If you're trying to set up iCloud, go to System Preferences>iCloud, sign in with your iCloud credentials, then check the data you want to sync to your Mac. See http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/mac.html.

Hello. When I turned on my Ipone 4s today all of my contacts were gone. They are backed up in iCloud but can't figure out how to get them from there back to my phone. Aren't them supposed to sync automatically over wifi? Can someone please help me?

Check to make sure that Contacts is toggled on to sync by going to Settings > iCloud. Also go to iCloud.com to see if the contacts are showing up there to see if it syncing those contacts.

I have downloaded a Christmas screensaver and now cannot get it to the screensaver section. I have it on the downloads but now under preference the desktop will come up but not the screensaver says some kind of error , says it quit unexpectedly may be the flash player. I have IMAC desktop 10.5.8 OSX and not to computer smart. Can anyone help? Thank you so much

Please help it's getting really annoying and it's hard to do things on my phone when it freaks out and go all over the place.

The basic way malware works is that it runs a program on the device. However, the iOS does not allow any program to be downloaded or installed onto the device, unless they are from the App Store. And Apple thoroughly checks all apps submitted by app-developers before allowing them onto the App Store.
In essence, imagine that there is a fortress that has absolutely only one entrance; a guarded front gate. And the guards will only let in people that have proper identification. Without that identification, they will not open the gate.
The fortress is the iOS device. The guards are the operating system. The identification is the App Store.
You didn't come from the App Store? Then you can't come in. It's as simple as that. -
I have a new MacBook Air and don't know how to get info from my USB stick and get info from my SD card. Can anyone help, please?
Plug the stick and/or card into the appropriate slots on the side of your Air. Do you see icons for the devices appear on the desktop? Click into them to see what files are there.

Actually, my iphone was hanged and its screen was not working at all .So, I updated its software from market but for reactivation it require icloud account but i didn't know how exactly it is and i was caught in big trouble . i had nokia n8 and now i want to transfer my contacts from nokia to my new i phone 5, i set up i tune and i cloud account but i don't know how to use do it. i have windows 7 and no outlook
If I wiped my phone I wouldn't have the contacts on my phone to send to my self. I would need to take just the contacts from my back up. I would have to do this through iTunes and I don't see how I can just extract the contacts only from my back up. From what I can figure out it is all or nothing

I have formatted my computer and re installed itunes. However, I cannot see my purchased musics/movies/books on my library anymore. I can see my purchased registration on my account, but I don't know how I can do to download it back to my pc. Any ideas?
