If the offer has expired, then unless the movie studio is willing to issue you a new code then there's nothing you can do.

Try logging out of all the services that require your and his Apple ID. Navigate to Settings > iCloud, scroll down and tap Delete Account it will ask to either keep data on your iPad or remove it. It is up to you on how you want to proceed but I would recommend keeping it. Also Sign out of Settings > iTunes & App Store and then sign back in.

TS1424 How do I stop an automatic download that I did not know I was paying for and have not opened for months yet I am still paying for months.

I am paying for a magazine subscription that i did not know I had ordered (thought it was a free view). Now I get charged monthly and don't even read it. Let me know how I stop this auto-crap please.

If you are not able to find an 'unsubscribe' option, you can always sumbit a request to iTunes Support, as they are the ones who handle your account. They will respond to you via email to follow up until the issue is resolved. I have included a link to this form below.

Digital booklet from album did not download

My digital booklet for soundtrack album, Skyfall, did not download. I purchased whole album but it still won't let me download. Any suggestions?

I tried a few things. Not sure which one made it work. These are from an HP standpoint.
One attempt was going to the Edit toolbar/Preferences/Store button and click Always check for downloads and click the Books box.
The second was by going to View/Show Sidebar. Then under Store, doing a left click on the "Purchased" and select "Check for available downloads."

To resolve this issue:
Shutdown your computer.
Disconnect all Thunderbolt devices.
Wait 10 seconds.
If you are using a Mac mini with a Thunderbolt display, reconnect the Thunderbolt display directly to your computer via the Thunderbolt port. Do not connect other Thunderbolt devices at this time.
Restart your computer.
If the Thunderbolt Firmware Update 1.2 is offered, download and install it and restart your computer when asked. If the Thunderbolt Update is not offered, the update has installed correctly.
Reconnect all Thunderbolt devices.

Using firefox for internet banking with ING (the netherlands gives a problem that I did not see before.

When trying to approve the payment (via TAN code) Firefox does not continue to finalize it. Contact with the ING bank confirmed this problem popped up. They advised to use Internet Explorer instead. Indeed with Internet Explorer everything worked OK. ING suspects Firefox not accepting their website as a save site anymore. Can I define ING as a save website to overcome the problems and if yes where do I do this?
In the ING system as soon as you want to pay the system asks for a Tan code which is provided by SMS. You fill in the TAN code and press the continue button. Normally then the payment is made. Unfortunately this did not work anymore. It worked in the past. Other functionality on the ING sites worked OK!

i didn't read a lot of your 2nd paragraph, but it seems like the password is the issue, right?
do a true clean install
reboot your machine and hold down command+option+r, you should see a spinning globe - if you don't see the globe or anything that reads internet recovery, shut down and try again
at menu, chose disk utility and once there, find your HD on the left side, select the physical name and erase it as mac journaled
exit disk utlity
at menu, choose install OSX
this time, when it asks for a password just hit continue, it will let you complete without a password
you should be able to get into your laptop, now figure out what password you'll be able to use with your kb issue

I have charges for Candy Crush Saga for minutes that were not used

Once it occurred to me that I was being overcharged I decided to test it. I upgraded one time only and watched my credit card bill show the amount of $10 or so. A nice 9 dollar overcharge. I went backwards through my card statements and realized that there are a few thousand dollars instead of $100 over the past year and a half. I use iTunes for movie rentals etc and there is zero evidence that someone else has been using my account. This is most certainly an issue exclusive to the candy crush app for me. Customer service has been horrid - they also pretend it's the first they've heard of the issue.

I have downloaded itunes numerous times with no success. When I click the icon it says that "itunes has stopped working" and then says that "itunes was not installed properly. It provides an error message code, but it overlayed by another message.

Not completely sure. But if you think it is an iTunes issue...... follow through this: Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
