I do not know the iWire adapter, but I use an inexpensive ($3) DVI to HDMI adapter from Monoprice, along with a regular HDMI cable:

Be aware that this will only transfer video. You Macbook Pro cannot combine audio through DVI to HDMI. You will need to listen to the audio through the Mac speakers, or attach speakers or a sound system to the Mac earphone jack, or determine if your TV has the ability to accept external sound from the Mac while showing video through HDMI (few can).

What are you getting on the TV? Are you getting a completely blank screen, or are you getting a message similar to 'no input detected'? Or are you seeing the spiral galaxy desktop? If you go into System Preferences -> Displays then do you have an 'Arrangements' tab?

Apps and Music are not from iCloud. Are from iTunes and App Store.
You can change this from: Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Sign out and sign in with new ID, but you will have to pay again to download apps that you already have in your old account. Or leave it as it is to share purchases with your son.

On my TV I have a 3 RCA input like on the SCART, a video RCA input and two, RCA sound input.
On the back of the TV I have two SCART I/O port.
Can I make a connection from these tools or maybe I need more stuff or another tool to do that connection?

None of those options are ideal.
What model MacBook Air do you have? If it has a Thunderbolt output you can use this:
Mini DisplayPort | Thunderbolt® to HDMI® Adapter w/ Audio Support
Then you will need to convert the HDMI video and audio signals to composite video and stereo audio with something like this:
HDMI® to Composite Video Converter
If your MacBook is an earlier model with only a Mini DisplayPort (no audio) then you need to connect its audio output directly to your TV.

I can't connect my Mac Air to a DNS-321

My Mac Air finds my home network server, a D-Link DNS-321. When I try to use the smb:\\ip address command, it asks me for the user name and password and shows a list of volumes on the server. However, when I choose the correct volume, it can't connect. Is there a system setting preventing it from connecting? Also, when I ftp to the server, I can only read files and cannot write files to the server. Again, is there a system setting blocking me?

Have you updated your iTunes? iOS7 requires at least iTunes 11.
