With the Error 2, let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:

Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.

I downloaded the latest Itunes update-Jan 2014- and it will not complete, getting ITunes 7 error, windows 126 error that says it is missing msvcr80.dll. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Itunes many times without success. Am
running Windows Vista....Apple Support said its a windows problem. Did not have any problems with the previous version.

- Recover missing or deleted DLL File
- Expand DLL file image from Windows 7 Installation disc
- Repair Windows Registry
- Register again the DLL File
- Delete Registry entry related to SQL Server
- Uninstall and reinstall the concerned program

Apple isnt here. this is a user based forum for technical questions. The solution is to restart, reset, and restore as new which is in the manual after that get it replaced for hard ware failure. if your within your one year warranty its replaced if it is out of the warranty then it is 199$

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

I also posted this question and then Googled it. The instruction was to delete, in order iTunes, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour, Apple Application Support and iCloud. When you installed iTunes on your work computer, then connected your iPad to that computer, it wiped what was on the iPad, then put the iTunes library (nothing) from the work computer onto the iPad. You can try copying the iTunes folder from your home computer over to your work computer, but since the apps were bought with a different account, they may not load or update properly.

I just installed the Firefox update in my Dell Studio laptop and now it will not start nor can it effect automatice repairs. What to do?

I had had problems with the Quick time feature that came with Nikon's Picture Project software and had to delete it. (Actually, the operating system deleted it and Picture project when it repaired itself by reverting to a previous configuration.) I noticed that Quick time was again installed when I updated Firefox. Since I can't get the machine up and running, I am at a loss as to how to remove Quick time if that is what needs to be done.

I suggest taking it back to Best Buy. Once it has been opened, Apple will not handle the phone. Best Buy or another 3rd party are your only choices. Best Buy probably made an error when replacing the screen. Understand they are not an authorized Apple Service Center.
