Type of service during national roaming (MVNO)

I'm using the MVNO network BOB in Austria which is part of A1 and uses A1 national roaming. I'm not seeing the type of service (4G, 3G, GPRS) because its only showing the "R" symbol all the time. This issue does not exist on the AOSP or Google Play editions of Android. Please fix this issue!

I have the same problem in Slovakia. O2 has a national roaming agreement with Telekom (T-Mobile) whith no additional cost for customers for both voice and data. The same would be true for the new operator Swan Mobile (only it's still not known who will be the roaming partner). There are also some virtual operators (MVNO) like Funfon, Tesco Mobile, etc., which use another operators network.
I have a SIM card from O2 and if I have the data roaming disabled I cannot transfer data if using Telekom's network even if it will not cost additional money. If I enable data roaming it's possible to use all networks for data. But as I live in Bratislava which lies almost exactly on the border to Austria and Hungary (and by the way it's capital city of Slovakia) I should disable data roaming, because it happens frequently that I'm connected to Austrian or Hungarian networks.
I found on the internet, that it's already solved in the 4.2.(something) version of android (something like seperate setting to enable national roaming), but it's not possible in the Xperia M2 with Android 4.4 (Kitkat), which is the actual latest version for Xperia M2.
Sony can you please fix this?

With just these generic error messages being present, this has been difficult to diagnose. Some research has yielded possible resolutions of the Event Viewer log being full, .NET corruption, missing registry entries, but none of those seem to be the issue
(Event Viewer logs cleared, Analysis services is working on the same physical servers in a different cluster, and the registry entries was only a supported issue for SQL Server 2008 and 2008 R2).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bring up Configuration Manager, look at binary path for SSAS. Make sure BOTH folders exist. Sometimes with failovers mappings get screwed up.

Test Connection fails for VC system of type Web Service

Hi All
I ve created a VC system of the type Web Service in Portal. In this VC system, I have given Url of the Enterprise Service that I want to use in VC.
(for eg: http://erp.esworkplace.sap.com/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/sdef_ECC_SALESORDER002QR/wsdl11/ws_policy/document?sap-client=800)
In the next step, I did user mapping for the VC user that will be consuming this Enterprise Service.
The system was created successfully but when I did Connection Tests , I got the following exception:
Test Details:
The test consists of the following steps:
1. Retrieve the default alias of the system
2. Check the connection to the backend application using the connector defined in this system object
Results
Retrieval of default alias successful
Connection failed. Make sure that Single Sign-On is configured correctly
Do I need to do any more configurations before I can use such ES portal system in my VC work studio ?
I understand that I have provided little information about the exception thrown by Portal.
I kindly request you to feel free in asking any other details about the same.

thanks for your immediate reply.
I followed your instructions and created iView of the type URL and set the fetch mode property to 'server side' as told.
Initially, I gave 'http://www.sap.com' as the Url and I was successful in opening the site.
Later, when I gave Enterprise Service url and tried to preview the iView, I got the following exception:
*'http://erp.esworkplace.sap.com/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/sdef_ECC_SALESORDER002QR/wsdl11/ws_policy/document?sap-client=800
Error # 401'*
I ll need to give username and password. But how do i give them as parameters?
Please note, these parameteres are appended to the Url. So, I fear that if url of Enterprise service is changed, then it wont open.

In BO I have changed the external address on DNS say abc.com
Now when I try to access the dashboard internally it gives the error trying to access xyz.com which was previous external ip.
The error I get is
To access external data, add a cross-domain policy file to the external data web server.

If the problem persists, contact the file creator or your system administrator.

May be in connections, you have hardcoded the server as xyz.com. It is always advisable to use relative url so that the servername and port is resolved in runtime.
Also, check in CMC > Applications > Web Service > Properties what is the server name specified ? Is it still the old one ?

