In the attempt of updating my ipod touch, i am faced with the problem of not being able to be connected to the itunes in my computer (windows xp ) because my ipod touch got blocked up, leaving the icon of USB cable and itunes on my touch screen. I am asked to restore my ipod first, but i have tried using all the examples stated and still can't help. Please please, can some one help me out ? Ones in the process of trying, i see an error code: 1656 and most of the time nothing. Thanks
See if placing the iPod in Recovery mode will allow a restore via iTunes

well the reason I wanted to talk to someone live because it would take forever to explain everything on here But anyway, here goes. I have an HP Pavilion Notebook with Intel Core i5-323om CPU @2.60 GHz and 8 gb ram 64bit. I am trying to run Lightroom 5.7 on my laptop and having major issues. I use an external hard drive for the storage of my photos. When I try to use Lightroom I run into many issues: Flickering of the screen, freezing up, slow, the loading circle just goes round and round lol. If I go to the washroom or leave the computer for even a minute it freezes up. I have to keep pressing Ctr/alt/delete to bring it back when it flickers. I have to constantly exit out of the program and restart it to be able to edit even just a couple of photos and then it starts acting up again.
I have tried un-installing and re-installing, updating everything on my pc, changing compatibility settings, updating development settings, I even took the laptop into have it looked at and they did all kinds of updates etc...and still couldn't figure out why it wasn't working for me. I have gone through the lists of troubleshooting for LR problems and there just seem to be nothing that works.....I have made new catalogues, moved them, tried using the software on my pc without the EHD, etc etc.......I have tried EVERYTHING...I think.....so I was looking for some answers as to why this is happening.... -

Are the older "Protected AAC files" that I have replaced with the unprotected version when I re-download them using Itunes Match?
Additionally, when trouble shooting, and you disable iTunes Match on an iOS device you cannot simply re-enable it immediately. You must launch the Music app and let the content clear out before re-enabling the service.

Here are the steps that will help you access a direct-call number for Adobe Support:
Start by selecting the following link Contact Customer Care
In the top-right corner, click Sign In, and use the Adobe ID and password associated with your account.
Once you have logged in:
In the list select the product for which you want support, e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud
Select the sub-topics until you can't drill down further. If the links don't provide any help, than ultimately click on still need help - Contact Us. A bright blue button at the bottom of the page.
At that stage your window will expand and display three support options:
Chat
Phone
Forums
To get a phone number to call:
click Phone, the phone number will now display that you can call for support.
