Unable to bold a cell verticle line in Cross-tab Format Grid Lines

Hi
I am unable to bold a random Cell vertical line inside the cross-tab. My cross-tab is having access database which pulls every data correctly,
To elaborate , here is the images to make it clear.
First one is the current output of cross-tab & 2nd one is the desired output :
To make it more clear ,
I am giving the screenshot of Format grid lines option,  when I have selected Cell vertical lines , I can change Line options (Like style,width,color) from it. When I change it, it changes all three lines simultaneously. But, in that, I just want to bold only the last line of this grid.
The screenshot as follows (To denote the lines, I have put numbering under the vertical lines, where I want to bold only the third one) :
Please let me know, if  any solution to this. I m using CRVS_13.
Thanks in Advance.

Hi,
try to do this way..
Right click on crosstab - > crosstab expert -> customize style -> select your particular column then goto Format Grid Lines -> select your particular one based view -> ok..
I hope this not yet possible because select 1 automatically 2,3 vertical lines are selected..
See how it works......Please update ASAP

  • Changing cell height in a cross tab

    Hi,
    I want to reduce the height of rows in a cross tab. The help index says to click a cell within the cross tab to activate the sizing handles, and to then click and drag them to change the height. But the only size handles I see are the one for the data itself within the cell, and not the cell itself.
    And if I right click on the cross tab, I get the Size & Position option, which seems like what I want. But when I change the height there, it saves my change, but the height of the cell doesn't change.
    Ideas?

    I have CRXI, you can try, crosstab expert, customize style, look for ShowCellMargins,
    uncheck that box, now you may need to adjust things to add a little extra room.

  • I am unable to print a proper playlist in the jewel case format.  Lines print on top of one another.  No problem with other print formats

    I am unable to properly print a playlist in the jewel case format.  All lines bunch together.  I have no problem with other print formats.  Help please.

    If it is a USB powered external, no AC adpater, that may be the reason. Mac notebooks are known to have low powered USB ports. You can get around that with a Y USB cable to connect to 2 USB ports at the same time.

    No, I never did figure it out. I now save the photoshop files, then open them in preview and print from there. I did everything everyone suggested, except de-install and re-install the printer, which I didn't know how to do, but I got the same result you did, only in b & w.

    u can use box but for vertical line give width 0.
    Pre-Setting BOX Position Arguments
    You can use the POSITION and SIZE commands to preset some arguments in the BOX command. POSITION presets the start point (upper left corner) of a box or line. SIZE specifies the width and height of a box.
    You can use POSITION and SIZE to preset arguments, but you can also set the start point and size arguments of a box or line directly in the BOX command.
    By default, if no positioning is specified, the upper left corner of a box or halftone or the top of a line is aligned with current SAPscript window. That is, the upper left corner of the box, halftone, or line starts at the upper left corner of the current window in the active form. By default, the height and width of a box are set to the height and width of the current window.
    Use POSITION and SIZE to preset the arguments in a BOX command in the following situations:
    The BOX command exceeds the 132-character (1 line in SAPscript) length limitation if you specify all arguments directly in the command. You may exceed this length limit if, for example, you use symbols in a command.
    By pre-setting arguments with POSITION and SIZE, you can work around the limitation on the length of a command. You do not need to specify the preset arguments in the BOX command.
    You want to use the enhanced capabilities of POSITION for adjusting the starting point of a box or line.
    With BOX, you can specify an offset for the starting point only as a whole number (non-negative integer). This command would print a box starting 1 CM to the right and 1 CM down from the left upper corner of a window:
    /: BOX XPOS '1' CM YPOS '1' CM
    With POSITION; you can adjust the position of a line or box relative to a window much more precisely. In the POSITION command, you can specify positive and negative offsets and use non-integer numbers.
    Example: The commands shown below position a box slightly to the left and slightly above a window. This leaves a margin between the edge of the box and the text in the window.
    /: POSITION XORIGIN '-.2' CM YORIGIN '-.2' CM
    /: SIZE WIDTH '.2' CM HEIGHT '.2' CM
    /: BOX FRAME 10 TW
    (Note that the box must be enlarged to accommodate the shift. If it is not enlarged, then it will not cover all of the window.)
    You can also use POSITION to set the starting point to the upper left corner of the active page format. Example: POSITION PAGE moves the starting point from the active window to the active page format.
    You want to use the relative sizing capabilities of SIZE to adjust the size of a box, line, or halftone.
    With BOX, you can make only absolute size specifications. BOX HEIGHT, for example, overrides the default height setting to the height of the current window.
    With SIZE, you can adjust the size of a box or a line with respect to its previously-set dimensions. The following commands would, for example, draw a frame 1 CM in from the margins of the paper:
    /: POSITION PAGE
    /: POSITION XORIGIN 1 CM YORIGIN 1 CM
    /: SIZE PAGE
    /: SIZE HEIGHT '-2' CM WIDTH '-2' CM

  • Unable to delete the Purchase Requisition line item

    Hello MM sapperu2019s,
    I am unable to delete one of the line item in Purchase Requisition. Please let me know how to delete this Purchase Requisition line item.
    When I tried to delete the line item in ME52N the delete button is gryed out hence I could not able to do it.
    The purchase requirement has reference of network in the account assignment.
    Please let me know if you need more clarification.

