Unable to retrive the service details

Good day.
After i've restarted the UCCX mashine,in the control center i have the "Unable to retrive the service details" and "java.lang.Null.pointer.exception" concerning to the recording and statistics service.
But the service itself working properly.
CRS 4.5
What can it be?
What is the solution?

Good day.
To say the truth i wasn't able to solve the problem.
I'd no smartnet,so i wasn't able contact TAC.
I've been told,it can be fixed by tracing system variables by Java programmer.
But,i don't know Java at all.
Installing patches and fixes,all avaiable,didn't solve the problem.
So,the system works so since i've opened discussion.
Sorry,but i've no solution for this

I modified the ULS-logging to include verbose entries. The problem is correlated to Excel Services, which are functioning quite well on our side. Our Topology consists of an application server, 2 WFE and an office app server. We are using the BI features
of PowerPivot via an additional BI-SQL-server in SharePoint-mode.
Right before the strange entry in the logs we are getting these:

ERROR" unable to convert the service as an ALE logical system"

Hello All,
In SOAP to IDOC scenario I tested the webservice with the client tool. Its hitting the integration engine but its throwing up an error" unable to convert the service as an ALE logical system". How can I maintain a logical system for a service as its outside our landscape. Can any one let me know how to proceed with this.

Browser unable to update the service status bits

I am having an issue with my computer becoming non-working. After a period of time of inactivity and then I go to use the computer, I can move the mouse cursor around but can do nothing else. I have noticed that when moving the cursor around that when I move it to the task-bar I get the hour glass waiting icon. I checked the event viewer and in the applications log I have numerous errors which say "The browser was unable to update the service status bits" Can you explain this and are there any fixes? Thank you

Yes, CTS_BROWSER service is active. It was working before when I click to test. Unfortunately, it started throwing error. We are on SP13 in SOLMAN. I'm using solman as an ABAP stack.

Unable to edit the Project details from PWA in Project server 2013

I am Migrating the project from MS Project 2007 to MS Project 2013.In that i save the project as a file first in 2007 and then open that file in MS Project 2013 And publish it.But in some Project when i am Trying to change the projects details from

Unable to failover the services in active-active cluster node

i am applying the sp2 patch for sql server 2008 r2 in active-active cluster, we have 3 services in the cluster , node 1 as 2 prefered owner and node 2 as 1 prefered owner, when i try to move the service from node 2 to node1 , i am getting the below errors

Unable to convert the service as an ALE logical system

I'm facing a problem in one scenario IDOC to RNIF. I got this problem "Unable to convert the sender service to an ALE logical system. In that Interface is working properly but the thing is Acknowledgement is showing error and when I was triggring the IDOC from ECC at the time message Data Receiving successfully but coming to Acknowledgement Am getting ERROR. Any one can please do the needful for this.
Note:- Sender is Business system and Receiver is Business Service

your asyn interface is ECC(sender)-to- Bservice receiver .(works fine)
now Bservice (sends an ACK)- to -ECC (receiver) - do u have other asyn interface for this .. must be.
if not this means you are trying out sync scenario in which you are expecting the ack to go back to ECC syn (which i think not possible or u need to use BPM as the idoc interface will be always asyn).
try giving the LS name in the Bservice , not in the Bsystem as you mentioned.or
open your receiver agreement and select header mapping - Sender service
choose your PI's business system

I need to send a email to the customer support email id while changing the ship to address, from the currently logged "Internet User" email id in the order screen
Is there any class/method there in ISA API so that it retrives the current logged "Internet User" details like email id from CRM.

As per my knowledge, after creation of the BP/Contact person, we need to create a CRM user for that BP in SU01 Tcode with Address(with person, communication, company details), Logon Data (with password, user group authorization check, validity period) along with that, we need to assign Roles, and Profiles to the user. After this only the user which created in SU01 can login the B2B application.
My requirement is to send an email to a customer center executive, from the logged in user.
while sending Email, In case of from address, I have to check 2 scenarios.
1. I need to get the email id (of the user logged in) from BP details.
if not found / email id is not mentioned,
2. I need to get the emal id (of the user logged in) from CRM User details(TCode SU01) which I am not able to get it.
I tried in the way given in above messages, but for all I am able to get the details which are there in BP Tcode but not in SU01 Tcode.
Is there any standard function module or I need to customize the standard function module, or is there any ISA API available to get the email id.
Please advise me. & Please correct me if I am wrong.

edit the wsdl file and change 'http://www.w3.org/1999/XMLSchema' to 'http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema' for both xmlns:xsd and xmlns then try again.

Error: Unable to start the services !!!!!!!

After restarting the Sww QA server i am getting the below error message ,I am not able to start the services
Below is the error :

Re: I am unable to start the service

Oracle 11.2.0.2
Just completed patch install and when I try to start the service in Windows, I get the following error: "Windows could not start the OracleServiceSID service on <Server or host>" with the error 1053: The servcie did not respond to start or control request in timely fashing.
My Solution:
--Check tnsnames and listener
Listener started without the service name (sid)
Check listener's log and listener complaint about wrong sid
--Bounce server
Not still working.
Here is a partial view of the listener log:
Please take note of the Server_name=sid.hrd.webone.com. This service is not what I set as sid, I only made it sid, why is it showing the full string?

Vmware SRM error... unable to start the service. Please help

While chat with VMware support.. Following was his observation
The reason the DR SRM service will not start is that there is no database for it.
While working yesterday I saw that SRM was once configured to use the SRM embedded DB (as seen in the OBDC setup) but that does not exist any more. The Production SRM was setup that way too but has since been converted to an external SQL DB. The external SQL DB has not been configured for the DR SRM and will need to be done first before the service will start.
If the DR SRM DB has been configured then you will need to set up the OBDC link on the DR SRM server and then do a modify install so SRM can link to the DB and create the tables needed.
Please some body help me out with the proper steps to carry this activity

You have far to much code posted and without the use of the correct code tags its almost unreadable.
You have a question about uplaoding files with Struts then get rid of all the junk in your code thats not related to uploading files.
If you have an error then post the relevant information on the error
like
