I'm Unable to Cancel my Skype Premium Subscription (Group video calling), I was automatically billed via PayPal second time and want to stop it to do it next month. Unfortunately the link Change Skype Premium settings goes to a blank page! I tried it several times for the last some days. How to unsubscribe?

  • Unable to cancel my subscription

    Hi,
    I purchased a US unlimited calling subscription worth 5.99EUROS.Since then I have not been able to use it and am unable to cancel the subscription from my end.
    I was charged again with the same amount after one month .When I try to delete the credit card details from my account,it says to cancel the subscription first ,which i am not able to do.
    I tried following up with one of the posts for canceling the subscription but I don't see the settings on the Call phones tab.
    Could you please help me as i am being charged again and again on my credit card.

    Important: You have more than one account, make sure you log in with the correct username. If you don't find subscription on account page then you are signed with with the wrong account.

  • Premium subscription and video groups on iPad

    I just paid for a Premium subscription so that I could have video group conferences.  There does not seem to be a way to do it on an iPad--is this correct?  I read everything I could find on the Skype web site prior to making the purchase and I saw nothing that said it would not work with an iPad.  Clarification, please?

    Hi good day, did you download Adobe CS Premium from online or did u buy the original software in a box? I believe adobe blocked all the installation of the cs 1 versions....you'll have to use adobe cs2. I recently re installed the cs2 version on my windows 7 laptop and it works like a charm.     I have tried following the instructions for canceling my 12 month subscription to creative cloud (I am currently in the last month), but when I click on the link "Cancel this plan", I get the message:
    If you cancel your plan, you will lose access to certain features of your Creative Cloud membership, including certain applications, a higher level of services, and additional cloud storage. At the end of your current paid month, June 13, 2014, your membership will revert to a free membership, and you'll be billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation, as outlined in our billing terms. Memberships canceled within the first 30 days after purchase will be fully refunded by contactingCustomer Support.

  • Group calls free, cancelled Premium, getting charg...

    I signed up for Premium a month ago specifically for group calls.  I now see group calls are for free.  great!   I immediately cancel Premium, and am now being told I have to pay through Jan 2015??
    I'm assuming Skype saw this was going to happen and has a resolution for it.  But a customer cancelling a service after Skype makes that service's most popular componant free should not result in the customer having to pay for it anymore one would think?

    I received and email from skype advising me that group calling was now free and becuase I'm already a premium subscriber they are giving me calling to countries around the world at no extra cost.
    So I thought I would give it a try and tried calling a relative in Slovenia and I got prompted to purchase credits or a subscription. 
    Can someone from skype respond to this?  I was trying to find a direct way to communicate but this message board is all I found.

    I Called Skype Live Help, and have spent 45 minutes to get the following information (I changed my real name to "My Name" and xxxx in the following).  The logic is circular, and I am still unsure if we are waiting for another email with a voucher, or whether each one of us has to contact live chat to activate the Unlimited World Calling.   Not sure about the comment about suspended account at the end.  You decide.  (Did a Microsoft Rep really tell me that if the voucher doesn't work to try several times?)
