Unable to buy an App

HeyHo,
since yesterday i'm unable to buy an App from the App Store. Although I have enough money. I should ask the Support, but they are just conusing me and I won't pay for support?!
Does anybody has the same problem?

What is the problem that you are having e.g. does the 'buy' button not work, do you get any error messages ... ?

    That happened to me too when I logged into my Older Snow Leopard and tried to make a purchase and it said the same thing you got. I logged out of snow leopard and booted into Mavericks and was able to make my purchase from there. Might have to make sure you log out when changing computers or boot systems before using the purchase option in the App Store from the different system.

  • Unable to buy PAID apps on apple store through my iPad.

    I have my apple ID & password.  The problem is this is the 1st time I have bought an app on this device & it is prompting me to answer additional "security questions".  I never set these up initially, so no matter what answer I give, it sees them as incorrect & eventually locks me out for 8 hours.  I then am told to call apple.  Because I dont have extended plan with them they want $19.99 for a one time incedent. 
    I just want to buy apps and give them money for the apps.  I do NOT want to pay to be able to spend money in the app store.  They claim I can get a reset sent to my alternate email but the walk through email doesnt get me to the link to reset via email... help?????

  • Changed country on Apple ID, now unable to buy from App Store!

    Hi all,
    As many other users, I was using multiple Apple IDs for a long time, confused about which on to use when and so on.
    I decided to tidy myself up, by focusing on one Apple ID and to use for all programs, and updating my correct address and facts and so on.
    When I first created this Apple ID I lived in Hong Kong, and now I wanted to change the address to my Swedish one.
    After doing so, the country is changed when I log in to my Apple ID, but not when I try to use App Store. It still recommends me the Hong Kongese software and apps on hot lists and top lists.
    Worse still, I have to put in my payment info again. When entering the same Visa card as I used before, App Store will say:
    The payment card you entered is not valid in Hong Kong. Please provide a valid payment card for Hong Kong.
    Hence, by changing country for my Apple ID, I am effectively banned from using both App Store and iTunes Store.
    How is this? Any thoughts on what to do?
    (It was over 24 hours since I changed the information, so it should have been registred/updated by now)

    Thanks a lot. I didn't know where to change this info, and found it to be in App Store --> Store --> View my account.
    It can not be done by logging in at one's Apple ID in a web browser, which is a bit strange.

    We are fellow users here on these forums. Have you tried logging out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logged in and seeing if it then works ?

  • TS1424 i recieve the error message "unable to connect to itunes store" mostly/only when i try to "update all" applications. i am able to buy single apps, songs, etc. i have been to numerous apple stores and NO apple genious has been able to fix this issue

    I have been unable to "update all" apps through my iphone and ipad. all my software is up todate, i have been to see numerous apple genious's and i even traveled to Cupertino to try and solve this issue. i am able to buy single songs, single apps, etc. the only Clue i can give that might have a relation to the issue is before the problem started, I was signing up for icloud and my itunes username totally disappeared from my devices. i was able to "resecure " the same username, but i think that somehow itunes to differentiating the two identical user names i had??? but as i said, i can still buy single apps, music, etc.
    i am going crazy. can anybody help.

    Have you tried a Hard reset on your Device?
    Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

    If you see a dialog telling you the app is not avaiable, then it's not available.
    And keep in mind, your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.
    "Although you can browse the iTunes Store in any country without being signed in, you can only purchase content from the iTunes Store for your own country. This is enforced via the billing address associated with your credit card or other payment method that you use with the iTunes Store, rather than your actual geographic location."
