I get as far as what appears to be restoring my phone then when the software has downloaded, iTunes insists on my phone accepting it's access. I had carried out this action two weeks ago when I had the same issue on my phone and managed to restore it successfully, but it isn't happening now. I have updated iTunes to the latest version since the last time, and also my iPhone to the latest version. I have had endless trouble with this phone so having gone through all the steps suggested in various forums it is clear that it is an issue with the phone, not helped by the recent iOS and iTunes updates with stricter security.

Sounds like a job for Apple Support. They'll have to remove the downloads from the queue to clear the iPad.

Hi, i just want to know if theres any way to just stop the erase all data and settings for my iphone 3gs it has been 4 hours and it still havent finished yet, still showing the black screen with an apple icon. Im getting so frustrated, is there any way to just stop the process and roll back the changes made? Would it do any harm if i press on my home key and power button the same time? Thanks!
Something has gone wrong, on an iPhone 3Gs the erase all operation should be instantaneous. Disconnect your phone & force it into recovery mode:
Turn your phone off. Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option to restore from a backup or set up as new. In your case, select "new". -

iphone will connect to base station no problems, I've restored settings and started again but still the same, the iphone picked up the network for the last couple of months, but not now ?I'm having the same issue. My AExpress used to give a good signal strength on the far side of the house extending he network created by my Extreme. However, I've noticed lately that my iPhone does not receive the same strong signal it once did. AE has a green light, I've rebooted it, and my Extreme but there is no change in signal strength. Other than the green light, how can I tell if the Express is working if I don't get a good network signal?

Sounds as if you have a POP email account. If that is the case, then deleting the account and adding it back deleted those folders. They will be recreated as needed. As soon as you send an email, the Send folder will be created. As soon as you delete an email the deleted folder will be created, and the same with saving an incomplete email will create the draft folder.

If my iphone says my camera roll is has been backed up on icloud, can I erase my photos off my phone without losing them?
I definitely wouldn't. All you can do with the backup is a full restore and that would overwrite anything you later had added to the phone (including any additional photos). If you have a computer, doing an import is a good idea: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4083
If no computer, you could send the photos to someplace such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or other online photo storage. -

Nevermind, tried a different cable and it started working. There is no visible signed of damage on the cable and very odd timing on when it failed.

I bought an iPhone at september 2011 but it has been replaced twice, and the last time it was replaced was on February 2012... My question is till when is my warranty activated ???
Your 1 year warranty starts the date of purchase of the original device. If the device is replaced that original warranty stays the same on the new device. Each replacement does come with a 90 day warranty. So if you're out of that original 1 year warranty... you will be covered for atleast 90 days on your replacement device.

Exactly where are you clicking, you need to be specific. For example, are you using the Dock, the Applications folder, Launchpad, etc. to attempt to start teh app? Also IOS 7.1.2 does not run on a Mac, what version of OS X is installed on your computer?

My IPhone will not turn on, I charged it last night and it had a complete charge and during a phone call it just died and will not come back on.
Connect iPhone to Wall Charger for 10 minutes, it may turn ON itself. If still nothing, keep on charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to respond.

I contacted Apple and they had me sign out of iTunes on both my iPhone and my computer. Apparently the song was locked in the download queue somehow, and signing out and in let it restart.
