TS1389 im trying to sync my ipod and everything went well but when i tried to get all my songs back off my laptop it wont let me it tells me to authorize my computer but then it doesnt give me that option im in despret need of help someone please help.

okay so my cousin downloaded a bunch of songs to my ipod and i couldnt listen to them so i decided to sync my ipod, i thought everything went well but i guess i was wrong because i saved all my apps to my laptop and my music also. but now i cant get any of it back on my ipod it says i have to authorize my computer so when i go to itunes and attempt to authorize my laptop it doesnt give me that option ive tried everything someone please help thanks...

Open itunes, Click the word Store at the top of your computer screen
On a windows computer, if it does not show, then click Alt-S

You buy one and only one download. It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.
You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception, but they are under no obligation to allow.

If the file was not originally from iTunes, you'll need to redownload it from it's original source or rerip it from the CD. Files can sometimes go bad and become corrupted. As to how or why that happens, there are a number of ways.
What format are the problematic tracks in? Have you tried converting them to another format in iTunes?

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

It sounds like an earlier version of the BlackBerry® Desktop Software installed on your PC may be conflicting with this installation.
I would advise uninstalling both versions of the BlackBerry Desktop Software then reinstalling the latest version.

If you live in a Region that allows re-downloading Music...
Delete the Song(s) and re-download...

If the songs were from CD's or other sources, you would need those to get those certain songs back.

The backup that itunes performs does no include any itunes content ( apps/music/vids/etc).
You should have transferred any purchases to your computer.

Was it AA X Std that you had these options in (sorry, I only have Pro)? If it was the trial (that is Pro), it may be that Std does not have to feature. Under XI at the Adobe site, there is a comparison of features between Std and Pro that might give you a hint.
There is also an option to turn on or hide many tools. For me there is a small icon just above the tools...comment titles. If you select that it give a list of tools you can display. Often, several are not displayed by default. How you lost them is another things, but it is getting them that is the basic question.

Right click in windows. Control click on Mac. On the phone in iTunes. Choose "transfer purchases"

I am trying to sync my iPod, and while attempting it I am getting the error message "(whatever the song name is) cannot be downloaded because your computer is not authorized", but when I go to authorize my computer, it says it already is authorized. ???