Condition Type for Service PO Items

May i know that where to define the condition type for Service PO items?
For item of service PO, there have Service Tab, under this tab, there may have few items and each of the item have condition type. thus, i would like to know that where to define this condition type. it is because i found that this condition type is different with PO condition type.

I am confusing on "Variable Condition Schema For External Service" Step, as i view from the table, it seem look like a access sequence and assign to which document type to use pricing procedures.
If let's say i assigned this pricing procedures to PO category and normal PO document type, then does it crash with condition type which config for normal PO (Condition Tab of PO)?
if i assigned my procedures at "Variable Condition Schema For External Service" Step, where i can view my config result?

VBRK , VBRP , VBPA, KNA1 , KNKK, KNVV, KONV
Service Tax might be stored as some condition in KONV table.
So create alink through Doc. Cond in VBRK, KONV Table

We have created an one-way, document type web service that works fine with the
clientgen client. When sending the same SOAP message to the service from another
client, it fails with: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: failed to receive message:
The other client recieves an HTTP 500.
The signature for the service method is:
public void getDiag(Diagnostic diag)
Diagnostic is a complex type generated by autotype from a schema.
The failing client builds the SOAP message and sends it to the WebLogic service
using HttpURLConnection with the request method set to POST and content-type to
text/xml.

Is there any error on the server?
Did the method on the end componet invoked?
If you are using WLS 8.1, its better to use SAAJ
instead of plain http url connection. Something like:

Field Activity Type and Service Point Type from CC&B

Our customer is migrating their CIS to CC&B. It is my understanding that the CC&B Field Activity Type is similar to CIS Service Order without the Service Point Type. (Service Point Type is Water or Electricity)
The two valuescome from CC&B in their own fields.
QUESTION: Does MWM 1.5.0.8.1 and ORS need these fields to be concatenated from CC&B or are these fields automatically concatenated via the router before the field order is created in MWM and then sent to ORS?

Almost forgot - by default, it's one-to-one....but you can change this behavior.
In the direct integration from CCB to MWM, the MWM Field Order Type is actually CCB's "JOB_CD" (which is a characteristic on the Field Activity Type). You could set the same value for "JOB_CD" for numerous Field Activity Types in CCB.

If you select the Item type you have choose the list of Items else it is service type you can give service description and choose belongs to G/L Acc.
Or You can create a service as a Item with Item group as Service.

I have maintained the same access sequence i.e. 0001 and also the combination for condition control in MN04 is maintained same i.e. Document type as maintained in NEU and same for ZNEU.
Still I am not getting automatically, though while putting manually in Message in PO, it's picking perfectly and doing fine for rest of the cycle.

The object type for service notifications is BUS2080. You can find it via transaction SWO1 - use the search help on the Object/Interface field. You can also use the Business object repository (Browser) button on SWO1.

Need help with DOC type web service

I am trying to write a simple message style ( doc type ) web service but no success so far. I have tried to search for examples but no use. I already implemented some simple RPC style web services like calculator etc and able to use them. I am more interested in the DOC type ( which sends SOAP message and receives SOAP message back). Can Anybody give me an example for implementing this type of service ( very-simple say HellowWorld ) or point me to some website . I am not able to generate the response envelope. I can write the client program which will send a SOAP Envelope to this services with one parameter NAME and the services should return Hello Name but in a SOAP envelope form. I can create a SOAP message in this Client using SOAPConnection and MessageFactory etc. Your help will be really appreciated. There is very little stuff about webservices on the internet as well on this forum.

Thanks for the quick response and pointing to some useful websites. I downloaded the code from web service essentials BUT all the examples are using SOAP RPC calls. They create a call object and call one of the service methods and a response is returned. I am little confused about this stuff. I am looking for something which returns the response in a SOAP envelope for which i think i need to use JAXM API which I already have downloaded. I have created a client which composes a SOAP envelope using SOAPConnection and other MessageFactory classes etc and can send this SOAP envelope to a web service. In return I want the web service to give the SOAP envelope.
I have gone thru xmethods.net and picked the following stock quote request and response:
