I recently had an Ipod first gen with Ios 3.1.3 fixed and am in need of finding games for my son to play, but I cannot for the life of me find any games or any apps that can be installed on this Ipod! every time I download something and try to install it, Itunes keeps telling me that the app requires a newer Ios! There isn't any new Ios version for this ipod that I can find. Itunes won't install any newer version of Ios, and no new apps can be found that can be installed. Please help me.

Does the original library file still exist on the computer? Hopefully when creating the new library it was done in a seperate folder as I do not believe iTunes allows for two library files in the same location.

1. What is your computer system? For example, Windows 7, Mac OS Yosemite
2. What exactly are you trying to download and install? If you paid for it, check your receipt for the exact name.

You can use iCloud to sync your Safari bookmarks between your Mac and your iPad.
Instructions here > Apple - iCloud - Learn how to set up iCloud on all your devices.

And try the accessibility features on your Mac. Open System Preferences > Accessibilty

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

What type network is yu router set up for? The 4G iPod can only connect and see 2.4 GHZ networl like B, G and the 2,4 GHz N. There is also a 5 GHz N but the iPod will not even seethat network.
