TV Locks Up - won't return to movies

I've seen that my TV locks up about every other week and I've been meaning to call in but just haven't been able to during "normal" hours. The issue used to go away when I'd reset the TV using the remote but now, not even that is helping. This evening, I tried several things, the normal remote reset and "Restart" the system and when that didn't work, unplug the power cord. When that didn't work, threw it across the room (kidding), I even did a factory reset but that didn't help either so I decided to call but all my troubleshooting steps spent my availability slot to call in.
Anyone else see this sort of thing and if so, what advice can you give?

Yep, mine randomly locks up. I think it is related to the HDMI issues I am now having with playing video.
But I've gone to use it and had it locked up on the silver apple or main menu.

I have the 30 gig ipod photo that i got about a year and a half ago. Whenever I look at the screen to access music or anything, the screen blacks out like there's a screensaver or something and won't return back to normal. Even after I reset it, it stays normal for a few seconds and then blacks out again. The backlighting still works so it's just a bright black screen and I have function of the click wheel because it clicks everytime I move up or down. I already tried restoring it so I am all out of options. Anyone PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks

This happens rarely but consistently! I't seems to happen about 5% of the time waking from sleep. It MAY be more prone to happen if I had been moving with it in my bag, but it can happen at any waking time after any duration of sleep.

If you use a regular pattern when entering values, press enter (return) after entering the last value in a row. That will take you to the first Body Cell of the next row.
Start in Cell B2
1 Tab 2 Tab 3 Enter
4 Tab 5 Tab 6 Enter
7 Tab 8 Tab 9 Enter
Now you are ready to type into B5 .
Another way that some people find easier is to enter one column at a time
Start at B2
1 enter
4 enter
7 enter
etc.
Now start with C2.
Use whatever suits your work flow.

Macbook Pro won't let me move files to HD without authentication. Also when I try to move files from the HD to the desk it just copies them.

My 2013 Macbook Pro running Mavericks 10.9.5 won't let me move files to the HD without authentication. So I have to keep putting my password in. Thanks for the pointers folks. Yeah, 1.5GB is pretty poor isn't it? There are other suppliers, but you have to get a their phone line installed to access the internet so it's an £85 setup fee plus a day off work for a guy to come round and drill a hole in your wall before you even get to the monthly costs.
Don't get me wrong though - I'm certainly not an Apple basher, but am equally frustrated with both them and the ISP.
Virgin Media spend all kinds of money advertising their broadband as the fastest in the UK, but don't tell you (up front anyway) that you'll be cut off if you actually try and use it.
Apple on the other hand carry on with their 'it just works' mantra, but with Apple TV this only applies if you meet certain criteria (again, not mentioned up front).
I guess it aint a biggie, as i was gifted my Apple TV, and love all the other stuff it does, but from the number of posts on this forum can see that there's a lot of angry customers out there who want explanations as to why they're having similar problems to me.
Will be very interesting to see if Apple release any kind of software update that turns the flash drive from a buffer to permanent storage, to at least ease some of the pain...

The following information should help you with this:
How to report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBookstore purchase
Find the email receipt for your purchase.
Click Report a Problem under the app that is having the issue.
When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the item, then click Report a Problem.
Click Report a Problem next to the item you are having an issue with.
From the Choose Problem dropdown menu, choose the appropriate issue.
Follow the onscreen instructions and—if prompted—type a description of the problem into the text field.
Click Submit to have your issue reviewed.

Yes, you will need to create an excise invoice for vendor rejection / returns using J1IS transaction against the 122 material document . the tax details can be picked up from tables J_1IEXCHDR and J_1EXCDTL.

Customer return - 655 movement type - stock posting reversal after UD

I have done customer return using movement type 655. Quality lot has been generated & I have processed the lot mean given the UD for the same lot and qty has been posted to Unrestricted stock. I have done wrong receipt ( Customer return).now I want to reverse process.
Please guide me what to do in this case?

1.If You have done usage decision for the lot.
material is no more in QI stock.You can bring back that material to QI by 08 Type of inspection only.
2.But if you want to reverse Mvt type 655 then,

Mac won't let me move files into a folder bc it THINKS there are duplicate files - but they're not. There are hundreds of what it thinks are duplicates. How can I get it to let me put them all into a folder and create unique names? If I do one file at a time, it gives me the option to keep both files. But not when I am moving hundreds at a time.

A reply to an old problem, but I couldn't find this solution anywhere. I had the same problem when I moved my iTunes library to an external drive. As Apple recommends, I used File > Library > Organize Library > Consolidate Files to copy my music files from my overstuffed hard drive to the external drive. Copying went fine for a while, adding about two-thirds of my files to the new drive without incident. Then I got the big stop sign with the error message: "Copying files failed. The disk could not be read from or written to."
This turned out to have nothing to do with either the hard drive or the external disk. I had a bad file in my music library that was shutting down the consolidation process. Unfortunately the error message says nothing about which file may be the culprit. All I could think to do was to go back to my original library in iTunes and sort by Artist, select all cuts with artists beginning with A, right click and select "Consolidate Files". Then do the same with B artists, etc. Proceeding this way, files resumed copying but when I got to the "S" selections, the consolidate process failed again. Then I selected smaller and smaller batches until the problem file was identified. Removed it from my library and then Consolidate worked fine through the rest of the library. Problem solved.
I spent several days working through this; hope I can save someone else the time.
