Is QuickTime installed? If not it might help to install it.
If so is Direct3D Video Acceleration enabled? If so it might help to disable.

I have reloaded Icloud on my Windows 7 PC and it just says it stopped working and closes the program after I enter my apple password, what can I do?

I am having the very same problem with iTunes, I'm running Windows 7 64 bit and started having the problem after the latest update. I just upgraded to the new 5s and was syncing everything to it, so I figured that I would update my itunes software as well. Yeah, I wrote this wrong. Its ITunes has stopped working and Windows is trying to solve problem, then shuts down.
I have un-installed , re-installed. Tried earlier version and that wont work any more. Changes firewall, pop-ups whatever...........nothing works. And Apple has been no help. Run test and it says all test are good even to Apple store??

Itunes stops working and closes when try to open ipod nano

I bought a used ipod nano. They did not restore to factory settings. I plug in the nano, itunes opens up, and recognizes ipod nano. Problem accures when I try to open nano it will show a screen that itunes has stopped working and needs to shutdown. I figure I need to restore the nano to factory settings but I am unabl to if I can't get into it.

It sounds like your iTunes application is quitting unexpectedly when you connect the phone and try to sync. I would recommend either of these 2 articles depending on the version of Windows you are using.

Error message "Itunes has stopped working" and closes when opening itunes store

I had problems with the latest itunes freezing up that i installed itunes 10.53 and it works fine now except when i go to the itunes store,itunes stops working and the whole program closes.I checked the diagnosics and everything comes up green lights.What could be the problem?

maybe this one ?

Go to your computer's System Tray and try ejecting. If you can't eject, there is an application that is trying to access your iPod.
Go to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx and download ProcessExplorer.
Go to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555665 and follow the instructions under Resolution.
Note that this is a good, general process any time you can't access any file.
In my case an update to RealPlayer installed a program called RecordingManager that was accessing my iPod.

After making changes to an existing pdf, when I select Save from the File menu Acrobat X Standard crashes and closes down. The same scenario happens if I choose Save As and select the same fie name. How do I save changes to an existing document? I can sometimes Save As using a new file name but that does not always work either.

Please try repairing Acrobat by going to the 'Help' menu > Repair Acrobat.
Also make sure that Acrobat is updated to the latest release.You can check for updates from the same 'Help' menu > check for updates.
