YOu will need to contact your cell phone provider to resolve those issue, those are carrier features.

In the welcome video there is an orange Firefox button in the top left hand corner - I do not have one. This button appears to be central to the use of Firefox.

The Firefox Button acts as an alternative to the regular menubar (File, Edit, View etc.), so if you can see the menu bar you're not missing any functionality.
On Windows XP the default is for the menubar to be shown instead of the Firefox button, but you can switch between the button and the menubar via the View -> Toolbars -> Menu bar option.

Turn your iPhone off, then on again.
Remove the SIM card and verify that it's a valid, carrier-manufactured SIM. Also verify that it isn't damaged, worn, or modified. Then reinsert it.

Everyone else on my plan has service and their phones are completely normal but they never did the update... what can i do to fix this problem?

Backup and restore your software via iTunes. If the problem continues, restore as a NEW device. If this solves it, that means there is some corruption in your backup file, or maybe it's one of your apps causing the trouble. If the problem is still there, you should take it to the Genius Bar at an Apple Store for evaluation.

Hi guys I have a iPad 2 I recently upgraded it from iOS5 to ios7. Since then it only uses the 8ta network but in the top left hand corner it says no service with 3G next to it how am I able to fix this? Could it be a hardware problem?

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. Photos have a ? in the top left hand corner. When I click to reconnect files are found but the reconnect button is not active

What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
It sounds like you are in the Elements Organizer that came with your version of Premiere Elements.
That ? in the top left corner of the thumbnail indicates a file that is no longer in the hard drive save location as it was
when a copy of the file was included in the Elements Organizer.
1. Do you know that the file(s) still exist? Could you have moved, deleted, or renamed file/folder involved? Can you go
to the hard drive save location for the file and actually find it there?

k when i double click on the fire fox short cut on my desk top or the tab under the start button, my firefox gives me a blank white screen with the phase " new tab" on the top left hand corner as if u clicked for another window. First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.
