Unable to Receive the File into Target Directory Using FTP

Hi All,
Here I Did Simple File-File Scenario With FTP.
Iam Able to Pick the File From the FTP Location And File has been Deleted From Source Location ( Set the Processing Mode as Delete ).
Unable to See the Pipeline Steps in Moni, But Able to Se the Success Message With the Inbound Payload only.
Also chked with the comm. channel of sender and receiver, where the sender shows the message process details but not the receiver comm. channel.

You Did the right thing in communication channel that u selected the IS.
Hi
Just check out if you sending the correct parameters and also check out the payload you sending and check out in SXMB_MONI for you message that after success wat is the payload and match with your input.
Rather, for input check, In IR, get the XML data from ur Message Mapping and then save it to your inbox that is input directory.
Also check out the permission of Output directory and also check the configuration of sender and reciver communication channel.

Hi,
The dynamic filename generation concept is as follows.
In your filename field. just give a variable with % symbols. (eg: %file% ).
Now, under the option Variable Name Substitution, you can give how the value has to be created.
It can be your interface name, sender service name, etc or it can be some value dynamically from your payload.
For the former, your give
message:interface_name ,etc
and for the payload part you give,
Payload: "your element root which u wanna acecss"

Retrieving the files from inbound directory using RZL_READ_DIR

Hi,
I am using the function module RZL_READ_DIR to pick the files from AL11 (application server) some times it is picking all files and in foreground also it is picking the all files from AL11, but in background sometimes it is not picking the files but when i check in foreground all the files are showing , after 2 or 3 days the function module is picking those files also from background .
please suggest what would be the reason for not picking in background?

Note that the domain for your input parameter is of type text200. TEXT* domains in SAP support upper/lower. Supply the value to the FM in the needed case (by inserting the value into a declared variable of type text200) and the FM will work.

Failing to list files in remote directory using FTP

Since I've been using a proxy with FTP transport for pull files from a remote server during several months. Now it started to work just sometimes

I configured the service account with my own username, and I do make sure that I have the rights over my home\user directory. (I tested with WINSCP and putty).
I haven't done any modification to make this start happening.
following my proxy configuration:

URI: ftp://myhost/
mask: *.XML
but no success.
I said "sometimes" above because it works after ~15 tentatives. Perhaps this could be a issue in my remote server OS.
Has anyone faced this issue before?

Unable to convert the file name in Target directory

Dear Experts,
Currently iam facing a problem with some files.my interface is a File to file .As per the interface the sender will pick the flatfiles from source directory which the file name was BNP_NE201.txt once my file reached to target directory the name of the file willrenamed as VENDOR_Payment.NE201 automatically for this they have done some OS level script in receiver communication channel of the first interface which we have added "un operating system command after message processing" in processing parameters tab.again one more sender comm channel wil pick the file from first target directory which is having naming convesion of "VENDOR_Payment.NE201 " and post it to target. all the two interfaces are file to file (NFS) . for a parctuclar day files has been posted to 1 st target directory and the receiver communication channel is not yet convert the file names bcz of that the second communication channel can't able to pick the files from target directory. for some times that is working fine and some times it is unable to convert.
from our side i check every thing .could you please suggest me the way to approch

You need to wait until the file is converted. After when it is converted then the second interface sender communication channel will pick the files.
What do u mean by unable to convert?
Is it unable to do the content conversion? if so then check the data as you said that it sometimes it works fine.

File in target directory?

Hi Friends,
The audit log says that the message is delivered but i cannot find the file in target directory.Does this indicate that the file is picked by the receiver system,if yes then once the file is picked the file is deleted from the target directory?
Note-The "file construction mode" is set as create.

Check for the SXMB_MONI as suggested above if you have success message.
Moreover
,if yes then once the file is picked the file is deleted from the target directory?
When the audit log says message delivered it will be delivered to target directory.
Now if your scenario is file to file message can be deleted from source directory and not from target directory.

That crash appears to be casued by the Facebook plug-in.
Create a new account (systempreferences -> accounts or Users & Groups on 10.7 and 10.8), make a new Library in that account, import some shots and see if the problem is repeated there. If it is, then a re-install of the app might be indicated. If it's not, then it's likely the app is okay and the problem is something in the main account.

Drop the files into different directories based on the filename

Hi,
I had a reqiuirement based on the file name, i should drop the files in to different directories.
I can get the filename through variable substitution in receiver file communication channel, now i want to drop the file into different folders based on conditions.
suppose, if the file name is DDDX234
i should do substring of filename0+(4), if the value is L then i should drop in X directory
suppose, if the file name is DDDY234
i should do substring of filename0+(4), if the value is L then i should drop in Y directory.
How can i drop the file into differnent directories based on filename.

