Unable to connect to CMS database during installation

Question

Hi all,
Previously when i perform a installation for BOE XI 3.1 on Windows 2003 Server (64 bit) with Oracle 10G 32bit version everything work fine. Now when try to install BOE XI 3.1 on Windows 2003 Server (64 bit) with Oracle 10G 64bit version CMS fail to connect to database.Belows are the installation sequence
Server A
Install Oracle 10G binaries - 64bit
Install Oracle patch 10.2.0.4.0
Create a new database
Configure ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_SID
Install BOE XI 3.1 - ended with below error

Hi,
even if you have a 64bit version of Oracle running, you need to have the 32bit oracle client installed on the machine where the BOBJ server runs on.
