Very very likely that tax is applicable and tax is more than $0.01. You need to add a payment method for the tax. If you add a credit card, the girft card balance will be used up first.

Without scratching them off to get the numbers and redeeming them there is no way for you to do so. You could go back to CVS and see if they can get the data from their computer or see if your receipt helps.

Also, when I try and browse songs, everything is blankIt's been a while but it should work on a Mac because Macs can read Windows formatted devices. Otherwise, you can perform a restore operation to return it to the Mac format. If you go to support.apple.com/manuals/ you can find a copy of the user manual for the model you have in which this is all explained.

I tried to purchase music at iTunes with the iTunes card I was given. I was able to redeem the amount and it shows on my apple Id I have $25 but it does not pay my purchase it will still go to my credit card and bill it. It did not give an option.
If you were instructed to call them, then that's what you should do. They will probably need to verify your identity before helping you with the security question.

I am setting up a new iTunes account and do not have a credit card. When I am setting the new account up it does NOT give me an option of "none" in lieu of an actual credit card. What do I do?
How did you create it ? There are instructions on this page for creating a new account (the instructions won't work with existing existing account) without giving credt card details : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
e.g. if currently logged into an account then log of it, then find a free app in the store, click on its free 'price', and you should then be able to create a new account during the 'buying' process and get 'none' as an option on the payments screen -

I have made a card in iPhoto 7, but when I went to order it said it would not support that. If I upgrade to 9.5.1, will my card be there and will I be able to order it?
The Apple online printing services only support iPhoto 8 (09) or later. If you upgrade to iPhoto to 9.5.1 the card will still be there and you'll be able to order the card. There is a small chance that the theme you've choses is no longer available. What these was it?
You will have to download and run the iPhoto Library Upgrader 1.1 on your library before opening it with iPhoto 9.5.1. The upgrader will be installed in your Applications/Utilities folder.
Note: Since you're upgrading from iPhoto 7 you will have to purchase iPhoto 9.5.1.

By 'could not sign up' and 'can not add my billing information' you mean ... ? Did you get any error messages ?
iTunes gift cards are an alternative way of paying for content from the store. They are not available in all countries and they are country-specific (they can only be used in their country of issue) - so they may not be available where you are, so you may not be able to fill that field in. -

Please update your payment method to continue with this order". But i paid from AmEx. And my money blocked when i see it in internet banking.
Have yuo contacted AmEx? From what you describe it seems like AmEx is blocking the charge.

I was instructed by I Tunes to restore my Iphone 4 - ITunes has since said it is unable to restore. You have lost all your data, but hopefully you were backing it up with iCloud or iTunes. You can try this:
Turn your phone off and connect your cable to the computer, but not the device just yet. Start up iTunes. Now, hold down the home button on your phone and plug it in to the cable - don't let go of the button until iTunes tells you it's detected a phone in recovery mode. Now you can restore to factory settings. -

and you are trying to use a sim from another carrier

Try a reset: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
