I have had a 3GS for 2+ years. After upgrading to IOS 4 (now 4.3.5) I began having problems. In the past week, my screen went to the itunes logo and USB cable twice -- unprovoked -- just found it sitting there like that! I connected to itunes and it did restore from a backup but it is a major inconvenience. I am also searching for answers, but better back-up regularly!

The overall settings for VoiceOver is on the shuffle's Summary screen in iTunes.
Artist name and song name - Press and release the VoiceOver button.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect to your computer & click on the "Update your device using iTunes".
Tip - You may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. After you update to iOS 5.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).

Is the store that you bought the card from nearby so that you can try going back and asking if they can activate the card properly ? If it's not, or if they can't/won't activate, then you will need to do as the message says and contact iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then iTunes Cards And Codes (you will probably need to give them images of the front and back of the card, and possibly its receipt)

Okay my Apple TV is now asking me to go,to iTunes on my computer and verify my payment information. I only ever redeem iTunes cards and currently have a credit of dollars 26. I want to purchase but cannot because of this. In addition it is taking forever to access the iTunes Store and more often than not I get a message iTunes Store currently not available. First, try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.

JustinSorry meant my Mail has stopped working on my iMac. It had large items in the Outbox from last weekend. I guess it just got its knickers in a twist as I deleted the large emails, containing video and now it is working again.

All depnds what your using it for.. If it's an app, may be a delay in the app doing an update to be compaitible with iOS 6. If its for an Apple app, then you need to check the settings for that specific app.

Try a reset. Hold down the Sleep/Wake button + Home button for around 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.

My app Injustice Gods Among Us is really being a pain. It started blacking out around a week ago, and it wont let me in to the game. I was told to delete the app, and redownload and rebbot my Ipad, but it didnt work. And I lost all my characters, like Lobo, Batgirl, Darkseid, and a ton of others. Can anyone help me? My neighbor got the app, and his works fine! What the heck.

That suggests that the installer is getting damaged during the download.
I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer?
