Unable to process inbound EDI docs from TP-multiple Host ID's,1 transaction

Issue:
Unable to process inbound EDI documents from trading partners
(Same doctype and revision, but diff receiver ID’s for host)
Host: ISA ID’s are HOSTA, HOSTB
Transaction: X12, 210, 5010
Trading Partner A: sends EDI document with these values
Interchange Sender ID: TPA
Application Sender's Code: TPA
Interchange Receiver ID: HOSTA
Application Receiver's Code: HOSTA
B2B setups are as below
Business action: Process_210
Operational Capability for Trading Partner A : Process_210_Initiator It has
Interchange Sender ID as TPA
Interchange Receiver ID as TPA
Application Sender's Code: TPA
Application Receiver's Code: TPA
This creates a Process_210_Responder for HOST
It has
Interchange Sender ID as HOSTA
Interchange Receiver ID as HOSTA
Application Sender's Code: HOSTA
Application Receiver's Code: HOSTA
Validated Agreement and deployed, Result is success and everything works fine until here
Note: B2B validates taking everything from Process_210_Initiator except the Interchange Receiver ID that it gets from the Process_210_Responder
New Trading Partner B also sends us an X12, 210, 5010 but he uses Receiver ID as HOSTB
Trading Partner B: sends EDI document with these values
Interchange Sender ID: TPB
Application Sender's Code: TPB
Interchange Receiver ID : HOSTB
Application Receiver's Code: HOSTB
B2B setups are as below
Business action: Process_210
Operational Capability for Trading Partner B : Process_210_Initiator It has
Interchange Sender ID as TPB
Interchange Receiver ID as TPB
Application Sender's Code: TPB
Application Receiver's Code: TPB
This doesn’t create a new Process_210_Responder for HOST It has
Interchange Sender ID as HOSTA
Interchange Receiver ID as HOSTA
Application Sender's Code : HOSTA
Application Receiver's Code : HOSTA
Validated Agreement and deployed, Result the document fails with error
Validation of Interchange parameters failed. Please verify all the Interchange parameters in the B2B configuration match the Group parameters in the message. Make sure that the ecs file for this Interchange is valid
Upon looking at the log file it fails, as the Interchange Receiver ID in data is HOSTB where as in Process_210_Responder it is setup as HOSTA
Work Around that we tried, but could not succeed
Create a new business action called Process_210_HOSTB, created a new Document Protocol Revision X12_5010_HOSTB,Created a doc type 210 version 5010 under that
Used this new Business action for Trading Partner B so the new setups look like this
Business action : Process_210_HOSTB
Operational Capability for Trading Partner B : Process_210_HOSTB_Initiator It has
Interchange Sender ID as TPB
Interchange Receiver ID as TPB
Application Sender's Code : TPB
Application Receiver's Code : TPB
This creates a new Process_210_HOSTB_Responder for HOST It has
Interchange Sender ID as HOSTB
Interchange Receiver ID as HOSTB
Application Sender's Code : HOSTB
Application Receiver's Code : HOSTB
Validated Agreement, but could not deploy as I was getting AIP-11016 SQL error , may be integrity constraint issue
Note: I was able to deploy this agreement if I change the Document Type from 210 to something else like 210_new, but since the document is EDI I can’t have the Document Type as anything except 210

Ramesh,
Sorry for the delay , but this was the first thing I tried and it didn't work, I tried again just to be sure, it didn't work I am getting this error
When group Receiver ID didn't match
"Validation of Group parameters failed. Please verify all the Group parameters in the B2B configuration match the Group parameters in the message. The following parameters do not match the configured parameters in B2B"
In addition, when Interchange Receiver ID did not match
"Validation of Interchange parameters failed. Please verify all the Interchange parameters in the B2B configuration match the Group parameters in the message. Make sure that the ecs file for this Interchange is valid"
Here is the log file extract

Well known issue in LMS 2.6. Most likely you are hitting CSCsm97530. As a temporary solution you could remove and re-add problematic device from CS. To get a permanent fix you need a patch (provided by TAC).

  • LMS 4.2.4 Error RICS0001:Internal Error, unable to process the collected data from the device.

