Trouble with browser editing FTP upload

I have been updating a site to a sub-domain of my personal site while working for client. Yesterday when I tried to walk them through the in-browser editing feature I got an error that wouldn't let me login to edit the site. I followed all of the instructions in the error message (use the "upload via FTP" setting, sign in with the same user) but I still can't log in. Is this a bug with how Muse handles sub-domains, or what else am I doing wrong?

Having trouble with browser scrolling and master volume key

I just got a Blackberry 9350 and I've run into some trouble. My master volume and mute key doesn't work at all. Scrolling up and down on some web pages doesn't work but works when not on the browser. I've tried messing with settings and turning the phone off and on. Any help would be appreciated!

IE6 has many, many bugs: double margins bug, the 3px gap bug and expanding box bug.
As a test, increase your #container width to 790 or 800px and see if that makes IE6 behave.
As for the other IE browsers, you have conditional comments in your page that adds 30px of top padding to your #sidebar1. Try adjusting or deleting that.

Trouble with browsing

Able to access store, but when clicking to browse...the genres,etc. fail to load.
I have not downloaded the new(?) i Tunes program...could that be the reason? After reading about all the problems people are having with the new download I'm not quite sure what to do!I'm not a computer savvy person, so I apologize in advance for the lack of technical information...sorry!

Hi Stephen,
A good isolating technique is to create a new Test user account. That way you can see how the browsers do without any third party plugins installed. If the issue still persists then it's either a bizarre issue with Safari and Firefox (not likely) or a system software issue like Quicktime.

Having trouble with audio edit to tape, print to video ok

Hi all, please go easy on me, this is my first post.
I am having difficulty getting audio on to tape via 'edit to tape'.
The hardware is blackmagic decklink extreme, feeding component video and analoge audio to a UVW-1800P.
I can do a print to video on a crash record and the audio works that way, but edit to tape does not.
I have tried both deck link and built in audio in the audio settings and the FCP a/v settings, seperate and ganged output settings, I have set the insert settings to 2 channel Sony, reloaded the decklink drivers.
The irritating thing is the audio is there whilst cutting, but as soon as I try edit to tape there is complete silence. The important thing is that it worked a few weeks back but does not now, it must be a setting?

I had this same problem and this resolved it for me:
-Go to your "Settings" icon and click on the "General" tab.
-About 2/3 way down the page you will see "Use side switch to:" - make sure "mute" is checked rather than "lock rotation."
-Then make sure the side switch, located next to the volume toggle switch on the side of your ipad, is moved to the right (no red dot showing).
My audio worked fine in embedded videos after I did those two things. Hope it works for you.

I am still having trouble with Guided Edit mode in Photoshop. It doesn't work and I have been

careful about the size of the files that I open or work on. Initializing doesn't run and I was wondering if not down-loading Revel was effecting the editing features in Photoshop 12. Those are two entirely different versions of the mac operating system. Snow Leopard is 10.6, and Mavericks is 10.9.
If you are really running 10.6, the specs for PSE require at least 10.7. If that's not the problem, more information, please, about just what you have and just what is going on. Incidentally, this is the user to user forum, so we have no access to any case number stuff. We're just other customers like you.

HT6378 Is anyone havig trouble with the date of uploaded photos?

I am using iCloud Photo Library since its launch, and I am uploading all of my pictures, even those taken with my DSLR camera. The beta app works fine, but the photos I uploaded are presented with the date different from that one taken. I looked at the time and date of any modification, but even this is different from the date registered on the iCLoud Photo Library. Is anyone having the same problem?

The uploaded files still contain the original digitized date/time. You can test this by downloading or emailing a photo from iCloud.com or from your iPad/iPhone and then checking the metadata. This is also the case for photos taken on the iPhone or iPad and uploaded to iCloud Photo Library directly. Again, the digitized date/time is correct in the image file.

Trouble with modify/edit in illustrator 4

So, I'm building my first site in Catalyst. I designed my site in Illustrator 4 and imported it into Catalyst. I had all my states/transitions built and everything seemed to be working fine. I then went back to edit a pice of placeholder text by clicking on the item, going to modify/edit in illustrator 4 and then saving and accepting changes. Everything seemed to be fine until I went to run the project. Then I noticed that on the transition out of the page that had the updated text that it would flash back to the old text before going to the new page. The text had been set to fade in and fade out when you click on a button. The fading in works properly, but the fade out has a glitch where it flashes the old text on the way out. I've tried refreshing/restarting, whatever I could think of and it's still doing it. When I play the transition within FC I noticed that it shows a bunch of code where that that text should be. It happens to fast to read it all and I wouldn't understand it if I could anyway. Any ideas what's going on?

That should not be happening. Can you please write back with these two pieces of diagnostic information?
What folder is Catalyst installed to?
Click the "Edit in Adobe Illustrator" menu item in Catalyst to get the error message. Then quit Catalyst, and locate the following file:
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Flash Catalyst/workspace/.metadata/.log (note that files/folders starting with "." are invisible in Finder, so you may have to use the Terminal to get to this file)
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Adobe\Flash Catalyst\workspace\.metadata\.log
Windows 7/Vista: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Flash Catalyst\workspace\.metadata\.log
Please send us this file (you should be able to post it as an attachment to your forum reply).
We'll take a look from there and try to figure out what's going wrong.

Having trouble with browser compatibility

I am fairly new to web design and Dreamweaver. I have created a website for my father's business and it looks as it is supposed to in every browser except for IE. When I use Adobe BrowserLab to check compatibility, in IE 7 & 8 for windows all of my sidebar shifts down. In IE 6 for windows it is even worse, the main content shifts WAY down.
Can someone please help me with this? Is there some code I am missing to make it view correctly in IE for windows?

Trouble with browser wap 2.0 support

In your browser go to Options -> Browser Configuration and change the Emulation Mode to "MS Pocket IE."

Trouble with audio editing.

I'm trying to re-edit a film clip from a previous FinalCut project. I only have the .mov file from the project, and imported that into FinalCut.
Editing the video was no problem, but at random intervals, the audio is garbled and seems to have deteriorated. But it's not always garbled and it just happens to the vocal sounds.
The original audio/video (.mov file) was in complete working condition. Any thoughts as to why the voice recordings go in and out of quality?

Yet i Can access my website fine "www.calmwood.com.au"
My ftp server responds to either the IP Address or the DNS Address www.calmwood.com.au
so i am not understanding how it thinks its different. when its fully referenced

Using Upload to FTP feature hangs, rendering In-browser editing feature unusable. Is this a known issue?

Verified FTP settings with my hosting at Godaddy. Adobe Muse CC (2014) says it can't sign in with the credentials provided. Therefore, I can't use the new In-browser editing feature. Is this a known issue?

There is a default port,for most of the FTP sverver, is 21(or 20 maybe), then you can access FTP with " ftp.your_domain".
But for some reasons, the hosting providers change the port to other number, 2100 for example, and the FTP address will be "ftp.your_domain:2100". In this case, you can upload your site to FTP in Muse, but u cann't login your FTP in Adobe® Muse™ CC In-Browser Editing ,because you cann't input the port number (:2100).

I recently finished a new website for my client. The domain already exist. Therefore, we will upload the new website, designed in Muse, directly to our hosting server's FTP. Is it possible to activate in-browser editing by using an third-party FTP? And if yes, which steps I have to do?