    Hi,
    You are experiencing the stnadrad behavior
    When the Preq is automatically created from either
    a production, plant maintenance, or network, order, what you can change
    in the PReq is very limited.
    This is to ensure no conflicts arises between the PReq and the source
    application of the PReq (be it PP, PM/CS or PS).
    The technical explanation is due to the recorded value in EBAN-ESTKZ
    (Creation indicator).  The value stored here (automatically by the
    system) controls what you can or can't change in ME52/N.
    We cannot delete the line item in this case

  • Unable to drop nodes onto a line.

    Hello Everyone,
    I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I've got a situation where I'm unable to drop nodes onto a line. I'm having to manually connect them at each point. The Tutorial tells me that when I drag a node over a line the node in and out should highlight and at that point I can release it and it will automatically connect onto the tree. Although this did work with the trial version it is not working with my purchased version. Most likely I've dissabled the option without knowing it. Can't find the solution in any of the manuals. Thanks for any help.

  • Unable to get cells for the columns which have no data in cross-tab report

    Hi friends,
    I am developing a cross-tab report.
    Let's take an example to explain the problem.
    Here is the XML file i am using
      <?xml version="1.0" ?>
    - <!--  Generated by Oracle Reports version 6.0.8.11.3
      -->
    - <MODULE1>
    - <LIST_G_SCHEMECODE>
    - <G_SCHEMECODE>
      <SCHEMECODE>171091</SCHEMECODE>
      <AMOUNT>0</AMOUNT>
      <ASSET_TYPE>Govt Guarantee</ASSET_TYPE>
      <MARGIN>0</MARGIN>
      <AMOUNT_SECURED>0</AMOUNT_SECURED>
      <VALUE_OF_SECURITY>0</VALUE_OF_SECURITY>
      </G_SCHEMECODE>
    - <G_SCHEMECODE>
      <SCHEMECODE>171091</SCHEMECODE>
      <AMOUNT>0</AMOUNT>
      <ASSET_TYPE>Loans To Govt</ASSET_TYPE>
      <MARGIN>0</MARGIN>
      <AMOUNT_SECURED>0</AMOUNT_SECURED>
      <VALUE_OF_SECURITY>0</VALUE_OF_SECURITY>
      </G_SCHEMECODE>
    - <G_SCHEMECODE>
      <SCHEMECODE>171093</SCHEMECODE>
      <AMOUNT>0</AMOUNT>
      <ASSET_TYPE>Govt Guarantee</ASSET_TYPE>
      <MARGIN>120</MARGIN>
      <AMOUNT_SECURED>0</AMOUNT_SECURED>
      <VALUE_OF_SECURITY>0</VALUE_OF_SECURITY>
      </G_SCHEMECODE>
    - <G_SCHEMECODE>
      <SCHEMECODE>171093</SCHEMECODE>
      <AMOUNT>0</AMOUNT>
      <ASSET_TYPE>Loans To Govt</ASSET_TYPE>
      <MARGIN>0</MARGIN>
      <AMOUNT_SECURED>0</AMOUNT_SECURED>
      <VALUE_OF_SECURITY>0</VALUE_OF_SECURITY>
      </G_SCHEMECODE>
    - <G_SCHEMECODE>
      <SCHEMECODE>*171095*</SCHEMECODE>
      <AMOUNT>0</AMOUNT>
      <ASSET_TYPE>Govt Guarantee</ASSET_TYPE>
      <MARGIN>100</MARGIN>
      <AMOUNT_SECURED>0</AMOUNT_SECURED>
      <VALUE_OF_SECURITY>0</VALUE_OF_SECURITY>
      </G_SCHEMECODE>
      </LIST_G_SCHEMECODE>
      </MODULE1>Now I want SCHEMECODE in rows and ASSET_TYPE in columns.
    And the each ASSET_TYPE column is to be divided into 2 sub-columns (MARGIN,AMOUNT_SECURED).
    I am able to achevie this.
    The problem is that ,for the schemecode 171095, since there is no data for ASSET_TYPE "Loans To Govt",no cells are generated for this SCHEMECODE and ASSET TYPE.
    But the requirement is to generate blank cells.
    If needed i will send the template at xml files also.

