Trying to get this site going....

Background: Bought the Adobe Cloud last week. Signed up for Catalyst trial. I am working on setting up a trial site for a client using Dreamweaver CS6 and Business Catalyst. I am looking at the BC Tab in Dreamweaver set up and no matter what I do or make sure that I am logged in, it just says in the box....
This document belongs to a site that is unavailable to the current user.
So therefore I have no access to the modules in Dreamweaver while I am trying to set up pages. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong and how to go about seeing my module list

New problem. I have 4 pages set up in the same website. I can use the catalyst panel on the about, services, and contact pages, but the BC Panel gives me the "document belongs to a site that is unavailable to the current user" when I try and work on the index page. Any ideas?
It was working fine on index page a couple days ago now all the sudden it won't.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

Trying to get this "One" sound with Logic pro 8

Hi everyone i spent like 2 hours last night trying to get this sound with Logic Pro 8 soft synths trying to find a sound exactly like or close to this sound: http://home.comcast.net/~tommykry/Weezer%20-%20Troublemaker.mp3
The sound can be heard at 00:19 and through out the song, its like a low bass synth kind of sound that drifts down when its hit, like a portamento kind of thing. In live weezer videos the bass player is hitting a pad on a keyboard so i know its a key sound not a bass guitar slide. ive heard this sound in trance and techno songs as well. I have Sonar 8 and pro tools 8 as well and can look there if i have too, also have an Access viress Ti, But im trying to do this all in Logic. Like i said i played around for like more than 2 hours going through most of all the Logic synths, patch after patch trying to find something close i could tweak, so if anyone has more experience with The Soft synths in Logic Pro 8 and can steer me in the right direction i would be greatful.

He could just be triggering a bass slide sample...
It's some kind of bass sound that bends down, in a similar style to what a bass player might do. Whether it's a real bass or a synth is difficult to say (and probably doesn't matter a great deal), but in any case it's certainly compressed, and grunged up dirty with some amp sim or distortion...
Try that route...

It would be helpful to know what version of Acrobat, WORD, and operating system.
Without that info, I would suggest at this point to open your WORD file and then go to the print menu and print to file using the Adobe PDF printer. Open the created file in Distiller and see if you get a PDF. If so, check to see if AcroTray is running in the background.
You say you tried many ways. It would help to know what you tried and what worked or did not work, and at what point the failure occurs.

Please be aware that you are not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums. The only people who will reply to your posts are we your fellow users.
Since you don't say what resources and methods you've been attempting to get this matter resolved, it's difficult to offer suggestions. But if your credit card has been used without your permission, your primary recourse should be to your credit card company to report the unauthorized charges and have them issue you a new credit card. If your card has been compromised such as to make unauthorized charges on the iTunes Store, it's highly probably that it can be used elsewhere.
As to removing the card number from your iTunes Store account, see:

You should be able to change or remove the card information there. If not, go here:
iTunes Support
and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store, if you have not done so already. If you have, please post back with a summary of what they told you and perhaps someone can offer additional suggestions as to how to proceed.

I need your help, I am trying to get this java program to work. The program is long and massive, but I got stuck in the last point where the program checks if there are a double quotes or a comma in a string.
The string is an URL retrieved from XML files (this is already done).
There are 4 conditions:
Case 1

Make no changes to the URL string.

The URL string is of invalid format and contains 1 or more double quotes (") but no commas.
Make no changes to the URL string.
Case 3

Modify the URL string so that it starts and ends with a double quote (").
Case 4

The URL string is of invalid format and contains 1 or more double quotes (") and one or more commas (,).
Modify the URL string so that every double quote (") becomes a double double quote (""), and so that it starts and ends with a double quote (").

Examples:

You can do the searching with String.indexOf() and then you can make replacements (like " with "") with String.replaceAll().
As for adding leading and trailing ", that could be done with simple concatenation.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache.
Note: ''This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to.''
To clear cache and cookies do the following:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.

Getting "this site untrusted...". tried the fixesn help pages, but still receiving the error messages. Also some pages are not showing correctly, no graphics

Started receiving "This site untrusted...."messages on sites I open all the time in Mozilla. I have tried the fixes in the help section but problems continue. Also, some sites like facebook don't appear correctly, just text and no regular graphics etc. Even Mozilla help is "untrusted". Sometimes aI can bypass the message by allowing the certificate, but not always. All of a sudden it seems like Mozilla just "blew up" and I can't find a solution -even after trying all the suggestions in the help area.

One of the most common reasons for having problems with ALL secure certificates is a problem with the date and time on your computer. For example, if the date got set one year forward or backward. You would expect this to cause the same problem in all browsers.
If you expand the Technical Details section of the error page, do you see an error code such as the following in most of these cases:
* sec_error_untrusted_issuer
A common problem recently is Firefox not being set up to work with your security software. Some security suites include a filtering feature. In order to filter secure connections (HTTPS URLs), the security software presents a fake certificate to Firefox so it can intercept and stand in the middle of the secure connection. To have Firefox trust these certificates, you may need to do something such as import a root certificate, or click something in your security software's settings.
Of course, the problem also could be caused by spyware.
Please check the "Issued by" section on one or two of the exceptions you've made to learn more about the source of this issue.

