Hi there,
Thanks in advance for the help! I installed a trial version of Acrobat XI, and then we deceided to purchase XI for our organization. I was unable to download the purchased version however, since I still had the trial version running on my computer. Is the solution as simple as throwing the trial version away?

The solution can be even simpler than that. All you need to do is use the serial number from your purchase to activate the trial version to full use. There is no difference between trial versions and full versions except for the time you are allowed to use them. The serial number removes the time limit on the trial version.

I remembered we have weird permission issues at work. Somewhere between my Home Windows 8 machine(horrible permissions issues with network), my home mac, email and my work computer, some permission got out of whack. Hi. I completed the free trial of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and after finishing the trial went and purchased the full programme at a store. I received the box of discs with serial number on the back etc. Uploaded this serial number to this Adobe website and the Photoshop Elements Program I used in the trial is now active from the icon on my desktop. Do I still need to put the 3 x discs into my computer? Any help would be great. Thanks.

In short, no.
Disc 1 is PSE for Windows, but as you have installed the trial version and applied the serial number to it. You won't need it.
Disc 2 is the trial version of Premiere Elements ( 64bit).
Disc 3 is PSE for Mac.

From Trial Version to Purchased Version

My trial version has been a bit glitchy and has crashed once, hard enough to necessitate a power down to recover.
The question: FCPX Trial is shown as such under Applications. If I buy this version, does it get replaced with the purchased version, or does the trial version just get unlocked?
If it only gets unlocked, I plan to uninstall it before purchasing.

Trash it and download it again.

Trial vs. Purchased version - different?

I purchased Premiere Elements after installing hte trial version. I input the serial number at welcome screen but still see the watermark. Is the full version different? Do I need to go through download again?

Converting work from Trial version to purchased version?

I just purchased FCPX and am wondering how to convert my work from the Trial version.

Have you launched your paid version?
It should start up and load your projects exactly the same as the free trial . . . because they are the same app.
There is no point in finishing your projects in the trial . . . just open the paid version and carry on working.

Trial PSE is ending. I got the trial as I found it v difficult to install the PSE 11 cd that I already had bought anyway. Now nervous about attempting a re-install of the PSE 11 cd. Is there a simple way of inserting the key on the cd into the trial version? I have windows and vista.

Purchased re-download issues. :/

I recently tried to re-download the music from my iTunes onto my new Mac. iTunes says that everything downloaded successfully BUT for some reason more than half of my songs and videos are not playing completely through; they just play for about 20 seconds and either go completely quiet OR they skip to the next song. HELP!

I have had similar problems in the past, but not with so many songs... If you got them on the iTunes store, and there aren't so many, just re-download them, this happens to be sometimes. I'm guessing that there was some error during the download. sorry.

HT5622 Album purchased facing download issue

I bought an album via itune. But there are 2 song unable to download. It pop out message to say that "the device is already associated with an Apple ID". What is it mean about? Feel disappointed that cannot download after I paid. Can u please advise what can I do next to complete download.

New Itunes/Quicktime Download Issues - Help!

I had gotten a automatic notice to upgrade Quicktime and Itunes, whioh I did. Needed to update anyway as I want to upgrade my Iphone. Now when I try to launch iTunes it tells me I have a Quicktime Issue and it will not open Itunes. After reading the help index, which tells you to remove Quicktime and reinstall and try again, I get the same error message. Now, it tells me to remove Itunes and reinstall? If I do that what happens to my music, images, etc? Do I lose anything or do I need a specific process to ensure I don't loose anything?
I have 75% backed up but without access to Itunes I cannot backup the remaining 25% before I try this removal and reinstall thing.
FYI- I am running XP. Any thougths, anyone...

hey, i am running xp aswell and ran into the same problem after i had to install the new quicktime to be able to open itunes one day. has anyone gotten back to you with a solution? i do not knwo computers that well and i dont wanna lose all my music!!

Once i purchase the downloadable CS5 MAC (nonextended) how to download it on 2/3 computers?

one macbook pro laptop
once i download the GB file how do it install it on another computer?
the limit cant be one computer?
must i then buy the box?

Pop-up asking whether to subscribe or continue with Trial version post purchasing & downloading the Monthly Plan

I have subscribed to the monthly plan for accessing Pro X version and down loaded the SW. However, keep getting a pop-up as king me to continue with Trial Version (or) Purchase the SW. Please let me know whether this message is popping up because of any issues / mistakes I might have made in the download process.
