TS1702 Manage Subscriptions

I pay a monthly subscription to a French newspaper and I would like to know how to suspend or end it should I want to.  I believeI need to go to Manage Subscriptions but I cannot find this anywhere. I've seen messages about various buttons etc. on the account page but I can't see anything. Anybody know?

  • A follow up question to Introducing Apple Recommends, Manage Subscriptions, and This Helped Me

In Introducing Apple Recommends, Manage Subscriptions, and This Helped Me it was written
Now anyone can click "This helped me" to say thanks to helpful members. When several people mark the same post, it will earn a gold star and appear at the top of the discussion, so it’s easier for others to find. The poster will also earn five reputation points for a job well done.
Does anyone know (or is it written anywhere) just how many is 'serveral'? Is it decided on the fly? Or does it depend on the phase of the moon?
Will the points be awarded to the poster only once, or if say 100 people mark it as helpful will more then 5 points be awarded?
Sounds like a really good system but it seems that a bit more thought should have gone into it, no? Or at least the explanation could be clearer.
    Ciao.
(Another question) Can the original post (this one) get marked as helpful also? Imagine  earning points for posting :-)

I sort of agree with this new "Helpie-ette" deal. I wonder why while at this portion of the UX they didn't address the ongoing issue of the "irrevocable nature " of the OP awards of the traditional Green Stamp and Gold Star - I have made the mistake (once) but I see the silliest things marked Solved frequently. THAT is bad for business in that it gives false visual info and false statistical results.
We'll see... BTW, the [People] TAB itself is the only new thing (the CONTROL in the TAB bar) - the URL has always been alive and well if one knew to add " /people "

  • Best Practice to Manage Subscriptions for EA Enterprise Agreement Customer

    Hi Team,
We as a company have EA Subscription for our future product(s) release. So, we want to understand How should we manage subscriptions for our different Project with different environment.
I have visited few important links like
    http://blog.thavo.com/2014/05/where-to-start-with-microsoft-azure.html
    http://blog.kloud.com.au/2013/07/30/good-practices-for-managing-windows-azure-subscriptions/
we use all possible combinations like SQL Azure, Azure Network, Azure Website, Cloud Service & Traffic Manager...
we also like to use Slot & Swapping in Azure Websites while Staging & Production in case of Cloud Service.
Based on above link, I understood that we should have different subscription for each type of environment like my Project name is ToDoApp then I should have two subscription
    1) ToDoApp Staging    2) ToDoApp Production.
My Question here is: if we follow that practice, How could we utilize the Swapping feature of Azure because it works only within a specific subscription. so, If I deploy the application on my ToDoApp Staging Environment probably after testing I have to re-deploy
the same on Production (Swapping can't work as, we have environment based different subscription)
Request you to please suggest something where our deployment would minimize and we can have resource utilization based report per subscription with swapping functionality.
    Regards, Brijesh Shah

    Hi Jambor & all,
You are correct. From the subscriptions, we might get all billing & resource utilization information easily. But the same time, my concern here is we might loose the core azure feature like Swapping.
Azure Website (or Cloud service) has feature to test the deployment before move to production. so, we deploy that on staging or such slot & once we are done, we can move that.
But this way we have to use all those instances (whether it's for testing-staging or production) all in single subscription.
Moreover within single subscription it should be through only one instance (One cloud service or One Azure Website) then only you can swap.
So, Don't you think that would be hard limitation

  • Introducing Apple Recommends, Manage Subscriptions, and This Helped Me

Now, it’s easier than ever to find great answers, manage the content you care about, and say thanks to helpful community members.
Find great answers in record time
With Apple Recommends, Community Specialists will recommend posts that provide helpful, clear, and relevant information. If a thread has recommended replies, you’ll see them right below the original question, so you don’t have to read an entire conversation to get the answers you need.
Apple Recommends is designed to complement “This Solved My Question”, not replace it. When you create a thread, you can always mark a post as Solved, even after a Specialist has recommended it.
Still have more to say? Threads with Recommended answers won’t be locked, so you can continue the conversation even if the question is answered.
Apple Recommends also lets you earn reputation points for sharing your knowledge. If a Specialist recommends your post, you will receive 5 points in addition to any points you receive from other community members.
Manage the content you care about
With Manage Subscriptions, in addition to seeing and managing your subscriptions to content threads and communities, you can now see and manage which members you are following, and see which members are following you.
To access the People tab in the new Manage Subscriptions area, log in with your Apple ID, click your username, and then click “Manage Subscriptions.”
Each of the tabs displays a list of people, content, or communities you're following. If you see a thread, person, or community you no longer wish to follow, click Unfollow to unsubscribe from future updates.
Want to see the latest posts from a favorite community member? Click the People tab at the top of the page and then click "Find more people to follow". Here you can browse a list of all members, or use the search field to find specific community members.
To learn more about subscriptions and how Follow, Unfollow, and auto-following work, see Learn how to manage your subscriptions.
Say thanks and help others find great content

  • How do I cancel a Newsstand subscription when there is no auto-renew facility/option through Settings? After removing the item on Newsstand it still shows as Active in Store Settings/Manage Subscriptions.