Ok, I want to keep the black background, but I want the white
to run all the way to the top and bottom-that is, just having black
to the sides. Can I acheive this, without having to do a complete
makeover of the site? I am willing to do that, but right now, I
want to get my friends site up and running, and when one is
complete, I want to go in and re-do it in CSS (Which i will make
another topic so I can get help with that..) But for right now, I
was wondering if there is something I can do about it right now. I
am using Dreamweaver 8.

you have to remember what stacks are for, and many people don't.
they're not designed to categorise and group images. they're designed to group images which are almost identical. for example, when I'm shooting a neighbourhood bird, I'll usually take 10 or more photos of the bird in the same setting with almost the same pose. I'm not sure which photo will have better focus or in which photo the bird's expressions will be better. once back in Aperture, I can group these near-identical photos into a stack and then rank them (I actually prefer to rank them first before stacking). the result is that I only see the best image from that set. if there are other photos in the stack that are different or that I might want to use independently, they'll have to be removed from the stack.
alternatively but not as ideal, you could view the images in Multi mode, applying ratings and keywords to the images even while they are in stacks. you could then use Smart Albums to get to specific images within stacks by turning on the 'Ignore Stacks' preference at the bottom of the filter HUD.

Fed up trying to get this sorted over the phone

My parents are both pensioners and understand nothing about broadband. They joined BT ADSL broadband in the summer of 2011. I recently moved into the property and noticed the state of their broadband. It is terrible. I took it upon myself to try and sort it out with BT, thus begins a long and very frustrating adventure.
The problem is constant very slow speed, about 1mb, usually less in the evenings and constant disconnections throughout the day. Sometimes when the telephone rings. The master socket is ancient, we moved into the house in the early 1980's and the socket and wiring have never been touched by us. The socket has a hard-wired extension coming out of the side which runs upstairs to a phone in the bedroom. The extension cannot be unplugged. There is a filter on the main socket, which the router is plugged into and also a filter at the end of the extension in the bedroom.
This is the type of master socket we have
I phoned BT a few days before christmas, around the 22nd and explained the problem. They recognised there was a problem and said the would elevate it to 2nd line support. 2nd line support called a few days later and said they would get an engineer to call to arrange a time to come out. I never received a call from an engineer.
I left it until after christmas and called again on the 30th December. It appeared BT had no record of my previous call. I had to explain everything again and go through the same scripted process. I explained I had already been through all this and my case had been elevated to 2nd line support. He told me he had no record of that. Frustrated I just told him to give me a direct number for 2nd line support which he did.
I then phoned 2nd line support and wanted to know why I had not received a call from the engineer. They did not seem to know. I then had to explain the whole problem a 3rd time to 2nd line support. The chap said the problem was our ip profile and he would reset it. To wait 24-48 hours and he "promised" our speeds would increase and the connection would be stable. I waited for 48 hours and no change. I waited a further day and still no change. I checked on the BT speedtest and, according to that, my ip profile had not been changed at all.
I called 2nd line support yet again and explained the problem a 4th time. They told me my line was being capped and they would take the cap off and would call me back in 10 mins. In a few mins our broadband went down. When it came back I noticed our speed had jumped from 1mb to nearly 3mb (according to the BT website our estimated speed is 6mb). Hurray I thought, finally some progress. 2nd line support called back and said they would call back the next day (3rd Jan) to check how things were going.
The next day, our connection dropped again in the morning. I checked our speed again and it had dropped 600kbps to 2mb. I waited for the phone call from 2nd line support which never came.
I am sick of phoning and having to explain the whole problem every time I phone and being promised phone calls would be made that never materialise.
These are the speedtest results:
Before I called BT for the first time
Test from immediately after we were "un capped"
Test after connection dropped the next day
Current router stats
It is my belief that we need an engineer to come out and replace our master socket for a start but I am fed up trying to get through on the phone. I was hoping some member of staff who can actually get things done would be present on this forum.

Ok engineer came, two of them in fact, took one look at our master socket and swapped it for one of these
They tested the line and said they were getting speeds of 7.1mb on their equipment. Said it could take up to 3 days but we should see an improvement within 24 hours.
These are the stats after 4 hours of use on the new socket.
So fingers crossed in a few days we'll be up to 7mb or so. I'm assuming this speed should gradually increase of it's own accord? No profile needs resetting or anything?

Trying to get this code working

    So, I'm trying to make some smoke and I really like the way one looks I found online; however, I guess it was made in a previous version and some of the code is no longer support with the version I'm using with is CS3.

He creates a movieclip called aPuff and then gives the movieclip an identifier of aPuff as well. It seems identifiers are no longer used in CS3.

Wrong forum. That is AS2 code, not AS3 (CS3 can work with either). Since you say you are getting a bunch of errors, you probably have the file's Publish Settings set up for AS3. If you change them to AS2 that code might work.

How to view mjpeg on Iphone?? Trying to get this url to work...

Need some help. I've been reading that I can download an app to view mjpeg camera feed. I've tried a few free apps, and can't get it to work. I'm trying to load this page on the iphone:

What is the Model no of the Camera...?
You can view the video on I-Phone.It can work provided your camera is communicating wirelessly with iphone. You also need applications like adobe flash player to be able to view the images on your iphone.
