Trying to run the example "rf record and playback reference application"

http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/5894 trying to run this example but a lot of files are not being found. I'm using Labview 8.5 with version 4 of the sound and vibration toolkit. I suspect the problem is the old toolkit version. Can someone confirm? Can't find any info on upgrading to toolkit so I suppose it would mean a new purchase? thanks

This example is designed for our RF Hardware platform. You need the RFSG driver, RFSA driver, Spectral Measurements Toolkit, Modulation Toolkit, and the advanced signal processing toolkit for the example to run. You should be able to see this under the software requirements at the bottom of the page. The two drivers should be available for download on our website, but the toolkits must be purchased and they aren't generally available with the dev suite.

Tried again later and both were the same. Is it possible that I linked to different servers which had different files?? Noticed that dir.mnu in the win32filieio directory has different time stamp for the two.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Trying to run the update to newest available version of Itunes and I am getting a runtime error on the .exe file telling me "an application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly. Please contact the applications support team"

I just got v10.6, while trying to run the update, it's telling me that the file is corrupt and cannot be saved. What do I do?!

I'm running Snow Leopard v 10.6 on a Macbook 4,1. I've got a 500 GB HD and 4GB of Ram. While trying to run the software update (to get me to 10.6.8, I think?) I keep getting an error message around 600 MB that says it's unable to be saved because the file might be corrupt and that it will try again when the software update is ran next time. Why am I getting this message? Is there a way to get the update (so I can eventually get to Lion), without going through the software update screen?
I'm going crazy with this. I've tried 4 times now and still keep getting the same message.

In Safari Preferences, General tab, set "Save downloaded files to: select destop, if it is not in thed rop down select other, then selcet Desktop from the left sidebar. After the download completes click on the installer package on your desktop and follow the prompts.
Also if possible use an ethernet conection as it is less prone to interference, thus less prone to corruption, and usually faster.

That suggests that the installer is getting damaged during the download.
I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer?

I managed to fix my problem, hopefully thissolution

I discovered that the following entries arerequired
in the jndi.properties file in order to lookupEJB's
using JNDI from a client application:
java.naming.factory.initial=com.sun.jndi.cosnaming.CNCt
Factory
java.naming.provider.url=iiop://localhost:1050
Note that my environment uses the j2ee server fromSUN
running on the localhost on port 1050.
If you can locate the proper settings for theweblogic
server, then you can try this solution on for size.
One quick question: When I try to run my client
against the Ref. Implementation like this:

This stinks. All I can find out is that Sun wants you
to use runclient, which is silly. My client is trying
to resolve the JNDI name:

In the client's CLASSPATH I have three things: j2ee.jar, the client jar file generated by the server during deployment, and my client class files. I took out all of the -D stuff above and it still works. (With or without it.) I haven't tried it from another machine yet - I may need them for that.
The client uses the JNDI name "ValidationSessionBean", not "java:comp/env/ejb/ValidationSessionBean" and it now can bind to it.
I wish Sun would have given out this kind of info with their J2EE tutorial, instead of just pushing their runclient script, which uses their own client class.

I ran a search for the file, and entered that into the box, to no avail. Then I launched iTunes and clicked on 'check for updates', and was told I had the latest version 11.0.1 I think it is. So, any clue on what to do? Thanks for any and all help.

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

Error when trying to access the RBAC User editor and Message tracking

I am getting an error when trying to access the RBAC User editor and Message tracking on the Web Mgmt interface. I verified that the admin account trying to access is in the Organization Management group and has the correct Role Assignment Policy applied.
I searched through this thread below and saw that matching the msExchRoleLink and msExchUserLink attributes fixed the issue.

However I have another environment where this is not the case and works just fine; the msExchUserLink attribute has a value of CN=Organization Management,OU=Microsoft Exchange Security Groups,DC=Domain,DC=Local which is different as per the issue outlined in
the above thread so I am not convinced that this will work and also don’t want to blindly edit something in adsiedit without being sure.
I then checked the event logs on the server and saw the below error logged;

I then had a look at the IIS permissions for ecp and owa. The account did not have permissions so I added them there but still got the same error. I’ve also tried all of the above with a newly-created account but still got the same issue.

From your description, I would like to clarify the following thing:
If you want to search message tracking logs, the account you use should be a member of the role groups below:
Organization Management role group, Records Management role group, Recipient Management role group.

update : so after reading numerous posts, I tried unchecking entire playlist and just tried one of my playlists. That sync seemed to work, so I rechecked entire playlist and did the sync. It worked. Then I went in to my "walk to work" playlist and added some songs to see if it would sync now, and it did!!! so happy now. will see what happens tomorrow.