    Hi
LMS 4.2.4 inventory collection fails with Error RICS0001:Internal Error, unable to process the collected data from the device for few devices.
    Can anyone help me out.
    Regards
    Laxmi

They are definately supported. However such issues are usually due to device packages, if unavailable or not installed.
    Please do following :
    1. Check Admin > software centre > device updates and check any devices packages available in Cisco.com and install it and recheck.
    2. Please do a snmpwalk on problematic device on sysObjectID and share result. Following is the way to do snmpwalk :
GUI - Open the device in Device Centre (Inventory > Tools > Device Center) and open the device with IP and from tools select snmpwalk and do it for sysObjectID (1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2)
CLI : CD to NMSROOT/objects/jt/bin from command prompt. run command as per following syntax:
    snmpwalk -v2c -c <snmp_community_string> 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2
    Example :
    community string = test123
    IP = 10.1.1.1
    snmpwalk -v2c -c test123 10.1.1.1 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2
    3. Please check your device package, by clicking on the number of packages in front of Inventory, conifg and image management from :
Admin > System > Software Center > Device Update
Also, check device identity under edit identity option from :
Inventory > Device Administration > Add / Import / Manage Devices
Check my screenshots for details :
    Please check and share results.
    -Thanks

One more question about NSDP, Im still wondering how can NSDP work as you only need to declare nsdpInfo.setKeyColumn("xx") --xx
Eg. My result set come from OBIEE, it hase 2 column xx and yy.
Im just copy the sample code to translate the output into xml, the output sample is like:
    Column 1 Column 2
    440100 0
    440200 5
    440300 1
So how can MapViewer know that the second column is the value column?
The same question is about when the output is multiple column.

  • Process Inbound EDI 997(ACK)

    Hi
Is there any way to process inbound EDI997 files. I tried to process the 997 files with a orchestration but got the below error.
The output message of the receive pipeline "Microsoft.BizTalk.Edi.DefaultPipelines.EdiReceive, Microsoft.BizTalk.Edi.EdiPipelines, Version=3.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" failed routing because there is no subscribing
    orchestration or send port.
The sequence number of the suspended message is 1.
I'm sure the orchestration has no issues since i have processed other files like 214,204, 210 etc.
I want to extract the acknowledgement details from 997 files and log it into a custom table. Please let me know is there any way to do this.
    Thanks in advance.

As described in the other post, the 997 Schema is included in Microsoft.BizTalk.Edi.BaseArtifacts.dll.
Since it's generated internally, you cannot change the namespace of the generated message.
You can use the ESB Toolkits Remove and Add Namespace components to customize the 997 for you app:

  • Unable to retrieve inbound EDI X12 transactions from VAN using FTPS connect

When out B2B process is polling we do not seeing any attempts to connect to the ftp site. We have no problems putting EDI outbound transactions to the VAN with the same connection, but never see an attempt to get transactions. We enabled the transport trace logging, but are not seeing any connection information in this log file nor in the b2b.log file. Why would we be able to put files to the VAN but not pick up files with the same connection information?

If you enable the transport trace in tip.properties, you will see a log similar to the following:

The following flag needs to set in tip.properties:
    oracle.tip.adapter.b2b.transportTrace=/tmp/transport.log
If you also want to display the password in transport.log (masked by ****** above)
    you need to also set
    oracle.tip.adapter.b2b.passwordTrace = true
It is possible to have the outbound FTP/S working while the inbound FTP/S is not. The reason is due to different configuration of delivery channels. In the outbound case, B2B uses the remote trading partner delivery channel information to login and to drop the file whereas B2B uses the host delivery channel information to login and to poll whether there are any files in the FTP/S server.
Please verify again that your host delivery channel and tip.properties settings are correct.
    Thanks,

  • Processing Inbound IDOC's from FTP.

    Hi,
I have an issue where IDOC's (WPUBON01 & DEBMAS01) are being saved in ftp folder and once these IDOC's are saved, we have to process it in SAP System, i would like to know the simple way of having these IDOC's processed in Unix based SAP system as the IDOC's will be coming in at Real time evey minutes or Seconds.
is there a way to do it with out ABAP process i mean just by using the Unix Scripts or by triggering the SAP background job.
    Thanks in Advance.

    Hi,
for testing purposes you can trigger inbound IDoc processing in transaction WE16. Otherwise you can schedule program RSEINB00 to periodically import IDoc into system. You can make a copy of that program and made changes if you need to add some extra logic.
    Cheers

  • Unable to process RAW .PEF .DNG from Pentax K-7

I have the latest updates. Camera Raw 3.1, Aperture 3.0.2, OS 10.6.3... when i first import the images I can process them as normal. My RAW adjustments are available. But then after a few minutes aperture will update them and it will say the file has been processed by an earlier version (which is a lie because I have never processed them before) and there's a button to "reprocess". The images will lose all adjustments and have a green hue... no boost or anything. This is happening with both .PEF and .DNG from my Pentax K-7... which is running firmware 1.3
I've tried reinstalling aperture 3.0 but it's the same. I've also deleted raw camera 3.1 by:
    sudo rm -rf /System/Library/CoreServices/RawCamera.bundle
and reinstalled... it's still the same.
    what gives?

