Unable to open logo '.bmp'

Hi I have an issue whereby the file at the top of the output queue would have a status of SND but it wasnt being sent. The jetform appeared to be working and the Adobe output service was started nothing was in error int he data folder and JFSRVR printer queue had a status of ready. the server was restarted and the Adobe service and the files would then be sent as normal. The only thing I can spot in any logs is that a logo file '.bmp' could not be opened but does anyone know if this would cause such an issue on the server ?

just check ur version of ECL under
C:\Program Files\Common Files\SAP Shared\System\java\version.ini
also check if u have copied files present in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\SAP Shared\System\java
to
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_08\lib\ext
This is must to match java runtime.

I upgraded my iPhone 5 to iOS7 and I am unable to open iTunes on my phone - the screen just never loads.

I installed iOS7 on my iPhone5 and now I am unable to open iTunes - the screen just stays blank.
I have checked date and time and wifi settings.
Not sure what else to do.
I do have iMatch active on my device and its working fine on my other iPohne with iOS7 installed.

Have you tried logging out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logging back in ? If it's still the same after that then try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

Unable to open .eps file "unknown format and cannot be opened" ?

A client sent me an .eps file (logo). I tried opening it in Illustrator AND photoshop (just to see if it was saved in one vs the other program) - however to no avail.
Illustrator gives me a message "unknown format and cannot be opened"
Photoshop gives me a message "photoshop was unable to parse the postscript".
I'm using Adobe CS4, and I've never seen this message before—would love to know what this means and how to resolve?

Thanks for the advice Scott - does compression improve the .eps? Is it
silly for me to ask them to compress it since the file is only 766 KB
(that's how big the attachment is in my email - though I am unable to open
it)?
My friend is able to open it on his end - however the 3rd person (client) is
the one who sent it, and I have already requested a different version - no
response from them yet. Unfortunately what the company "has" is what he
will likely give to me again (ie: same file / unable to open). So ... I am
curious about how I can resolve this issue on my end - if possible?
Do you know what the AI and Photoshop error messages mean? Could the issue
be a mac vs PC concern? Or is it a corrupt file? Could it be a software
version issue (old vs new) ... or Quark incompatibility?
.... just guessing at this point....Any insight as to what different
scenarios may apply in this situation would be greatly appreciated ..thank

Unable to open SYSTEM PROFILER

I updated my software to 10.5.8.
Since then i'm unable to open system profiler.
Tried using the:
a) option button > then click system profiler
b) spotlight
c) apple logo > abt this mac>

Try deleting this file.
com.apple.systemprofiler.plist
~/Library/Preferences.
Move that file to the Trash then try to launch the System Profiler.
If that doesn't work you could perform an Archive & Install which would reinstall a new copy of the Mac OS X for you which would install the System Profiler app.
As with any installation, make sure and back up all important data first.

Then repair disk permissions...
Quit any open applications/programs. Launch Disk Utility. (Applications/Utilities) Select MacintoshHD in the panel on the left, select the FirstAid tab. Click: Repair Disk Permissions. When it's finished from the Menu Bar, Quit Disk Utility and restart your Mac. If you see a long list of "messages" in the permissions window, it's ok. That can be ignored. As long as you see, "Permissions Repair Complete" when it's finished... you're done. Quit Disk Utility and restart your Mac.

Unable to Open System Prefrences

Hey Guys ,
Im unable to open system preferences on my mac.The problem started 2 days ago.
-I've tried selecting system preferences by clicking the apple logo on the top left corner of my mac.
-I've also tried opening system preferences by selecting Bluetooth preferences & Network Preferences
when i attempt any of the above methods..Nothing opens at all.Nothing opens on the dock nor does any window open
I tried Switching off my mac and Switching it on holding "command","option","r" & "p" but that didnt help.
-system preferences doesn't showup when i try searching for it in Spotlight.
Im using an Early 2008 MBP and am running Mac OS 10.6.6 ( snow leopard) 250 GB HD and 2 GB RAM
Any ideas and any help at all in the matter would be much appreciated

Recently, users started receiving errors after the "Word Web App" logo would present stating "unable to open". This occurred on anything (Excel Web App, etc..).

I ran Update-SPWOPIProofKey on the SharePoint Server; and it has seemed to fix it.
Trying to recall past events; in January we installed the latest Web Apps updates; and while troubleshooting this issue; I did as well; install the most recent Web Apps updates KB2956158.
We use the Remove-OfficeWebAppsMachine and subsequently New-OfficeWebAppsFarm each time we apply the updates. Our environment is stand-alone. One Exchange Server, One SharePoint Server, One Office Web Apps Server.

Try resetting the Nano with it still connected to a high powered USB 2.0 port on your PC. To reset the iPod, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.

A little more info please. What app is causing you problems? What have you tried to fix it? And what if any error messages do you get?
You might try quitting the app and resetting your iPad.
Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app. Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Attached PDF file in mail through PL/SQL, unable to open

Database : Oracle Database 10g Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
I have database procedure which attach a pdf in mail and send to specified user.
Its working fine, but my problem here, if inside the PDF file have any logo or images, user unable to open the attachment file.
It give error "It was sens as an email attachment and was not correctly decoded".
For Encoding I have used : utl_encode.base64_encode
If normal PDF file they can open.(I mean without any locg or images).
Please give me your solution for handle this situation.
