Unable to download any eval VHD or ISO

Question

I have been trying a few evals without success. I managed to download Windows 7 Ent ISO over a few months ago.  Nothing on my account has changed since, but I am now unable to download evals.
After signing in and attempting to register for the product eval, I get this error.
Server Error in '/en-us/evalcenter/wizards' Application.
'countryCode' has a SelectedValue which is invalid because it does not exist in the list of items.

I have since updated my profile to hopefully resolve this but to no avail. I have also tried with another account with no luck. I have now tried 3 different PCs to do so all with the same result.
Can anyone help?

Just for anyone who finds this thread in the future, I had seen in another thread that the issue was due to a phone number missing an area code or an address that was missing a zip code. You can adjust these values from the profile page here:
