Two Emails About My Bill, two payments???

Hi everyone,
I received two separate emails last night - at different times and both looking very different in layout - informing me that my first bill is ready for payment.
I can only see one bill on my online MyBT account but as I pay by direct debit (and I had a few problems with errors when my account was set up) I'm slightly concerned BT will take the money out of my bank twice because of the two emails?
Any ideas?

    If they are asking for credit card information it's a scam, not Apple.

  • Spam email about iTunes billing?

    I received an email about an iTunes billing problem implying a 3rd party may be using my account. It seems a bit sketchy to me, is it spam? Has anyone else received anything similar?

    If so, it's a scam. Apple will never ask for personal information in an email, and Apple definitely has better spelling and grammar. Do not respond to it under any circumstances. You can if you wish forward it to Apple at [email protected] Be sure to include all the headers if you can.

  • F110 - How to group two payments for a single costumer

    Hello experts,
    I'm having an issue here. The user has 14 invoices, 11 of them are DR document type, 3 are DM doc. type. All of the 14 invoices have payment method 4. When we create the proposal for this costumer, two payments are created, one for all the DR invoices, and another one for the DM invoices.
    What the business want is to be able to create only one payment, including both DM and DR invoices. I tried looking into FBZP for payment method "4", both in company code and country. I flagged "Single payment for marked item" and nothing changed, 2 different payments are still created for the same customer.
    Also I looked into the customer master data, on the "Payment Transaction" tab, flagged the "Single payment" but it works exactly the other way, one payment document per invoice, which I do not need. I saw something about Grouping keys, created one with GL Account, Customer and Posting key but did not work, still two payments for the same document.
    Is there anything else that I can try? Any help will be appreciated. Please let me know if something is unclear.

    First of all thanks for the reply. I tried with the grouping key in the customer master data, I created one grouping key "02" and assigned it the customer but it did not work.
    The grouping key is composed by:
    KUNNR
    BSCHL
    HKONT
    Which I think are common values between the DM docs and the DR doc.s

  • Two payment doc. for same Vendor in F110

    Dear All,
    In F110,the system is creating two payment documents for the same vendor  with same payment method.
    we have 3 open item(document) for this particular vendor,but the system is posting two payment document.
    we have checked the Vendor master and FBZP payment method settings(Single payment is not selected in both),but how the system is posting two payment document for the 3 open invoice.
    Do suggest.

    You're confusing icloud and itunes store accounts.  Individual users should have their own icloud accounts (using their Apple ID) but multiple users can share the same ID for logging into the itunes store account.

  • DME Configuration - Two Payment Methods for One format

    Hi Experts,
    We have a DME formart which we have to use for two payment methods (Direct Debit and Direct Credit).
    The format should contain different values in the header for two different methods.
    How this can be done? I assume that this can be achieved with Condition tab but unable to understand how to maintain the conidtions.
    Ex: for Direct debit one of the value in the header should be 99 and for Direct credit the value should be 88.
    Please let me know if I need to provide further information.

    You can create the coditional node (Create Atom) in the DME structure.
    For the first Atom, give the condition as
    Argument 1-1 = FPAYH
    Argument 1-2 = RZAWE
    Type               = 2
    Operator        = "="
    Argument 2-1 = your first payment method
    Argument 2-2 = blank
    Type = 1
    For the second Atom, give the condition as
    Argument 1-1 = FPAYH
    Argument 1-2 = RZAWE
    Type               = 2
    Operator        = "="
    Argument 2-1 = your second payment method
    Argument 2-2 = blank
    Type = 1

    What u r asking it is not possible
    but u can create two check lots by using prefix and suffix
    i.e. if your original check no. is 955001
    then assign the same to one payment document
    and then create a new check lot with <b>955001.</b>  dot is your suffix
    and then assign the same to your second payment document.
    but for this initially you have to make the error message for using prefix or suffix as warning message by using OBA5 where you have to give message class i.e. FIBL and message no.
    your problem gets resolved.

    Thank you for the question.  It sounds like you do not want to add a credit card to your Apple ID.
    I suggest updating your billing information to "None" using the steps in the section titled "Change your payment information on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch" in the following article:

    I clicked on the VirizonWireless.com Contact Us link.  I then selected "I receive a monthly bill" in the Email section of the page.  When I press the go button the page that came up did not have a form to enter a message nor did it have a link to a page to do that.  It did have a Contact Us link which took me back to the same page with the Email section.
    How do I contact Customer Service about my bill via either email or a web form?

    Check your iTunes Store Purchase History (and that of any other AppleIDs which may have your CC linked... Partner / Child / Old AppleID accounts). Use iTunes Store & Mac App Store: Seeing your Purchase History and Order Numbers and a computer with iTunes installed (you can't see this info through the iTunes or App Store Apps on an iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch).
    If the purchases are there in the Purchase History and you or a family member recognise them then it's up to you if you request a refund for accidental purchases via Email using http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ or accept the charges.
    If however you find them but know it's not something you or someone else authorised to use the AppleID have bought, use the iForgot Website to reset your password, then go to the AppleID Website, sign in to Manage Your Apple ID then go to the Password and Security link on the left to change Security Questions then call AppleCare (0844 209 0611) to speak to iTunes Store Fraud as someone has hacked your AppleID. If you can find no record of the amounts which have come off the CC, call the Bank or Credit Card company and have them block the card and issue a new one as the details have been registered with another AppleID without your knowledge, THEN get in touch with AppleCare and speak to iTunes Store Fraud for a refund of the fraudulent purchases.

    i didn't read a lot of your 2nd paragraph, but it seems like the password is the issue, right?
    do a true clean install
    reboot your machine and hold down command+option+r, you should see a spinning globe - if you don't see the globe or anything that reads internet recovery, shut down and try again
    at menu, chose disk utility and once there, find your HD on the left side, select the physical name and erase it as mac journaled
    exit disk utlity
    at menu, choose install OSX
    this time, when it asks for a password just hit continue, it will let you complete without a password
    you should be able to get into your laptop, now figure out what password you'll be able to use with your kb issue
