TS2446 How do I change the credit card number in itunes, the system will not let me change the last four numbers for verification
the itunes will not allow me to change my credit card number it takes the acct #, the date but the four numbers on my american express are frozen.
I am stuck with a similar problem. I moved from Ireland to the UK but for some reason, iTunes would not let me change the country in my payment information, it remains Ireland. I do not have any credit to spend and I still cannot change it. I even set up a new iTunes account and the country still remains uncangable. Hence, I cannot add the details of my UK card as iTunes believes it is set in Ireland. Have you managed to solve your problem?

A few days ago I bought a season of the series Psych off of iTunes. I was able to watch the first bunch without a problem but now all of a sudden when I try to watch one it says "You do not have permission to access the requested resource". I tried restarting my phone but that do not help. I cleared up a lot of space on my phone as well. I have and iPhone 4 with the update of iOS 6.1.3.
Are you using the same Apple ID that the purchase was linked to? I had this issue with a shared device, and the other person had logged out of my ID and logged in with hers.
If it's the same ID, then try redownloading the purchase. -

Yes, but if you delete the iCloud account and start again, don't you have to wait 90 days for everything to start syncing?? I've been having this problem for months and no one seems to be able to figure it out. I used to have one Apple ID (which was not an email address) and then when iOS came along....and iCloud, they force you to use your email address as ID ....which actually sets up a SECOND Apple ID. I have a Mac, iPad, iPod touch and iPhone. the Apple techs tried to delete the iCloud accounts so that they all said the same thing (email address ID) but then I had to wait 90 days. the 90 days just passed and nothing is automatically syncing yet. I still think there are 2 accounts but if I delete all again.....it's going to be another 90 days (for security reasons, I was told). This is a real pain in the butt.

The screen that says, "Well this is embarrassing" and asks to either remove a tab or start a new session, which I cannot do neither. I have deleted the program several times and when I reload it the same screen comes up and the program freezes. Task manager is the only way to remove it from my screen. I need to find the location of that screen and delete it.
It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the sessionstore.js file and possible sessionstore-##.js files with a number and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).

I installed the trial version of Photoshop CS6 but it will not let me open the program.
When I go to open it an error message comes up saying that "it may be damaged or incomplete". But when I go to Adobe Applicaion Manager it says that it is "up to date". How can I fix this?

Itunes privacy policy will not let me accept the new version
Every single time I try to accept the updated privacy policy, the privacy policy acceptance screen just comes back. I can't update any apps or download new apps. Doese someone know what I should do?
I just noticed it happening for me as well. Quite frustrating. I try to update apps, it brings me to terms and conditions screen. I accept it with box checked, it says thank you. I click done, and it takes me to account information. I click done on account information, and it takes me back to account information. I try going back to app library and updating, and it takes me back to terms and conditons, then back to account information. It's like "Ground Hog Day." Help us.

Changing your account information using a computer:
Open iTunes.
Choose Store > Sign In.
Enter your Apple ID and password, then click the Sign In button.
Choose Store > View My Account.
Enter your account password, and click the View Account button.
To update your email address, follow these instructions:
From the Apple Account Information page, click the Edit button to the right of your Apple ID.
Enter your new email address into the Email Address field.
Click the Done button.
To update your name, billing address, or payment information, follow these instructions:
From the Apple Account Information page, click the Edit Payment Information button.

I am unable to change my credit card number because my apple profile shows me as a resident of the United States, although I live in Switzerland. Consequently I cannot edit my area code, zip number, State info, etc. Please advise me how to do it. Many thanks.

To update your billing information, you would need to change your iTunes Store country to be able to enter the information for Switzerland. I found an article with the steps to update this:
Change your iTunes Store country
Sign in to the account for the iTunes Store region you'd like to use. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region.
Follow the onscreen process to change your region, agree to the terms and conditions for the region if necessary, and then change your billing information.

I'd like to change my credit card number, but Adobe site do not allow this.
Support chat redirected me to a chinese adobe page (I'm from Hungary, can't read Chinese..), then told me to call local reseller support instead.
Local reseller support told us that they can't support creative cloud members, they are being dealt with centrally by Adobe.
Back to chat, describing again what I need to a new agent..
Got the same chinese page from him as well first, then got the same "call local reseller" advice again.
After telling the agent that does not work, he gave me a phone number to call: 852 2916 2125, which never answers. And the agent dropped off..
I haven't been so depressed over a customer support for years.
Can somebody please help me out on how to change my credit card number for my Adobe ID?

But after updating my info with my new (working) credit card (matercard) it says:

And this number than answers 'it cannot be accessed'
I'd need this done immediately, so please anyone - any ideas ?!

i clicked GIft Song.. next it took me to... password... click billing info... i put in the credit card number .... and my card gets charged Rs 60 for a Rs 15 song... how is this... Second, I do not see the purchase, not it asked me whom to gift the song.
Have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

Somehow the country associated with my account was changed to China. I did not make this change. My credit card information needs to be updated but the system will not let me update either my credit card information or the country back to the United States. My updated credit card information is not accepted because the country is China. It will not allow me to change the country until the credit card information is changed. Help!!!
