I'm on my iPad, so I don't know if this is the page with an actual download. I don't see a button, but assume that is because I am on an iPad. It is in the DL section of Apple downloads.

No. Iphone stores nothing to SIM. You should be syncing contacts to your computer. -

If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.

Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

I am trying to get notified about App Updates from the notification Center. The App Store icon is not listed when I go to "Notifications" in System Preferences. I did see one article about it stating that if I disabled Spotlight in the "Startup .....(I cannot remember the word I saw in the article)" then they will not show in the Notification center. Can anyone help? Thank you.Try resetting the App Store.

Restore it thru iTunes. At the prompt about using a backup, choose the other option to set up as a new iPhone.

times to reset her password and connect the device with iTunes by pressing the home button. The iPad has locked into the first supposed id gmail.If she activated the iPad with her gmail then you will have to use that account to unlock the device.

With Latest Update, Premiere CC Crashing at 100% Export, with Increased File Sizes
I'm a bit baffled, and hoping someone can help. With the latest update of Premiere CC, I am having trouble exporting to Vimeo. As a filmmaker and educator in Chicago, I do a lot of exporting to Vimeo, up until now with great success. Over the past few days, not only is Premiere crashing at 100% export, but it seems to be exporting larger files than before (and with fewer Vimeo options, I notice, in Media Encoder). Not only did this happen with a 30-minute class exercise straight out of a Canon camcorder, that inexplicably was being exported at around 3 or 4Gs, but more importantly: I am trying to replace the video file on Vimeo of a feature film of mine, and the EXACT same feature film, at the exact same length (82 minutes), with the exact same export stats, that was 3 GB in all it's past successful exports, is now exporting, inexplicably, as a 9 GB file - it's Vimeo HD 1080 - always is. Nothing has changed at all on my end.
This is a problem, as I have several items to export to Vimeo in the coming days. What's going on?

StephenOne other specific change I've noticed in the export settings is that export is now defaulting to H.264 Match Settings - High Bitrate, whereas before it defaulted to whatever settings I had previously used.

How can I see app updates in iOS 6
Ever since a few months ago, I have been having issues with my iOS 6 iPhone. Updating it is not an option, as it is a company device. The numeral badge appears on the App Store icon from the home screen, and from any screen inside the App Store but the update tab. When I click that tab, the 15 pending updates (and the badge) disappears. It shows all apps as being up to date, even though I know they're not.
I'd have no problem updating each app by searching, but such is hard when the list will not display. Many apps have broken through the update cycle, and I am unable to see which ones to update. Given my 40+ apps, removing all and updating on the computer isn't a viable option either
Whats's the problem?Close all apps in the back ground. Hold the power button untill the 'slide to power-off' appears. Now let go of the power button and press the home button untill the screen dissapears and warps you back to the home screen. Now, the cache is cleared.
You can also do this 'per-app'.

First, are you positive it is really not there? Have you looked in your iTunes folder in your Music folder, and in the media folders there? Do you see your media files?
If your media are gone it is a lot easier to restore from a proper computer backup. Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases which can be transferred to a computer.

Try quitting the App Store:
Tap the home button to get to the home screen. Then double tap the home button, and hold your finger over the App Store icon. Tap the red when it appears. Tap the home button again to return to the home screen.
Try resetting:
Hold the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears. No data will be lost.
