TS1398 After updating my iPhone to the latest iCloud keeps asking to accept its terms and conditions.When it tells me to accept terms I press it and then it tells me it cannot connect to server. Has anyone had this problem? how to fix?
After updating my iphone4 to iOS 7.0.4. I am having a problem with my iCloud. Message keeps coming up you must accept iCloud's terms and conditions. Options are not now or ok. Choose ok and message comes up unable to connect to server.. Does anybody no how to fix this problem???

I am trying to connect to Oracle VPN.Has anyone found a solution for this yet? I am still getting the could not validate server certificate error. I have tried importing the entire certificate chain as well as importing each individual cert in the chain. My certificate works perfectly with the cisco vpn on my pc.
This is my first experience owning an apple product, and I am very disappointed with the customer support that I have received. I tried calling the help line and no one would even attempt to answer my question. I was then told that the Mac "geniuses" wouldn't know either and that I may be able to find an answer on the message boards. So I am reaching out to the community...Has anyone been able to figure out how to resolve this issue or even the specific cause? Any help is appreciated. -

It sounds like you are constantly needing to restore your phone because it keeps going into recovery mode. Usually putting a device into recovery mode and restoring it can help isolate an issue to your iPhone hardware if an issue persists afterwards. I would try manually putting it into recovery mode and restoring it 1 more time:

When I try to download iPhone OS 5.1.0 on my PC I get this message "stopped (err = -3259)"and says it timed out at the server after the entire download. I have tried 3 times, it takes about 8 min. to download the 790.7 MB file. Has anyone had this problem and what is the fix?

I can't connect to iTunes. I think it might be an issue with McAfee Security Center - not sure. I am getting an error code of -42408. (Don't know what that means...) Has anyone had this problem? If so, how did you fix it?
Having the same issue after downloading the lastest version of itunes. Apple is going to lose me as a customer, if this keeps up with their software updates. They never seem to work.
Really, they should want me to be able to access their store. That's money out of their pocket.

i have a MacBook pro. I'm trying to connect my Mac through wifi at my house, it shows my router says it's connected with full signal yet I have no internet. So I thought I would try it at my friends house but I had the same problem. the Internet connection and wifi were on, as our iPhones were working through wifi. And my friends Mac works via wifi at my house. Just mine dosnt has anyone had this problem or can help me with this problem thanks.

Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.
Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly. It will take a while.
Restart the computer.
Start up in Safe Mode.

Under the iCloud portion of settings on my iPhone, I have always gotten the message "account not verified". The email matches and is in fact the same for my accounts on iCloud and iTunes. Has anyone had this problem, and how have they resolved it?

I bought a magazine subscription on my iPAD and after being charged, it does not come up on my screen. Has anyone had this problem?
When I click on the magazine, my screen is just blank. I can see the purchase, and in my settings/store, the magazine shows "ON".I would do a power cycle/reset of your device first, if you haven't, to rule that out.

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

I went into the cloud on phone it was on. Turned off and back on. Now i have 6 of one contactDeleted face books also incase that was the issue. I went to Itunes and couldnt find contacts - now I wonder it is is my outlook email too adding information as I am seeing contacts that are only on my outlook emails.

I cant update or remove itunes without receiving the message: the install source (itunes.msi) for this product is not available. verify that the source exist and that you can access it. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?
