Traffic Lights For Hyperlinks panel not showing. INDESIGN.

My traffic lights for the hyperlinks panels are not showing and I have the latest version of CC. How do I show/hide them? Thanks

First, make sure you have InDesign CC 9.2.1. Choose InDesign > About InDesign (Mac) or Help > About InDesign (Windows).
If you're up-to-date, try restoring your preferences:
Trash, Replace, Reset, or Restore the application Preferences

Are you referencing Apple's Preview application or the Preview panel in Bridge? Huge difference.
Try purging the cache for the offending folder(s) through the Tools menu in Bridge.

JColorChooser : "Swatches"-tab's recent-panel not showing recent color

Hello all,
in JColorChooser on "Swatches" tab we have one panel named "recent" and another
named "Preview".
Problem 1.
After i close my Color-chooser-dialog and reopen again , Preview-panel shows
the last selected ie recently selected color BUT recent-panel not showing any color.
Although on other Tab like "RGB" i am getting the selected color's RGB values .
Below is the code-snippet , Am I doing anything wrong ?
Problem 2.
This problem is not consistent. What happens that whatever RGB values i set,
next time when i open the chooser , Red-value gets educed by 1 !!!

I'm having the same problem with the default color chooser. Whenever it is closed it seems to lose all of the recent colors information. If you figure it out please let me know!!

I answered my own question: There's a difference between "download' and "install." Hunt for "install" (1.5 hrs in my case) and line up your passwords, Adobe ID, etc, then install. Took 15 min. The right choice shows up in Applications. Now it's on to figuring out why photo selected for edit in iPhoto does not show up on screen in Elements.

iMovie app for iPhone 4 not showing up in Location Services (Settings). It apprently needs to be both viaible and turned on in Settings/General/Location Services in order for the app to discover previously taken video (Location Services correctly recognizes other apps of mine that utilize location-aware services).
I think the following is related to and caused by this problem above: iMovie App for iPhone 4 is not recognizing video clips I have made, whether they're in Photo Album, or iPhone 4 native movies that have been throughout this process: [sync with iPhoto on Mac > save to to iPhoto album > sync album to iPhone 4].

Just had this same problem. The solution is to turn Location Services on before launching iPhone iMovie.
Yes, iMovie needing GPS coordinates is crazy, as is the error message that doesn't correctly explain the problem. Looks like a bit of a rush job.

Press the home button twice like you do for the multitasking bar and it should show on the right.

CS3 InDesign Stroke panel not showing

I use CS3 on a MacPro.
I've just found that the Stroke panel does not show in InDesign, so I cannot add or change the stroke on graphics.
Unlike all [as far as I've explored so far] the other Window options, when I click on Stroke I do not get a full panel of options, only a thin (vertical) bar –presumably the left and right sides of the panel, collapsed together.
This has never been a problem before and it happens in any choice of Workspace.
Any ideas, PLEASE?

Sorry I didn't spot that your first message was a link to a solution.
It worked fine. (I moved InDesign Defaults and InDesign SavedData to a temporary folder on the Desktop, started up InDesign again, and Stroke panel worked again. I was also relieved to find that, for instance, my Character and Paragraph Styles weren't lost, nor my Workspaces of choice. Without exploring too closely, all I've noticed is that Open Recent files have gone, which is absolutely no problem.

Properties panel (for Content Types) not showing when creating sharepoint based document

I've created three Content Types to populate when creating a new Budget document. The problem I'm seeing is that my pc always opens the Budget doc in Word Online and the properties box does not show. When I create a new Budget doc with my test pc, where
it always opens in Word, the properties box does show the three Content Types.
Is the idea of Content Type and the properties window supposed to work in Word Online?
My pc is Win 7, Office 2010 and IE 11
My test pc is Win 8, Office 2013 and IE 10

Hi Jimbo, they don't work online. You should change your library settings to open documents in client program.

XMP panels not showing up in CC

We created custom XMP panels before. I now want them to show up in CC. I can get the tab open to show the file (this happens when I "Get Info" on the InDesign page), but it crashes InDesign and won't show the fields. Do I need to update the Flash file, or get to a different location? Is it the permissions? Am I just crazy?
In CS6, here's where I'd put stuff:
UI for XMP panels:
Mac\Library\Application Support\Adobe\XMP\Custom File Info\Panels\3.0\panels\IEEECS\bin\IEEECS.swf
or
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/XMP/Custom File Info Panels/3.0/panels
Where am I putting these things in CC? Am I putting it here?

Hmm....I updated my Flash. Using Mac OS 10.8.5. Didn't work. I can open the other File Info Panels and manipulate them, but the second I try to use mine, I get the blank screen and I have to Force Quit out of InDesign cc.
I have no problems using my panels on my PC. This is frustrating, but not sure how to solve it. Obviously I can see the main panel, but just not the actual fields. So I must have it in the correct place.
Other than Flash, any other suggestions? I'll try to ask around. Thanks!

Search hover panel not showing up in Internet Explorer with custom master page

The hover panel is not showing up in internet explorer. I am using a custom master page and it works no problem in the other browsers. When I fire up the debugger there is an error message when i hover over a search result item:
I tried debugging the JavaScript but i am not sure what is going on with it.
Am I missing reference or something done like that? It has to be something simple because I have been scratching my head for a while on this.
Any ideas?

Have you tried rendering the site in IE Compatability Mode? Compatability Mode solves a lot of problems in this area because older versions of IE had a unique interpretation of HTML code.

Jmf audio and video control panel not show up in netbeans

I am running AVReceive2 in netbeans. The control panel does not show up when I run this in Netbeans. When I run the same code in DOS I get the control panel. The core component to the panel has not been changed. Am I missing something. I just reinstalled everything and still have the same problem. I need to get this resolved ASAP. Thank you for all the help.

Purging the thumbnail cache can help if Adobe Bridge is not displaying thumbnails properly. Adobe Bridge re-creates the thumbnail cache when it starts.
Reset Standard Workspaces
Returns Adobe predefined workspaces to their factory default configurations.
Click OK, or click Cancel to open Adobe Bridge without resetting preferences.
If that does not help, you may try searching the Bridge forum or asking there.

Extenion Panel not showing installed addons

Hi - I have bought a numer of 'add ons; using the creative cloud add-on section of the adobe site. Only one (a free one called Krul) appears. The rest are noweher to be found in the extensions panel. I see the in Extension Manager but not in cc 2014 Extensions Panel .. can anyone give me help ?

what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far - Reinstalled all CC apps including Extension Manager .. still the same issue .. Purchased Add Ons - Softskinning - Adobe Watercolour - Adobe Watermark and 20 HDR Effects do not show up in the Extensions panel or indeed in actions.