    try this, there must be simpler one i guess...
    1. take a form field, and make its type as number. Paste the below one <?xdoxslt:set_variable($_XDOCTX,'v1',2)?>
    2. now take a table with as below,
    A l B |
    C l D1 l D2 l E1 l E2 l
    observe that i. A, C are in one column
    ii. cell B is on top of D1, D2
    iii. we have no cell on top of E1 and E2 cells
    iv. 'l' represents the wall of the cell :)
    A: <?horizontal-break-table:1?> SCHEMECODE
    B: <?for-each-group@column:G_SCHEMECODE;ASSET_TYPE?> <?ASSET_TYPE?> <?end for-each?>
    C: <?for-each-group:G_SCHEMECODE;SCHEMECODE?> <?xdoxslt:set_variable($_XDOCTX,'v1',2)?> <?SCHEMECODE?>
    D1: <?for-each-group@cell:current-group();ASSET_TYPE?> <?MARGIN?> <?xdoxslt:set_variable($_XDOCTX,'v1',xdoxslt:get_variable($_XDOCTX,'v1')-1)?>
    D2: <?AMOUNT_SECURED?> <?end for-each?> <?end for-each?>
    E1: <?for-each@column:xdoxslt:foreach_number($_XDOCTX,1,xdoxslt:get_variable($_XDOCTX,'v1'),1)?>
    E2: <?END FOR-EACH?>
    3. If you are confused gimme your email id, i will pass the template. But you should add credits to me.. :)

  • Cross-tab cell padding: how to change

    Post Author: EnRoute
    CA Forum: General
    I am trying to minimize the height of the cells of a cross-tab object.  I can re-size the text, but that doesn't change the padding between the text and the cell border lines.  There is more padding than I want.  If I reduce the text height any more, the bottoms of the letters g, j, p, q, and y are truncated, even though there is a significant amount of whitespace below.  Is there a way to change the amount of cell padding?

    One way to do it in CR XI is to right click on the cross tab and then Cross Tab Expert and in the Customize Style tab, uncheck Show Cell Margins.  That will eliminate the cell padding of white space.

  • Cross Tab Grand Total Out Of Line When Exporting to Excel Data Only

    Does anyone have a solution to this issue:
    Setting up a cross tab report with a grand-total field at the end of it and exporting to Excel Data Only format, moves the grand total values one column to the right of where the should be.
    eg:
    Company    Month    Revenue    Total
    Acme       200710   1000.00    1000.00
    Indigo     200710   2000.00    2000.00
    Total                          3000.00   3000.00
    Thanx for any input - looks better in fixed font.
    the 2nd 3000.00 appears to the right of the Total column and not under it

    Hi,
    Of what i gather from ur scenario...this is what i did in one of my reports.
    I had to use two subreports and they had to occupy one cell each, in line with other fields.
    To obtain that,all the fields required in the subreport i put them into a text box.Therein restricting the fields to the txt box only...
    Then import that sub-report as it is.
    It worked for me....
    try out...
    All this only if've understood u right...

    try this, there must be simpler one i guess...
    1. take a form field, and make its type as number. Paste the below one <?xdoxslt:set_variable($_XDOCTX,'v1',2)?>
    2. now take a table with as below,
    A l B |
    C l D1 l D2 l E1 l E2 l
    observe that i. A, C are in one column
    ii. cell B is on top of D1, D2
    iii. we have no cell on top of E1 and E2 cells
    iv. 'l' represents the wall of the cell :)
    A: <?horizontal-break-table:1?> SCHEMECODE
    B: <?for-each-group@column:G_SCHEMECODE;ASSET_TYPE?> <?ASSET_TYPE?> <?end for-each?>
    C: <?for-each-group:G_SCHEMECODE;SCHEMECODE?> <?xdoxslt:set_variable($_XDOCTX,'v1',2)?> <?SCHEMECODE?>
    D1: <?for-each-group@cell:current-group();ASSET_TYPE?> <?MARGIN?> <?xdoxslt:set_variable($_XDOCTX,'v1',xdoxslt:get_variable($_XDOCTX,'v1')-1)?>
    D2: <?AMOUNT_SECURED?> <?end for-each?> <?end for-each?>
    E1: <?for-each@column:xdoxslt:foreach_number($_XDOCTX,1,xdoxslt:get_variable($_XDOCTX,'v1'),1)?>
    E2: <?END FOR-EACH?>
    3. If you are confused gimme your email id, i will pass the template. But you should add credits to me.. :)