I mapped the directory and filename to the target header in the mapping
Filename --> UDF --> Header(target)
and in the receiver channel checked the ASMA and given * in the filename and directory name.
But in runtime iam getting the error as

That's what I get when I boot my Arch system. It worked fine for quite a while, but suddenly it ran into an error where the SCSI driver module was corrupt. I fixed it by reinstalling util-linux-ng and kernel26, however, I run into this issue now. http://www.pastie.org/2163181 < Link to /var/log/pacman.log for the month of July, just in case. Yes, I bought a new ATI/AMD Radeon HD 5450 this Saturday, but it seemed to work fine till this broke and it works fine on Ubuntu too, so I suppose we can rule it out.

Autodetection failed on your first image, in both your previous kernel installs:
[2011-07-04 16:14] find: `/sys/devices': No such file or directory
Which means that sysfs was not mounted. You should be able to boot from the fallback image, which does not use autodetect. Figure out why /sys isn't mounted, as well, and fix that.
This is also a somewhat crappy bug in mkinitcpio that lets you create an autodetect image that's useless. It'll be fixed in the next version of mkinitcpio that makes it to core.

Script to create directory based on current file name and then save the file in that directory

Hi all,
I have a need save all my projects in a directory using the name of the main image I am working on.
Manually these are the steps I used:
Save As.
Copy ( press command-c <== the filename is highlighted by default so all I have to do is )
New Folder ( press the new folder button. Brings up a dialog box)
Paste ( press command-v. <== Pastes the file name into the "New Folder" dialog box.)
Save ( press thre save button. Saves the files into the new folder )
Save As.
Change format to JPG
Save
Change image quality to 12
I want to assign these actions to a key
Recording these steps and playing them back does not give me the results I need, snce the original name is hard-coded in the actionlist that was recorded
What should I be doing instead ?

You don’t mention which format the original file is (and figuring that and its current settings out seems too much of a hassle to me) so this would only save the jpgs into the folder (and create one if it does not exist).
If you want to give it a try, paste the following text into a new file in ExtendScript Toolkit (part of Photoshop’s installation, Applications/Utilities/Adobe Utilities/ExtendScript Toolkit CS4 or /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Utilities-CS5/ExtendScript Toolkit CS5) and save it as a jsx-file into Photoshop’s Presets/Scripts-folder.
After restarting Photoshop the Script should be available under File > Scripts and can be assigned a Keyboard Shortcut directly, recorded into an Action, (in CS4 and CS5) be used in a Configurator-Panel or started from ExtendScript Toolkit directly.

Unable to Receive the Purchase Order

Hi Experts,
A PO is created with 44 units of a material. the 44 units are divided into 4 batches.When trying to do the goods receipt, it id not first prompt for any serial numbers.
Hence went ahead and did the goods receipt. But could not receive the PO yet.So cancelled the Goods receipt by doing the movement type 102.
When it was checked, the material in sending plant has a serial number profile assigned to it
and also the batch management has been checked.(in mm03) . So assigned the serial number profile in the receing plant too.
but it did not help.
can you suggest any possible solution for this?

And I do not really know how you want it to be.
you are talking about sending plant and receiving plant, is your PO a stock transport order or just a standard PO?
do you use SD shipping or just MM movements to transfer the quantity between both plants?
do both plants belong to the same company or different companies?
you are talking about batches. batch managment can be activated at plant, mateial or client level, which level do you use?
if plant level, then the same material can be batch managed in one plant but not batch managed in the other plant.
you said you did the receipt, but did not receive the PO, then cancelled the receipt. this is a real weird sentence. Has this anything to do with your problem?
you are saying you are unable to receive the PO, I guess you talk about the quantity and a receipt in reference to the PO. Do you get any error message which prevents you from receiving.
you actually said you have done the recipt and cancelled it, so what do you mean by "unable to Receive" ?

B2b unable to pick the file from xml gateway

Hi All,
I am taking a scenario where B2B picks the files from xml gateway and drop the files in FTP folder. I modified the XML gateway inbound and outbound, i has given my user credentials(unmae, host ,pwd ,sid, port). In agreement in the place of internal delivery channel i has given XML gateway outbound.
Still its unable to pick the files from xml gateway.
Clarify my understanding please
While b2b picks the files from xml gateway, It will pick from ECX_Inbound or ECX_Outbound?

Find the File name from directory

Hi Experts,
My Scenario is:
Pick the file from the Directory, Based on the file name, get the Q information from R/3 system and place the file into MQ.
My Question is : How can I get the file name?, any one please guide me..

You need to enable the Adapter-Specific Message Attributes
enable the FileName under this. Enabling this will allow to have this parameter as XI header
You can check this value is generated or not using SXMB_MONI -> Inbound message -> SOAP header -> Dynamic Configuration.
This will be captured under http://sap.com/xi/XI/System/File name = FIleNameu201D
Now code given by Anand above will allow you to use this FileName in mapping. Based on this you can check R/3 system for relevant file.
