Unable to license my trial subscription (Creative Cloud Lightroom 5.4 and Photoshop) Mac OSX mavericks
I am unable to license my trial subscription to CC because when prompted to enter a serial number, neither my Photoshop CS5 nor Lightroom 4 serial numbers are accepted.
I have checked my member login and account info and they are correct. What do I need to do to activate and license my C subscription.
System: Mac OSX Mavericks, MacPro tower 3.1

I have a Macbook Pro. I updated to 10.9.4 an downloaded the trial for Creative Cloud. It downloaded and installed but will not open. I shut down and tried reinstalling. Same problem.
Thanks.I stumbled upon the solution. In addition to downloading Creative Cloud, I needed to go back to the website and download trials for the programs I want to use--Photoshop and Lightroom. Once I did that, I was in business. Would save trouble if that was made clear on the download site.

Adobe has blocked my use of LR5 software that I bought and paid for. This happened when a trial Cloud subscription expired. Adobe is illegally seizing my property, and threatening my business, unless I can get this full access to LR5 restored immediately.
Charles S. GardnerOf course you got cut off from the creative cloud! It's a 30 day trial, and if you don't subscribe you can't use the software that you downloaded from the creative cloud. It will have to be uninstalled. Then you can install from one of these websites:
Adobe - Lightroom : For Windows : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1
Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1
The program is identical, but licensing is completely different. And you cannot license the creative cloud installation with a serial number. The link I have given you it is for the trial version. When you start the program and the trial screen appears choose the option that indicates that you have a serial number. That will guide you through the process of entering your serial number. -
We subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud last October, purchasing a single copy of Illustrator and Photoshop.
The Web developer we had subsequently left the company, and I removed and re-assigned the products to our new Web developer in the Adobe Creative Cloud admin console and sent the 'welcome' emails to him.
He said the mails weren't sent, so I re-removed and re-added him in the console but although it states the welcome email has been sent, the user is still marked as pending?
James has fried to use the products, both of which show up as trial versions, asking for the serial numbers to be entered to unlock the full products & I don't have any record of them, nor can I find them under the CC profile?
I purchased the software through Softcat and received confirmation emails from Adobe that the products were activated and ready to download.
What have I done wrong?

Can i use Creative cloud on a PC and a MAC
I have creative cloud which i use o my PC but i recently bought an Apple PowerMAC and i want to know if i can use my same subscription on this too, along side the PC?

I started a trial of creative cloud and downloaded lightroom. I decided to buy lightroom on amazon because I liked it. Now when I try to license the trial version of lightroom with the serial number, it says it's invalid. Why?
The standalone version and the CC version are both the same exact program, but the licensing is completely different. It will be necessary for you to uninstall the creative cloud trial version and then install the one you purchased from Amazon. After you install, you will be able to open the same catalog and continue from where you were.

I have taken a free 30 day trial of Creative Cloud. It tries to download it but then I get a message to close Adobe Bridge. My Adobe Bridge is closed so I am not sure what I should do next?

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for your feedback, I managed to workout the problem.
I went to info on my 'Adobe' folder within the 'Applications' folder on my
harddrive and found that my 'Sharing and permissions' on the 'admin'
option was read only.
I unlocked the Adobe folder and changed my admin privileges to read and
write.

Unable to download any programs from Creative Cloud
I've been trying to install a number of apps via the Cloud (mainly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop - trial versions) however the installs keeping failing. They all get to between 30%-55% and then go back to 0% and start again and then get to the same point and return to 0% again. Very frustrating!
Any ideas?KCA1122, May i know which operating system do you have? Looks like it is stuck in some loop. Let's Signout and Signin back to Creative Cloud app and then check.
At any point, do you get any specific error message? If so, please attach the error screenshot.
Lets reboot the machine and retry. -
I've tried downloading a trial for creative cloud with photoshop, but when I install it, it says that it's not compatibe anymore with windows vista is. Is there another way such as installing windows 8.1 etc?