How do I cancel a Newsstand subscription when there is no auto-renew option via Settings/Manage Subscriptions? After removing the item from the Newsstand site it still shows as Active via Settings/Manage Subscriptions. The publisher tells me it is not a subscription rate that is theirs, they have no knowledge of it, I subscribed through iTunes Store. Thank you!

    Hi qwerty,
Dun tink that creative customer support sucks cos I had been dealing with them in the past and I can say that their service are quite gd and fast. If you wanted a refund, I tink you need to contact the store that sells you the product. Dun tink creative will refund you though.

This is an open forum, not Adobe support... You need Adobe support to cancel a subscription

There are instructions on this page for managing and stopping auto-renewing subscriptions : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
If you are looking for a refund for your existing subscription then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I updated my billing information, but it won't take the new credit card.  AND every time I go back to Photo Shop to do my work it gives me the message to go to Subscription Manager over and over again, when I click on the Try Again sign.  How can I proceed past it and do my work?

Unfortunately, only Adobe customer service can assist you with your issue. These are user forums; you are not addressing Adobe here.
Click on the link below, and after that click on "Still need Help? Contact us."
Then on the next page, click Chat.
    There is also a phone option. 1 (800) 833-6687

  • HT4943 Manage subscriptions in newsstand

How do I manage my subscriptions, renew, cancel etc for newsstand apps?

  • Managing subscriptions.

When I've finished listening to a podcast I routinely delete the files just to keep my "housekeeping" up to date. I know how to find that podcast again in the future if it is still available on the net.
My problem is with my subscription to NPR's Science Friday. About once every two weeks or so, iTunes downloads a large number of Science Friday podcasts from earlier programs. Most of these I've already listened to. And to keep my podcast library page readable I have to manually delete all these files. I'm not sure what triggers this behavior as my update preference is set to once an hour. But yet it doesn't happen more often than once a week or so.
None of my other subscriptions behave like this. Once I've listened to the podcast and delete it, it never comes back unless I go looking for it.
Question:How can I prevent Science Friday from downloading podcasts I've already listened to without having to keep the files on my drive. Seems as though there ought to be a table somewhere that keeps track of what I've listened to. And to repeat myself ... it's only my Sci-Fri subscription that behaves this way.
    Thanks

    Hello jkizzlerocks,
If you are not able to see the option to turn off subscriptions on your iPhone, then try changing it by using iTunes on your computer. Take a look at the article below to walk you through this.

  • Manager Subscription Packages for China??

Trying to set up my employees with a package to call China, but guess what nothing there.  Yet they can buy a subscription for a China calling package through their personal account.  Why can't I?
I also find the way that the accounts work between manager and users' personal accounts very sloppy, issues of the auto-recharge, can't disable it on one account, and the manager not filling up another account that is set-up for it as well.

  • Manage subscription, billing and Co-Administrator for Azure Account

    Hi All,
I am new to Azure, I have Windows Azure account.
My requirement is like I will create multiple subscriptions under my account for individual clients, I will add clients as Co-Administrators for each Subscription, I have my payment information for paying to Azure and for subscriptions also
I will pay from my account. I want to make clients able to see their billing information, so my questions about this scenario are:
    1. Does Co-Administrator needs password of Azure Account to logging in to https://manage.windowsazure.com or https://account.windowsazure.com/Subscriptions?
    2. Can each Co-Administrator check his/her subscription from https://account.windowsazure.com/Subscriptions and is able to see his/her billing information?
    Thanks in advance.
    Thanks, Dilip

    Hi Dilip,
    Thanks for posting here.
    Appreciate your interest on Azure.
It is not possible to buy multiple subscriptions for the single account meaning single LIVE ID .  You may buy multiple subscriptions with same account holder but you need to have different Live ID for every subscription.
You can add users as co-administrators for a subscription using their Microsoft account or organizational account. To do this, you must be a co-administrator or the Service Administrator for the subscription yourself, and you should be designated as a global
administrator in the directory for the subscription. Adding co-administrators using organizational accounts is recommended
See Add a co-administrator to an Azure subscription for more details.
For both of your questions above : Co-administrator will not have access to view  Account information by co-admin's credentials. The only options is to view the account information is by using account owners credentials.
For further details, you may contact Billing team via
http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/options/ , select get support and select the support type as billing.
    Hope this helps.
