
Any comment is appreciated!

Probably beause someone at Nokia thought 10 years ago when it was first implemented that 99:99:99 would be enough, and because since then it never was important enough for anyone to bother changing because the priorities were elsewhere.
Now, with Symbian in, more or less, maintenance mode, I don't expect anyone to change it any longer (unless some Nokia engineer with the power to fix it does it without asking for permission from anyone).

Is there a way to see specific times and duration of phone calls?

Tap the phone button, then Recents. You see a list of the recent calls and can tap the arrow to the right of the name/number. That should give you the time and duration.

You can try the Call credit app to see if your network provider is supported.

• About the total call duration

Hey I have one X3-02. Just for sake of my personal reasons, I want to delete all the call durations from my phone. I don't want to see any of the "all call duration, received call duration, dialed calll duartion" anywhere in my phone. Please help me out with this.

Not sure if you have got this options.. but check under Log -->Call Duration-->Clear Timers and select When it prompts for the Security Code.. enter 12345 which is a default code. If you have set your own, enter that instead..and finally OK..

• Calculating total time from a query

Hi everyone,
I have a simple database and one of the fields in this
database is time spent on stuff, for example a bike ride lasted
00:45:00, 01:33:03, 01:23:03 ETC
what I am trying to do is calculate total time. so do a sum
of that column.
Simple enough.
the column is a VarChar, I tried Time as well and well that
did not go well.
if I use mysql command line I get this:
mysql> SELECT SUM(mv_time) FROM data WHERE user_id = 2;
+--------------+
SUM(mv_time)
+--------------+
8
+--------------+
1 row in set (0.00 sec)
No idea how it came up with that one as 8 is incorrect
so I got a bit fancier:
mysql> SELECT SEC_TO_TIME(SUM(TIME_TO_SEC(mv_time))) AS
mv_time FROM data WHERE user_id = 2;
+----------+
mv_time
+----------+
26:14:58
+----------+
1 row in set (0.00 sec)
Bingo that is correct.
but if I use that same query within cfquery I get a nice java
error telling that you can't have 26 hours in a single day.
Any ideas how I can accomplish this should be simple task?
Thank you.
Luc

Hi Cf_dev2,
How would I go about making easy for my users to submit the
seconds into the database?
for example I would want them (them being me really :) ) to
enter 01:35:00 (for one hour and 35 minutes) and then have CF or
SQL convert that to seconds (instead of having myself figure that
out manually I am no good at math)
Jdeline, I don't understand what you mean by not storing it
as comma delimited, as far as I know its not comma delimited, its
stored in a table called data along with a primary key id, userid,
date, etc
Thanks
Luc

• Limit the maximun call duration to gateway ports

Hi,
I have a deployment where paging is integrated using an E&M port on the voice gateway. The CUCM version is 10.5 and the integration between the CUCM and VG is H323.
Everything is ok except that sometimes the paging is placed on hold (by an user error; answering a second call during the paging call).
Not all the time users realize that they placed the paging on hold and the only option to disconnect the call is to shut/ no shut the E&M port by the administrator.
Now, we are trying to find a way to limit the max call duration (ex:60sec) so even if the paging is placed on hold, the call to be disconnected after this time limit (60 sec).
We tried various troubleshooting: timeouts commands on the port, playing a silence MOH ... but no success.
Does anybody else has the same problem?
Any workaround idea to fix this issue?
Thanks

I don't think there is a way.
Sorry,

i need only the particular date of total timeIn which case your while(rs.next()) loop needs to process 1 day at a time and print its results when the date changes (assuming your Timestamps come in in date sequence; if not, you'll have to sort them first).
I suspect you'll also have to decide what you want to do with
GPSTime 2010-05-13 23:59:59.0
followed by
GPSTime 2010-05-14 00:00:01.0
Do you still need to calculate the difference? And if so, which "date" does it go in, or is it split?
Your logic seems incredibly convoluted for such a simple task. What exactly are you trying to do?

BTW: TimeStamp.getSeconds() is deprecated, which means you use it at your peril.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities
All the storage in "Backups" is taken up by local snapshots, which are made automatically in all MacBooks, MacBooks Pro and MacBooks Air with OS X Lion or newer and Time Machine turned on.
See > http://pondini.org/TM/30.html I recommend you to leave them there, because they will be removed automatically. However, if you want, you can disable or remove them manually if you want, even if there's no reason to do this. Have a look at the link above for more information
