TS1702 I changed my account info on itunes and reinstalled an app called LINE so that I can buy stuff from LINE and now I can't. It's telling me to contact itunes support.
I changed my itunes account info and reinstalled some of my app's. I reinstalled an app called LINE, everything went fine as far as the download but when I tried to purchace an extra through the app it told me to contact itunes support. How do I get to buy through the app?

After reviewing your post, I have located an article that can help with gift card issues. It contains a number of troubleshooting steps and helpful advice for the issue you are experiencing:
If you can't redeem your iTunes Gift Card or code
Contact iTunes Store Support
If the code is completely scratched off or you still can't redeem your gift card, contact iTunes Support:
Go to the iTunes Store support page and choose your country.
From the menu on the left, choose Contact Support.
Click Contact iTunes Store Support.
Follow the instructions.
iTunes Store Support might ask you to send these things:
Image of the full front and back of your gift card
Sales receipt showing when your card was purchased
Serial number from your gift card

Go into the iTunes store. In the top right, click on your email address under account and it will ask you to log in. From there, you should be able to edit just about anything you need to.

I've purchased a few dozen songs from itunes on my iphone. A few of these songs will not download properly and I keep getting a "unable to download song" message. My account info is correct and full signal. It seems to continually keep trying to download but cannot. Please help!
i do understand that. if you purchased the music on the phone. its still available to you. if you go in itunes on your computer. go to purchases. there should be all the music you have purchased. there you can download the song if it isn't already and then sync it to your phone which will add the song to the phone. have you tried to power off phone and then try to download again. the itunes way is just another option.

I just changed my residence to the US and now I cant register my new US credit card on itunes cause the state list doesnt match to the US states, what should I do?
Your credit card info, billing address must be the same country as the iTunes store country you registering.
For example, you can’t have a credit card from a U.S. bank with a U.S. billing address registered in the iTunes store for China.
I tried to change my payment information too, but it happened the same, I can change the information but when I get to the state part, it only shows the other country states
Remove all payment info and save it.
Then change the iTunes store country to U.S., add a U.S. credit card with a U.S. billing address.
As previously suggested, if this does not work, contact iTunes store support.

hello, i already have an itunes account on my ipod and now im trying to download it on my computer after i did, i was trying to listen/download to a song and it said that i must authorize mmy computer, i have windows 8 computer and i think it is different. please help me because i have looked this question up before and i couldnt do it.
If you are asking how to authorise your iTunes account on that computer, then you do so via the Store drop-down menu at the top of iTunes (pressing Alt-S should get the Store menu to appear) - this screenshot is from a Mac, but it should be fairly similar on windows 8 :

It needs to be restored by someone. You can do it, and set it up as a new phone, or the buyer can do it.

the good news: the iPhone automatically implemented all my account info from apple mail the first time I activated & synced it. great!
the bad news - I need to use a different outgoing mail server - I can't send mobile mail from the same server I use for my desktop mail ...
so how can I change the account info - to put in a different outgoing mail smtp dealie?? there doesn't seem to be a preference setting the way there is in apple mail...

Wam having a dickens of a time with this - when I first got the iPhone a week ago, I could receive all my mail easily but had a problem sending.
so I deleted the account, put it in all over again (as correctly advised on this thread), and now I have the send part working fine but I currently can not receive messages!
I have double & triple checked the settings - can't figure out what's wrong - will probably call Apple Care...

So it started out not being about to conect to my computer then, when i changed to usb port, it went to disk mode. when i reset it it started to make odd metalic clicking noises and telling me to contact apple support. I'm freaking out cause i don't know what happened in I think its broken (its also my brothers ).