Hi, i have exactly the same issue on my computer, but with a Nikon D90. I just completely reinstalled system (OS, Aperture, Camera Raw) from scratch on new harddisk, no avail. Really mysterious, get indeed a weird green hue, and once image goes like this, there is no turning back. Still looking for solution as well - sorry!

  • Inbound EDI multiple customers using 1 partner profile

I would think that it's possible to set up a single partner profile in WE20 through which you can process multiple idocs against multiple customers for order processing. Can anyone guide me on how to achieve this.
    Thanks, Mart

Absolutely. You could have an EDI Partner called 'GENERIC' for example, and could use that to process inbound EDI Sales Orders. Obviously you would need an identifier to represent the correct Customer account, ideally this would be the Sold-to number. If it's not your Internal Sold-to, but another unique number, then you should be able to add mapping via transaction VOE4 to table EDPAR. I.e the Customers sends an external number 123 representing their Store Id, you map that back to your internal Customer Number. Only trouble with this is if two different Customers had the same external Id, as you would have no control over that. For our generic EDI Partners, the Customer Number is mandatory.
    Cheers, Paul.

  • Problem with importing saved .json backup file in fresh installed firefox 3.6.8? Message "unable to process the backup file", when i choosed option "Restore" from menu "organize your bookmarks" !?

    Hello,
my problem is with importing saved .json backup file in fresh installed firefox 3.6.8? Message "unable to process the backup file", when i choosed option "Restore" from menu "organize your bookmarks" !?
Normally that i followed all instructions from your support site, and that i tried many things, but nothing helped :( !?
my .json file isn't corrupted cause it was saved on another partition before formatting my OS.

    Thanks in advance!
    Sincerely,

Can you restore that JSON backup in a new profile?
Did you make sure that it is really a JSON backup and that there is no missing or hidden other file extension?
A JSON backup starts with: {"title":"","id":1,"dateAdded"
    A HTML backup starts with: <!DOCTYPE NETSCAPE-Bookmark-file-1>
You can try if you can restore that JSON backup in a new profile.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems
See Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile (be careful not to copy corrupted files)
    See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Transferring_data_to_a_new_profile_-_Firefox
Please for administration of this support site, make possibility to quote someone's answer, on this way is dificult to answer somebody who wrote some suggestion!
No, i can't restore JSON backup in new profile, even on fresh installed OS XP SP3, with fresh installation of latest version of firefox!
MAN I TOLD YOU 10X IT'S 200 % JSON BACKUP FILE!!! I'M NOT IN IT FROM YESTERDAY, I WORK IN IT 12 YEARS!!!
I tried restoring json backup in new profile, but nothing, i couldn't restore, cause that stupid error from screen shot which i posted again appears !
Man i'm not totally noob i repeat 2nd time here, and normally that i know to create new profile, and that i tried that, but that didn't help!
I can't believe that FIREFOX has not good support team, and doesn't care for yours users, this will not give me more reason to use in future firefox
like borwser, if i don't have good support, and when i have problem like this, to loose all my very important bookmarks and passwords on them, and
firefox support won't to help me to solve my problem!
If somebody from firefox support team read this, i can give you Remote desktop access to my computer to try solve this problem, like other serious company
like HP, Dell , etc. give remote desktop support to their users!
Corel are you from firefox support team? Please don't write same suggestions, cause i know to read, and i understand well if you write once some suggestion!
    Greetzz

  • HELP! Lost ALL my bookmarks & Bookmark Toolbar is empty. Attempts to restore from the backup files yields an error message that says, "Unable to process the backup file." Have tried opening nearly all 10 existing backups w/same result.

I was in the midst of a Firefox session w/two windows open. Nothing special about the sites. No fancy javascripts or anything. When I closed the second window and opened the "History, Show all History" pull-down, the Library screen had no data in it.
I looked for the Bookmarks.html file in my profile and it is missing. I tried renaming an old .bak file from a couple years ago and I can open it as a file and see the text of it displayed but Firefox will not recognize it as and open it as the Backups file.
Following the directions already posted - using "History, Show all History" then the "Import and Backup, Restore" process - allows Firefox to see all the backups, but trying to restore from any of them yields the "Unable to process the backup file" error message.
I have re-started my machine from a cold start - twice now.

The file that stores bookmarks is probably damaged, for details on how to fix that see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Unable_to_process_the_backup_file_-_Firefox
