TS4062 Ever since I uploaded the new itunes version, I've been getting this message when I plug in my ipod. "itunes cannot connect to this iphone. An unknown error occured 0XE80000065." Does anyone have a solution.
This is the error I get. I did not find this on the itunes webpage...

Each time I try to connect to the iTunes store, this has popped up. I googled error (-3212) and also followed the steps on iTunes support. I downloaded the new itunes and chose "repair files" all to no prevail. I use iTunes on a daily basis and bought and iTunes card 2 weeks ago which I now cannot use. After updating to ios7 on my ipad,
I can't install any new apps or update any of my already installed apps. Does anyone have a solution?I had the same problem. When I downloaded iOS 7, the auto download switch in the I Tunes & Apps store turned off. Go to the I Tunes & Apps store in Settings and turn the toggle switch to on for Apps auto download.

In iTunes, go "Help > Run Diagnostics". Uncheck the boxes other than DVD/CD tests, as per the following screenshot:

Itouch was reset to factory defaults. Have tried ideas listed in ITunes help. Any ideas?

The" may need service' meand there is a hardware problem. In that case make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

My iPod Nano 6th Generation is not picking up album artwork. On several of my tracks, it recognizes the album art, but it doesn't seem to recognize the others. I've tried uploading the artwork onto several albums manually, I've cleared the downloaded artwork to download them again, I've even restored the iPod to its default settings...nothing seems to work.

In using it, I found out other's have had this issue and it likely means you have a 3G iPad? If you do, go into settings and turn off cellular data, then try to update again and you should be OK........ -
I have an iPhone 4S wi iOS 5.1 installed and I can't view the option to enqble iTunes Match under the Music menu. I have subscribed to the service and it works fine on my iPad. Does anyone have a solution to this? Can anyone enlighten me as to what's going on?

Since I upgraded to iOS 7.1.2, new Outlook calendar and contact items will not sync to/from my iOS devices - I am not using the iCloud, just sync'ing direct to/from laptop. Neither direction seems to be working.
