Edge has very clear restrictions, one being that you must have 6 months of clean payment history which you don't. Either wait until April 14, or good luck at Sprint.
I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions.

The application "video converter" says that I can retrieve my converted files through iTunes. Where and how does that happen?

Everytime I set up my computer as a wifi hotspot it closes my computer's internet connection. Why is that happening? And What can I do?
With a Thunderbolt to Ethernet adapter in use, your MacBook Pro's Network Preferences should be similar to this:
"Status" should be "Connected", a valid IP address should appear, and you should be able to load web pages. Make that work first.
Then make your MacBook Pro's Sharing preferences resemble this:
Essentially: "Share your connection" and "To computers using" should be as shown above.
The MBP's Wi-Fi icon will be as shown below:
To other client devices, the network they join should be the name you designated. It will appear in the same manner as any other wireless network.
What are you seeing that's different than the above? -

My track pad is not working. The computer has been off for 10 days and I changed the batteries
Can someone help me with my iMac track pad? My computer has been off for 10 days and when I turned it on the curser will not move. The green light on the track pad would come on then off so i replaced the batteries in the track pad but it still does not work. Not sure if the grandchildren were on it over the holidays could something be locked on the keyboard?
1. Make sure that battery is in normal condition.
2. Shut down the computer.
Clean the trackpad with moist not wet microfiber cloth.
System Preferences > Point & Click
Try turning off three finger dragging and then turning it on after testing.
3. Is there any Bluetooth device nearby with failing batteries? If so, replace the batteries.
4. Reset PRAM: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH14222
5. Reset SMC. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
Choose the method for:
"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".
6. Close all windows and quit all applications.
Click the Spotlight -the magnifying glass icon- in the menu bar. Enter Disk utility in the box.
Select Disk Utility. When the Disk utility window opens up,
select Macintosh HD, then First Aid.
Click Repair Disk Permission
Ignore the time remaining estimate.
Last 1 minute may take longer. -

Updated both phones this morning, not sure why but when I text my wife it shows it as coming from her own phone.
Both of our contacts were joined together and when I deleted her contacts from my phone it also deleted them from hers.

For her to receive iMessages on the iPad, she needs to turn iMessage ON in her iPad and then she needs to be connected to the internet in order to receive them. This connection can go through WiFi or through cellular data if her iPad has this functionality, but those two requirements are a must.

My daughter got a new laptop for Christmas (windows 8). I would like to set up her own iTunes account on her laptop. Our dilema is she has been syncing her iPod to my account for 2 years now, therefore, she has an abundance of music (purchased through iTunes store) and movies (downloaded via digital download from DVD/BluRay purchases) that we don't want to have to purchase all over again. Is there any way to share some/all of my account with her so she can sync her iPod to her laptop in the future?
I have been reading about Home Sharing but I am not sure this is the approach I am after. Will home sharing work to allow her to alter and change the content on her PC without changing/altering it on mine? Will it allow her to sync her iPod with her PC?
I suppose I should also add that we are currently running 2 iPod touches, 2 iPads and an iPhone from my apple ID. I am not even sure if I would be able to add her PC as a device for home sharing if that is an option for us.
Any and all guidance is greatly appreciated.

I recently had to purchase a new iPhone 4S. I backed up my old 4s to my iMac and when I went to restore, I got this message "iTunes could not restore the iPhone because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the iPhone that is being restored". I just purchased the iPhone 4S today so I know it's not the phone. How can I get my information back?
If it's corrupt, generally it would be lost.
However, there is third-party software out there that can retrieve some of the data, those of which however I could not recommend as I have never done so myself.
Also, if the old 4S was running a more recent software version than the current 4S, that may cause the issue however usually iTunes tells you exactly that.

My wife has been having problems with Safari, and many third party software and malware programs infecting her Mac Book Pro. I have tried to reset Safari but it keeps coming back, taking over Safari, changing defaults, start pages, and search engines, Etc.
Is it safe to use programs like MacKeeper, who keeps send my wife's computer message and alerts, or should I just wipe the drive and start over?

I use visual J++ to code my applet and I compile it and it runs perfect on my hard drive. So I upload the html and the class file and all the images to my web directory and then go to my browser (IE) and load up the html and the applet fails to run.
