TS3297 every time I try to download iTunes in my new computer it shows me an error message

Every time I try to download iTunes in my new computer it shows me an error message that says The installer has insuffucuent privileges to acces this directory C:/program files (x86)/iTunes. The installation cannot continue. log on as administrator or contact your system administrator.. retry or cancel and it doesn't le me go forward than this I have already contact HP and we fixed it I mean we installed iTunes 64 bit, but the minute I put my iPhone to sink it it says that I dont have the new version of iTunes whici I've just already installed..this problem has been like this for more that 3 months I need an assitance because my phone really needs to be sink because it is acting weard and slow... Other than that my husband and I are thinking seriously change our iPHONE 4S for samsung phones with less probles instead of buying the new iPhone 5 because of this dull reason...Thank you for your help!

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

    It's best to start with figuring out your eMac model and OS in order to answer the question. This article will help you determine your model:
    How to locate the serial number and identify your model
    And to get the version of Mac OS that's installed:
    From the Apple Menu at the left end of your menu bar, select "About this Mac..."
    In the resulting Window, you can see the Mac OS version just under the big "Mac OS X":
    If the eMac is older and you have never upgraded the system software, it's possible that your OS version is too old to run the current iTunes. The current version requires OS 10.5 (Leopard)or higher, which is a pay-for system upgrade.

    Did you downgrade iTunes? What version is listed in Help> About iTunes?
    If you don't have iTunes 10.5.2, download it from here -> http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
    If you have iTunes 10.5.2, try re-creating your iTunes library.

    Steps I have take so far:
    Verified that system clock is correct
    Cleared all cache, history, cookies, etc.; didn't help
    Started Firefox in Safe Mode; didn't help
    Disabled all Firefox extensions; didn't help
    uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox using Control Panel; didn't help
    Ran Microsoft Safety Scan for malware; nothing was found
    Other information:
    This problem exists ONLY in my user profile and ONLY in Firefox. All 5 other users can run Firefox with no problem. I can run IE and Chrome with no problem.
    Problem exists in ALL secured (https) sites.
    I use Avast and Windows Firewall. Had never heard of ESET or BitDefender before searching these forums.
    A lot of the sites don't give me the option to Make an Exception. The two that I tried to make exceptions for, still wouldn't open.

    unfortunately the fiddler2 issuer in certificates might be a sign of unwanted software present on your pc that is intercepting secure network traffic. please go into the system control panel and uninstall programs like BrowserSafeguard, BrowserSafe, SafeGuard or other software that sounds suspicious and didn't get installed by you intentionally.
